I read the reviews that said the shoe was a half size smaller; this was not the case for me. I ordered an 8 when I'm normally an 8.5, and it was too small. The 8.5's arrived today and fit like a dream, no heel slippage either. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. I got them in the blue, and they are so cute and sassy.

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for. I am tall, 5, 8' so it's nice to wear a heel sometimes that doesn't make me too tall. I usually wear a 9 and after reading the reviews that they run a bit big I got the 8.5 and they are perfect. Really great shoe and I would definitely recommend them!

These are beautiful and I love them. The color is true to the screen image and so fun. I've received multiple compliments. I ordered an 8 which is my regular shoe size but I should have gotten a 7 1/2 because the heel pushes your foot forward so the size 8 slips off my foot when I walk. I bought some rubbery heel inserts and superglued them in the back of shoe and that's worked fine to keep them in place. I don't wear heels a lot but the first day wearing them I did have some pain as they're rigid but the second time was a little better and I'm sure they'll break in a bit with more wear.

Beautiful black patent pump, perfect for formal event. Nice that it also comes in a wide width. Thinking of buying it in some other colors. I'm never disappointed with my Zappos finds!

I loved the shoe, but having followed other reviewers advice to order a half size down, I am now exchanging for my true size. I think these are great, fun shoes and am anxious to try the size 9 medium!

Love these shoes. Bought for a wedding but I wore them a few days prior with jeans to break in and they looked great. My feet are a bit wider than most so the squarish toe fits me better. I also ordered in wide but you can't tell by looking at them on. I gave it 4 stars (instead of 5) for comfort since high heels will never be comfortable in my opinion but this is as close as it will get.

The internal platform in this shoe lowers the effective heel height and makes for an extremely stylish and versatile pump. I ordered wide and it felt a little snug, but given the other benefits it's worth it!

I wear a size 10, sometimes I have to get a wide width but not all the time. Per the reviews saying the 9½W fit better than the 10W I ordered a 9½ and I could just barely get my feet in the shoes. There was no standing or wearing them at all. I was bummed as I really wanted these shoes! I had to send them back and they did not have my 10 in regular or wide. I had to search elsewhere. I found the exact shoes, a 10 regular width and I am able to wear them most of the day and they look fabulous! I will take the reviews with a grain of salt though as I cannot imagine how anyone who regularly wears a size 10 in wide or otherwise could have ever gotten their feet into these shoes! The shoes are a little bit roomy in the heel but I wear them without hosiery and only have wee bit of slipping, not enough to be a problem. The return process was great! They sent my return labels in the mail since I did not have a printer, got them quickly and sent my shoes back and my money was credited within five days! I will be using Zappos again!. I am addicted to shoes!

I should start by saying I ordered the wrong size due to my normal size being out of stock, so my review is slightly skewed. I was looking for a pair of heels for a wedding, and these fit the bill perfectly, save for that 10W was out of stock, so I had to order 10M instead. The small platform made the heel height feel more comfortable, and the material was surprisingly comfortable. I would have been able to dance in these shoes all night if they were just a little bit wider... by the end of the night my feet were screaming! That being said, I got so many compliments on these shoes, and once my size comes back in Stock, I'll be picking the right size up so I can rock them again!

I wear a wide shoe and tried two sizes 7-1/2W and 8W, but they squeeze my foot. If you truly are a wide width like me, I don't suggest this shoe. I was sad it did not fit, but will keep looking.

I love these shoes! The heel area is a little too wide for me. I ordered an 8 Wide because I do have a wide foot, just not in the heel. Otherwise, these are great!

I bought this beauty for my Mom because she likes a little height but not too much. They are gorgeous and just the right height for her and the hidden platform offsets some of that height. She said however that it fits a little big as it flaps at the back..nothing a little shoe insert or paper towel at the ball of the foot can't fix. The price was reasonable also and shipping was fast.

I usually wear a 6 but ordered a 5.5 since that was all they had at the time. I found that the 5.5 was too big in the back and ordered a 5 instead. The 5 fits much better. I don't wear heels very often and found these to be quite comfortable and versatile.

These shoes are awesome & they are so comfortable. It's like you're wearing flats! I have them in nude also! I wear a 6 1/2, but ordered a 6 and they fit perfectly! I would definitely recommend! I ordered them and they were here the next day!

Love this shoe: it's stylish and quite comfortable. The platform minimizes the change of aching feet! Ordered them in a Nude but the Nude surprisingly was tight. The 7W fit me perfectly. I can't wait to wear them.

Holy Moly, talk about having a hard time finding the right size for this shoe. I'm usually an 8.75 size so it makes buying shoes a challenge. I started with a 9 and two returns later, settled on an 8. These babies run big. There is still a little gap between my heel and the back of the shoe but there is no way a 7.5 would fit me. Overall, the shoe is super cute and has the same amount of comfort as any pair of heels I've ever bought (which is it starts okay and then you want them off your feet after a couple of hours). There is next to no padding in the foot bed. Love the polka dot liner. Wish they came in leather.

Love these shoes! They are so comfortable and cute. They do run big though - I had to order a half size smaller. But they are my favorite shoes for sure!

I don't typically write reviews, but I have to write a review on these shoes. I love them so much I now have three pairs in different colors. I bought these shoes initially because they are staple pieces that come in a wide. They are the only heels I've bought within the last 5 years that I would actually call comfortable. I can wear them to an event or all day to work and my feet don't kill at the end. At this price point, I highly recommend giving them a try.

I am in love! I thought they might be too short (the heel height), but they are perfect. They are classy but still sexy! Great fit, too!

I had never before purchased pumps in a wide width and it made all the difference. My toes were not squished and I think I could wear these most of the day and still be comfortable.

These shoes are fabulous. So pretty and incredibly comfortable. I'm in love. If you want height and comfort and have a wide width, you have found the Holy Grail. I highly recommend this style. I was so happy with my pair in Nude, I also got them in Mint and Red.
