OUCH! I ordered these shoes and LOVE the look of them, but sadly I am going to have to try to consign them (I have worn them twice so I cannot return them). I bought the 1/2 size down as suggested, which was the right decision, but even then the heel slips so badly that I can barely walk. I have tried two different heel inserts to no avail,and now today (after wearing them all day yesterday) I can barely walk due to my lower back being so thrown out from trying to walk in a way that kept my shoes on. Gorgeous but not worth the pain. Glad they weren't terribly expensive.

Runs large. I wore them out before I realized this and I'm now stuck with the wrong size. Super fun though. Also, the sole is very plastic feeling and is rather slippery.

Even after I exchanged them for a smaller size they still slipped off my heels even thought my toes were cramped. Not comfortable at all. I bought inserts which helped a little. I don't recommend these if you have to stand or walk a lot. They do have a nice look to them but very uncomfortable.

The heel area is way too big and my heel slips right out. Which makes them dangerous to attempt to walk in. I even tried to add a heal pad but that didn't work because that slight push on my foot forward made it even more tight in the toe area. I did get the wide width but it was still not very wide. I ordered my usual size 8 and it was plenty long -maybe a slight bit longer than most size 8s. If I re-ordered a half size smaller the heel part might be better but the width would not work for me. LOVE the look of the shoe and how the sparkly muti-color looks. It is nice and classy and does not look like it belongs with a Halloween costume. Really liked the 1 inch platform with a 3 inch feel -- it looks higher than it feels. Sad to have to return them...

These shoes are super cute; I just wish they felt better on my feet. The toe box was surprisingly tighter than I'd hoped. Unfortunately I am returning them.

I basically wasted my money on these shoes. The back is too wide and keeps coming off; even after using heel liners. I wore them to a party and was miserable.

I was very excited about this shoe because of the shorter heel height but it still had the look I wanted. The heel slipped off with each step and I could not have gone down a size. I tried heel pads but still got blisters within the first few minutes of wearing this shoe. I do typically wear a lot of heels so me not being used to a heel was not the reason.

These shoes are offered in wide, but I can assure you, they are not wide. My feet are only slightly wide, and in some brands I am comfortable in a regular width. These wide width shoes could not accommodate my feet at all. Unfortunately, I thought I could suffer through the pain for the cute factor, and wore them. That was a huge mistake. They are extremely uncomfortable, and now not returnable.

Order 1/2 size smaller, I wear 5-5.5 usually and ordered 5W and 5.5M and both are huge, 5M not available so they are just sent back. Could've been a good pair for work if they fit.

I absolutely hate these shoes. My feet slide down causing toe scrunch and that makes them slip off my heel when I take a step. I originally ordered the 9½W but they were way too big so I returned them and get the 9W. They are still slipping off. I got some Dr. Scholl's gel thingies that are supposed to keep your feet from sliding down but that just made them too tight in the front. I already wore them outside so I cannot return them. Money down the drain - I will never wear them again.

Wow, these are painful -- I ordered the wide which didn't feel wide at all, and they are just the most uncomfy heels I've tried in a long time. Pretty, but not worth it!

I chose ones that look like black suede (it's microfiber I think) and they are very pretty, look like suede to me. I also ordered to Fitzwell Lizzy Pump in Black Suede and they look very similar in terms of the black suede look. The Fitzwell's were too big at my usual size of 10 and they don't have any kind of platform that makes heels a tiny bit easier to walk in. These Madden Girl heels have a platform but it's minimal so the shoe still has a classic look to it. Unfortunately they were too big. I wear a size 10 in most shoes (sometimes 9.5 in heels to prevent heel slipping). The 10's were too big, my heel slipped as I walked and I don't think inserts or anything would have helped. The 9.5's aren't available or aren't made I'm not sure so I had to return and keep looking.

At first glance, these shoes looked great. But then I put them on, and tried to walk. One shoe would fly off at the heel, while the other was so tight. They were both marked size 9, but clearly something was wrong. I have since returned the shoes.

Way too tight, no where close to size. I'm consistently a size 8 and buy a LOT of shoes. I couldn't get my foot in these. Beautiful, but had to return.

This shoe is very very stiff. I could barely get my foot in it and knew immediately that it would be painful to wear. Not really surprised given the price, but a girl can hope for the occasional surprise. Cute shoe, true to size, length wise, but they run narrow, and like I said, are very stiff.

Remember that Friends episode where Monica buys those boots she's been waiting for and then tells Rachel that the shoes were made by someone who hates feet? That's how I felt while wearing these. They were so uncomfortable, made it difficult to walk and hurt so bad! I couldn't wait to take them off and they were only on for a few hours for an interview. I'm so sad because based on the reviews I bought black, nude, and mint; so now I'm stuck with shoes I hate. I don't get the rave reviews...but maybe my feet are just too wide. I got the W but maybe mine just don't work with it.

I read the rave reviews on this shoe and decided to do what was recommended; buy a half size smaller. When I got them I was so excited. I hadn't had a pair of patent leather shoes since I was a little girl and they are super cute! When I tried them on, I was literally walking out of them. So, I order another half size smaller which is a whole size from my actual size. When I got them I put the right one on and it was absolutely squeezing & pinching my toes bad. I took the shoe off and put it back on wondering if somehow my foot wasn't it right. Nope. My toes are still sore from just trying on this shoe and I didn't even stand up in it.

I am a long time, frequent loyal Zappos shopper. I am a standard size 8 through and through on all shoes. I couldn't even get all my toes into the toe box. I have a normal medium framed foot. Sent these back. Not sure if I received an odd mis-sized pair or not but did not re-order these shoes.

I was so excited about getting this shoe, but so disappointed when it arrived. If your foot is just barely wide, this shoe might fit. It is probably a true C width, but far too narrow if you wear a D width. It felt like a regular B width when I tried to put it on. I love the shoe and the candy colors available, but I just wish it came in a true wide width. Back to the hunt.

Love this shoe! Unfortunately, although every shoe in my closet is size 9 1/2 wide, this one is not wide enough, more like a medium. It is with regret I must return it.

I originally purchased a size 10, then went to a 9.5 and still too large. Kept coming off my heel even with heel pads. Also in just a few short minutes of standing in them my feet hurt bad. Wasn't fond of the stubby looking front part of the shoe. Exchanging them for a Naturalizer brand. Gotta love free shipping and returns.

Beyond disappointed with this shoe. Very cute, great color (red). So excited when they arrived. Bought my regular sz 7 and they were comfortable at home. Wore out 1st time last night. My heels popped out of both shoes with every single step, even after adding heel cushions, something in toe box (so I could no longer return them). Was in NY City for dinner and literally had to buy another pair of shoes just so I could walk. I had shoe clerk throw them away. Understand they weren't expensive, but this should NOT have happened. Bad experience with this brand. PS - Bought a pair of Vince Camuto pumps on sale for even less than this pair and had NO problems for rest of the evening.

Size completely wrong, not wide considering it was a size wide width. Also very small for size.

After reading what great reviews there were about the comfort of these shoes I decided to purchase a pair for work. The shoes are adorable but after just walking into work my feet hurt like heck! I am very disappointed after reading the positive reviews...the size fit right but my toes hurt so bad! Not a happy first customer.

Adorable...but Ouch! I went down half a size...which was needed...and within about an hour I was barely making it down the hall at work! So cute. I wish they were more comfortable!
