Wheels do not work properly when suitcase is full. Maneuvering is extremely difficult. Would not have bought it but have used it and will not be able to return.

I really wanted to love this piece of luggage because of the look of the bag, but I am pretty disappointed. After reading many reviews, I decided to go with the chocolate color to avoid stains that couldn't be cleaned. (Not a choice I'd normally make as I like my luggage easy to identify.) While it is lightweight, fabric and zipper appear sturdy and looks stylish, here are the issues I had: 1. Can not overfill. Because of the lack of structure, the bag becomes a deformed shape and you won't be able to zip it shut. 2. When the bag is filled, you cannot use either the outer or inner pockets. (who doesn't fill up their luggage?) 3. When the bag is filled, the side handle protrudes and makes it difficult to maneuver down an airplane aisle. It catches on each and every seat (four flights on AA) 4. If you'd like to set a small travel bag to ride on top of the bag, you must use a strap to keep it from falling off - not supplied. (bag has no structure except on bottom)
