Very reasonably priced pair of good-fitting jeans. No frills. Just a solid fit without paying a ridiculous price for a label

Ordered 3 pairs, all the same size. Two fit and one didn't. That's been my experience of 505's in the past... the sizing is extremely variable. However, because Zappos makes returns so easy you don't have much to worry about. Other than that, my favorite jeans I've ever had.

I've been wearing 505s for many years. My last pair lasted me over a year (and I am hard on jeans). I purchased a light and a dark pair this time, both of which felt about 1 size larger than usual in the waist. The lighter pair also felt like its fabric was very light, almost cheaply and loosely woven. These "pre distressed" jeans are terrible. Earn your wear and tear! I am worried that lighter pair won't last very long. The darker pair is much tighter and feels like it's better quality. Both were made in Mexico, which is a shame. Bring Levi's back to the USA! Overall though for the price they're still a good pair of jeans.

These jeans are true to size and are quite comfortable. The denim is a little thinner than I'd like, but the washes are great and they are well constructed. They're stylish, quality jeans at a great price point. All of this having been said, I got a couple of pairs of the (made by Levi's) Denizen jeans that Target carries and for a little more than half the price of these you get a sturdier, stiffer denim. The build quality and washes aren't quite as good, but if you're looking to save some money, the straight fit Denizens are a pretty good deal.

Having lost a bunch of weight, I had to order new jeans in a smaller size. I got the 505's in both Medium and Light Stonewash. Both fit, but differently, with the Medium Stonewash being a bit fuller in the seat, crotch, and upper thigh than the Light Stonewash. Both are quite wearable but the Medium are more comfortable as I like a slightly looser fit. Just ordered another pair of the Dark Stonewash and we'll see how they fit.

Hello friends, this is the first time buyer at Zappos and no problems. I think they need a little variety in their products such desire Levis brand shirts for men and boys. Samoa Adidas shoes for children from 2 to 3 years. Shoes skipper. It Will Bid it so soon solicit them products. Thanks and congratulations are great sellers, it's good to be your customer.

These pants are great for casual night on the town or wearing to work in a corporate setting. Very versatile.

Would buy again.

The other Brands of casual pants didn't give me the style or fit I needed. The pants were baggie. Meaning they made me look like someone I'm not! When I told the Sales lady that, she imediately went to computer and ordered the three pairs of pants I needed. That meant A lot to me , and I'm very Thankful for the help.

These slacks can be dressed up or down. I do wish there were more choices of inseams. 32 seems to be the shortest and I need a 30, so I always pay for additional altering and have to wait for that to be completed before wearing them!

the material was too light. the item was different from what I thought I was getting.

Fit was a little tight. I think I need a bigger waist size.

I was surprised to find that the material in a pair of 505 jeans is now made with stretch. My old pair is a different material. While they are certainly comfortable I find that after a few hours they start to slip down. I wont buy Levis jeans on line any longer.

Strange how Levi's sizes seem to vary from one pair of jeans to the next. These don't fit quite right.

Fit and size were fine. The color of the pants was considerably lighter than the image on line.

The material for these is very sturdy, like the classic old levis. I used to wear a mens size Levis in the old relaxed fit and a regular fit in Signature style but gained some weight around the waist from no exercise during a temporary injury. Altho I got the next size larger to fit my waist, the thighs on this style are HUGE and I can almost fit both my legs into one of the pantslegs. Don't know what men would fit into them but they will not fit someone with slim legs if the waist fits.

they are good fabric and the fabric feels good. They did not fit me.

I don't have to purchase an item to know for a fact that the items of now a days just aren't made with the same strength of material as well as the stitching. The material is made very cheaply. I'd rather have the material of 30 to 40 years ago for a much cheaper price. Much better quality material then than it is today. Just jeans period are just not made like they use to be made.

Love this cut but sizing varies. I ordered my normal 32 32 and they came 2.5 longer than an existing 32 length. I then ordered a 30 length which was 4.5 inches shorter than the 32. It's hit or miss with these. The rinse stretch had to be soaked in white vinegar for an hour as the color was easily wiping off. Still, I'll continue to order these and thankfully Zappos has a great return policy and excellent customer service.

Buying Levi's these days is a bit hit or miss. The fabric and styling are great, and the waist size is generally fine. It's the inseam that's the problem. Sometimes it's on target, sometimes not (typically an inch or more too long). Glad that Zappos has free returns.

Length was good waist size was good but the cut was odd and causes the jeans to climb up my butt. Not comfortable! I later bought a pair of 501's in the same size and the fit on them was perfect. I will not likely purchase 505's again.

I don't like the baggy quality of this material. They fit well, but they look baggy.
