I have had multiple joint problems, in paarticular, in my lower extremities. My othopaedic surgeon recommended Spenco insole to ease my ambulation. I got a pair from Zappos. Great. So comfortable. Now, a few words about Zappos delivery service. I am so accustomed to online stores that use multiple carries for delivery purposes, putting me on hold for days, at times weeks. Zappos does what it says. My Spenco arrived at my door, exactly as Zappos said that it would. Great job. Thanks. Will be back for another visit.

The RX Comfort Insole is a relatively thin, flat insole that adds a layer of padding that can be used over custom orthotics or over the regular lining of your shoes. They can be trimmed to fit. I prefer the old dark blue gel insoles, which provided me more comfort when they were available years ago.

Needed some basic insoles for a bit of extra shock absorbency in my soccer cleats. I went through three different pairs before sticking with these. Did have to cut to fit. They're thin enough to go in the cleat without taking up too much room. They will take some getting used to, but they definitely helped make my knees fill better post game!

I bought these to put in my flats, well, they are too wide to fit in flats. So I decided I would put them in my Danskos, but then tehey made my Danskos too small. I could see how they would be really comfortable, but I just cannot figure out what shoes they fit properly. I wear an 8½ and I bought the 7-8 size. The 8-9 was too big for any of my shoes.
