The fit is excellent, the stiffness is just perfect, and overall, I feel it's the best shoe in the marketplace. I have a pair of the clipless 5/10's too. I love them both. Thank you!

If you ride a mountain bike, stop wearing regular running shoes. These make such a big difference when it comes to having my feet not slip off the pedals.

The freerider line has been my go to for years. The Freerider Pros are stuff enough for long pedal days and comfortable enough for any after ride adventures. They are also very durable. I won't buy any other riding shoes.

Just wide enough to not squish my D width feet. The lacing is great too. The sole is a bit thin, so you may need to strategically remove a pin from your platform pedals to avoid drilling a hole thru the sole (I've had 3 pair of these and now know how to avoid that). They wear well, hold their shape, dry quickly and are my go-to shoe for mtb!

I needed to switch to flat pedals and a friend recommended Five Ten shoes and the Freerider Pro in particular. I'm glad I took her advice. The soles really are sticky as others have mentioned and it's a firm/stiff sole making them work well for longer rides.

Grippy, stiffer sole mix for much better connection to the pedal.

I was looking for an extra stiff flat shoe to aid in climbing and this shoe seems to work well. Not only pretty stiff but sticks to the pedals very well. I dont think there is a stiffer flat shoe out there, and I am happy with the Freerider Pros all around goodness. Fit is also where it should be. If you are in between sizes, I would size up a half size to be safe.

Very solid flat shoe. Warm in the winter acceptable in the summer. Engages with the pedals super well. These are my third pair in 8 years.

The laces color combination i din't like, it's a good shoe i wish you had a wider size by going to 11 size it makes the shoe to long.
