Love the look of this shoe but it definitely runs small. I normally wear a 9, so bought a 9.5, it was still too small. Plenty of arch support but the insole insert was cut a little high around the heal and rubbed me wrong so they are going back.

5 stars for style most definitely. Received a ton of compliments on this shoe. The cheetah print is very chic. My only complaints (although I decided to keep the shoes) was that they ran about 1/2 a size too small, were a bit on the narrow side (in comparison to my other Nike shoes) the laces seemed too short thus making me lace the shoe up tight. Lastly, when I was doing jumping jacks and power squats, the shoe dug into the top of the inside of my ankle, if that makes any sense. I kept them since they felt ok when I ran and walked. And I love the color, style, and print. I'll most likely use them as "fashion" shoes instead of my exercise class shoes. They really aren't built for rigorous movement.

This is probably the best looking sneaker around!! Too bad it is ridiculously small!! I went up 2 sizes and still feel like my foot is in a sausage casing. Feels lightweight on foot. Sadly, I must return it and try another style.

Great looking shoe, run small, get 1/2 size smaller. One think I don't like is that the tongue on the shoe only opens on one side, making it harder to slip in your foot.

I love the look of this shoe and have worn Nike Frees in the past and have always worn a size 7 with room for an insole. These shoes in a 7 were extremely narrow (and I do not have wide feet). The fabric is much less flexible than the other Nike Frees I have had, which is probably why they run much smaller. Even once I went up to a 7.5 they were still too narrow...but getting too long. Really bummed they don't fit because they are really cute!

I read previous reviews and ordered a 1/2 size larger and they were still very snug. Not much for comfort and as stylish as they look it's not worth it! These shoes will be returned.

I originally bought this shoe in a 9 (1/2 size bigger than normally based on the reviews). The 9 fit fine in the toe are but was extremely tight around the laces and was actually causing me pain when I walked. I decided to exchange for a 9.5, Zappos sent them out almost immediately. I received it next day. While it does fit fine around the laces area, it's now too big in the toe area and it just makes my foot look gigantic. I'm almost positive I will send them back. Such a shame that the sizing is way off on this shoe because the style is super cute. If you have a narrow foot, then this shoe is definitely for you. I'm sad about not being able to keep it.

I ordered these in my usual Nike size and a half size larger. These seem to run more narrow and small than other Nike Free shoes. They look very cool but in the end I could tell they weren't going to be comfortable enough for me. too tight in the toe box.

I'm actually sad because these are super cute, but they run really small. I wear an 8 in most Nike's, and I tried on a different style of these and the 8 was snug but they'd didn't have this design, so I ordered it instead. I first ordered the 8, but in this design it was even smaller, so I exchanged it for a 9 (afraid that the 8.5 would still be too small). The 9 is slightly too big, but this shoe is very narrow. The thing about this shoe is that the tongue is not like other shoes, only one side lifts up, so it is almost like you put your foot in at an angle (sorry if that doesn't make sense), I just thought that was weird. But anyhow, I would have loved them if they fit like the other Free's!

Runs small! I've always been a 9 in Nikes, no matter what shoe style. When I ordered these I got a 9 and they were too small and tight. I returned for a 9.5! Go a half size big with these shoes, even if you usually don't have size problems.

These shoes look awesome and are so light weight but they are VERY narrow and so I had to return them. I have never had a problem with having to buy wide shoes so I was surprised that these were so tight. I also ordered a half size up and the length was perfect so I rec going at least a half size up.

I agree with the other reviewers - this shoe is narrow and I have a pretty narrow foot. When I put these on they were very snug. I couldn't imaging running in them with my foot swelling from heat. I have to return them which is too bad - they look and feel nice otherwise. I'm very disappointed with Nike's inconsistency as they have progressed in the Nike Free Run series. The early shoes were fabulous and since Free Run 3 they've gone downhill.

I wanted to like these running shoes for two reasons. First, I wanted to try a new Nike minimalist shoe and I loved the print. Unfortunately, I couldn't even make it walking around my house without my feet feeling numb and warm. I ordered a size 8 when I usually wear a size 7.5. The shoe was just too narrow. I will be returning these shoes.

Loved these shoes online. I'm usually a 10 in Nikes, ordered a 10 and these were too small. It was my first time trying The Free 5.0. Return was no trouble as usual.

HOT FEET! These shoes do not breathe, although very comfortable the upper neoprene-like fabric cause me to have very hot, wet, sweaty feet as if my feet were wrapped in plastic. None of my other Nike shoes have caused this issue.

I ordered my usual size but could barely get into these shoes. The cut across the top is strange, which made the shoes seem smaller than they really were. It was probably just as well because the shoes struck me as pretty ugly at least in the splotchy blue and black colors I ordered.

These were perhaps the strangest sneakers I have ever tried on. The fit was fine, but the fabric is so bizarre! It crunched every time I walked. I think that an athletic shoe should move more with your feet, rather than be so stiff. :(

These fit like no other Nike's I've owned. The laces almost run on an angle down the side of the shoe, which for me resulted in pinching my toes. There was no way I could run or work out in them. I ended up returning them and ordering a different fit for the free line. This fit was just weird to me, but everyone's feet are different I guess.

I was really disappointed with these. I don't usually purchase Nike but now I can understand why my bf said Nikes are just for appearance. These were not comfortable at all and felt really cheap and poorly constructed. All I wanted was a pair of clean black and white sneaks to run errands in, but I'm returning these because of poor quality.

These shoes look nice at first but the material feels and looks like plastic, not like fabric. I'm afraid they won't be my favorite gym shoes. Also, the asymmetric lace arrangement and tongue look awkward.

I am not thrilled. I would love to return them but I figured that out during and after a long run in them. They look cool and felt great to just stand in. Blisters under ball of foot by big toe, the top of the tongue digs into the top of my foot at the ankle, and the seam/stitching that goes across the top also presses into the top of my foot close to my toes. Overall, I am very unhappy.

I usually wear a 9, and they didn't fit. I returned them and ordered a 10. They technically fit but they are still uncomfortable. Returned them again and decided I was done trying to make this shoe work.

Based on everyone else's reviews about these running so small I ordered just a half size up even though others were saying they went up one, even two whole sizes. Huge mistake! The toe box was so large and rounded they literally felt like floppy clown shoes. To make matters worse, I couldn't even exchange them for a smaller size because the tongue is attached on one side which was so uncomfortable they dug into the top of my foot with every step. They hurt so badly I wanted to throw them in the trash after an hour of wear. I usually love Nike's but this style in particular is just not a good one, so disappointing.

Love the style but I need more than just style for a cross trainer. Felt stiff and had to exchange 2 different times just to find a size that worked. Not at all as comfortable as the previous FreeRuns.
