I bought these shoes for my husband and although he liked the appearance of them we had to return them because they were too big. At least a 1/2 size maybe a full size. We've never had trouble ordering his size from Zappos before. Also, this was a new feel of shoes for him. He felt the material was a little too thin and fragile compared to the last type of Nikes he bought and I think this made him feel uncomfortable.

I have purchased several Nike Flex 8 shoes for my long walks and general wear. I returned the latest pair because they really didn't fit in the toe box. I don't know if Nike has changed the fit or if I just got a bad pair. I switched to the Roche 1's, based on the many positive reviews. They do not fit me well at all. The arch support feels very different than the Flex 8's, with uncomfortable support on the outside of my feet. I have tried to switch out with other arch supports, but still no luck. The shoes feel comfortable on my feet, but there is not way to walk in them comfortably for any distance at all. A real disappointment.

Weird ratings above I know. they are based on what my 14 year old son reported back to me. He hated the style and even if he had liked the style he didn't think they were comfortable enough to keep. I'm giving them an overall 3 because he is super picky style-wise and we often disagree. I thought they were cute for a middle school athletic kid!

These shoes look great, but if you need any kind of support, forget it. When my son put them on, we could see the outline of his foot through the thin upper material.

Decent casual shoes, not athletic or jogging shoes. Very little support. Thin material, 'bleeding' glue at the toe. Comfortable and lightweight but not sure how long they'll last. Look good.

Upper mesh material is too thin and the shape of toes are visible. I think it will wear out soon.

Bought shoes for my nephew. He likes the style but complained about the lack of arch support. Wore to school one day but lack of support caused his feet to hurt.

Great looking and feeling shoe but cheaply made. My son wore them out in 6 weeks. They had a hole in them after four....

Very happy purchase. Couldn't beat the price and got many compliments on them. Perfect for running errands or a light workout. Easy to slip on and off and the material was strong. Definitely worth every penny.

I initially gave these shoes a "perfect" rating but after wearing them for a week or so I have to change my thought. Length of the shoe was spot on and there is virtually no arch support. Being flat footed, the lack of support actually felt better on my feet. Initially, the shoe width felt really good, even with my wide feet. I took to wearing them outside instantly but found that even with the forgiving nature of shoe material my feet began to feel suffocated (My bad as I should have worn them inside so shoe could have been returned before hastily making a decision). I ended up ordering a pair of Nike Revolution 4 in a 4EEEE width and these shoes seem to be working out. I'll wear these around the house just in case a return is necessary.

The shoes fit adequately but are lacking in overall support. They remind me somewhat of a cross between Tom's style shoes and a regular athletic shoe. They are very comfortable though and the insole is ridged which is a unique feeling that I enjoy. TL;DR Shoe could use more support but is comfortable. Would not buy again.

Shoes are comfortable and cool looking enough, but not what I was expecting. They are extremely light weight, almost like house shoes, and have no arch support, little ankle support. I wanted walking shoes to prevent plantar fascitis. SO I'm writing this to make the shoe description more clear. I exchanged them for Asics.

Go by the color name, not the picture! The shoe, laces, swoosh, and even the soles are green, just different shades. The picture makes the shoe look brown/tan and soles black, that's definitely not the case. Otherwise, they look and feel like other Roshes. I usually wear an 11 athletic shoe, but 10.5 in Roshes.

I think these shoes are really hyped in my opinion. They feel pretty ok, possibly because I transferred from nike free runs 5.0 It literally feels like crocs covered with cloth. Therefore I didn't feel like it was worth the price. I got nike free runs instead and they feel so much better and just as light. I did get one size smaller reading from the reviews and its true that these shoes run a little big.

Well they look nice but that's about it. I don't know how some people claim to wear these without socks. It's like standing on a fence. Feels like hard plastic interior sole inserts. Very uncomfortable, heck it actually hurts. Wearing socks is a must. And for those saying it's like walking on clouds, either youre paid to say that or your feet are two bricks and anything less hard is a treat. Sizing. It runs small. I'm usually a size 13 but even the 15s were just okay!! Maybe they'll break in... They look great, nice minimalist look. But the rubber heel/sole looks awfully cheap. I think it's priced a tad high for what you're getting. I've always wanted Roshe Run, the style is great for me, but there's some flaws that I would like fixed.

My son loves the comfort of this shoe but the durability leaves a lot to be desired. After casual wear, the mesh fabric is tearing by the big toe. This seems to be a common complaint but at this price, I would hope to get more than four months out of these sneakers.

I have recently ordered these for a gift for my boyfriend. He loved them and the fit! I was very pleased with how fast they came. However, he has had them for three weeks and maybe worn them five times and is very careful with his shoes. Unfortunately, they ripped on top.

I already had a pair before I got these. I can say they are the 2nd most comfortable shoe I have worn and it is only behind the AdiPure Boost. However, the Roshe is much cheaper than the AdiPure Boost so I guess Roshe takes the cake. However, the Roshe Run is only a lifestyle shoe that you should wear while you are walking around for a long time or if you are visiting somewhere and you have to walk around. Despite being called the Roshe "Run" it isn't as durable as most running shoes. When I say durable, I mean in the sense of actually running or working out in these shoes. Besides the durability this shoe is pretty good for its price.

These Nike shoes look nice and decent comfort, but the brand new Adidas 'Pure Boost' simply is a vastly superior walking & running. In less than 60 seconds of trying them on, the Nike Roshe Run will be history.

I buy Nike shoes all the time for my son. The quality of this shoe was very sub par. My son has only had them for a month and the stitching is coming undone on the side of the shoe.

As usual with Nike, I find they run small and had to order a 1/2 size up. Pretty disappointed in how these are holding up to regular wear. My son got a pull in the fabric that turned into a lengthy "run." This was in the first few days of wearing. So even though they're new - and were not cheap - they look terrible. Later found out this fabric pull & run happened to my nephews' Roshe Runs as well. On the plus side, my son finds them very comfortable and likes the sock-like fit.

Had to return first pair since material on top ripped during initial wearing. Awesome Zappos support as always! Overall comfortable shoe, but not ideal for kids who are tough on shoes.

I have a middle school boy and this shoe is all the craze right now. He begged for them. I was reluctant because Nike runs narrow and he has a wide foot. There are not many "cool" wide shoes out there for boys. I read the reviews and it said runs wide because of the mesh of the shoe. I bought and they were great, the mesh really expands and is the first Nike shoe we could wear but .because of the mesh it is not really sturdy. The first day (after buying 70 dollar shoes) he had a huge run in the mesh. He thought we could return them and I told him he did it. Bottom line, great shoe for a kid who loves Nike and needs wide but not a real sturdy shoe. I knew these were more for fashion than a sport. Mom to a pre-teen who LOVES SHOES!
