Comfy, lightweight, compatible with casual outfits...an overall reliable shoe! The only downfall would be the thin material (not suitable for rainy day runs).

I bought two pair, one in black, and one in this white/ckecked pattern. They are very comfortable kicks. Nice and light, and look good. I wouldn't really recommended wearing them in the rain or snow, but for dry days or walking around indoors they are nice. The uppers are stretchy fabric, by they feel surprisingly warm. Can be worn with or without socks. I'm a little concerned with how to best clean the fabric uppers in the event they get dirty.

Shoes fit true to size. As far as comfort, which is what most people get these shoes for, I found to not live up to their hype. The shoes are comfy, but not as if I'm walking on clouds.

I have a pair of these in black (the other style with the logo appliqued instead of the cut-out dots) and I love them so much I figured I'd get another pair in a different color. So I got the dusty grey/dusty green ones. They look terrific; got lots of compliments on them. But they didn't fit quite like the black ones and I couldn't figure out why. Finally, I got out a ruler and measured the sole and these new ones were a full 1/4-inch narrower than the black ones! That's significant when you have toes that are in pain alot. Now, I got the black ones about 18 months earlier, so maybe they've changed their manufacturing process, but I don't know why they'd make them narrower, unless it's to save money. Fortunately the mesh upper still has alot of give, so they're not killing my feet. But I wish there was more consistency within a brand so if you order the same style in the same size, you'll get the same fit. I expected more from Nike.

The only problem I had with these shoes is that they are slightly harder to get on your feet than a normal shoe. It isn't a throw them in and your out the door. Also it may have been just me but the shoes actually hurt my feet to wear them until about a week after I broke them in a little bit. After the breaking in period though it doesn't even feel like you are wearing a shoe. The fit is literally like a glove and so comfortable. Would definitely recommend getting a pair and at the price point they are a steal.

It was a good because of the comfort on the inside. The design of the shoe is a ok. Yet the width shoe be made way bigger.

Comfortble and they look nice. My one word of warning, the backs of the shoes wore a blister into my ankle. I hadn't worn a shoe with this fit for a long time. Didn't wear them for a week and its fine now.

Arrived fast and just what I expected. The sole insert tends to slide back and forth when putting the shoes on while wearing socks.

These are comfortable, provide excellent ventilation, have a stylish Zen design, high arches, and thin mesh. The wedge may seem unpleasant to some, poor ankle support, mesh upper very thin, tight laces can cut into feet. These are not running shoes, only for casual-wear. It is pronounced "Row-shi" not "Row-sh" or "Row-shay."

At first, the Roshes were a little uncomfortable. However, I have pretty flat feet and have been neglecting my gym membership, so my body type may have been a factor. Either way, I kept on wearing them because I love their minimal design, the story behind the shoes, and am a total masochist. After a few wears, they started to mold to my feet and are very comfortable with or without socks. Zappos gave me a great deal on these, so if you are even contemplating, I say just get them! They are definitely worth it.

Very comfortable shoe to wear. It takes about a week or so to get used to the sole but once you do, it feels amazing. This shoe is only meant for style and should not be worn for running. And this shoe does look a little large on the foot but it fits true to size. Also the white foam does attract dirt easily. The front of the shoe where the fabric is connected to the foam does wear out fairly quickly. But that's just a little but of nit-picking. Other than that, these shoes look and feel amazing!

I think these shoes are pretty good, but to be honest I was a little disappointed. They just aren't for me because my feet are apparently too wide. I've given them time to break in, but they are still very tight and not what I was expecting, especially since the shoe got amazing reviews. I will give it 4 stars though because I know I'm in the minority and that it is a quality shoe.

Interesting shoe. Very little structure to the upper, but comfortable and cool. Great look, versatile colors. Fit is unusual. Somewhat large than normal for a Nike, which I buy because their smaller profile fits me better than other brands. Almost exchanged them for a 1/2 size smaller.

Nike Roshe Runs are some great shoes. I ordered them and they came the next day. However, the day after I received the shoes, I decided to embark on a bike ride and got into an accident. This led to a tear in the mesh upper which was not easy to repair. You can still see the shoe's battle scars but I was able to patch it up quite nicely with some amateur sewing abilities and some fabric glue. Overall these are very stylish shoes and you can actually feel wind blowing on your toes due to their lightweight nature. They only earned four stars due to the durability but it was a pretty gnarly bike crash so I was not going to be surprised if my shoes had ripped.

I have really flat feet and the arch support in these is much less than the Free Run 3. They are comfortable, light, and very stylish but, as others have mentioned, they are not elite running shoes. They are good quality for the price tag. I wish that I could track more colors down for retail!

Overall, this sneaker was great. Most of my friends had these and told me how comfortable they were so I decided to get them. They are really comfortable but I recommend getting a half size larger because they seem a bit narrow and short.

I liked these shoes. Super comfortable. The only issue is they don't have much traction. If I was walking into a store with slippery floors and my shoes were wet, I'd slip.

If you’re a female buying these its better to go with the woman shoe the extra money you pay is well worth it because the boys size is thinner material.

I bought these shoes for my husband and although he liked the appearance of them we had to return them because they were too big. At least a 1/2 size maybe a full size. We've never had trouble ordering his size from Zappos before. Also, this was a new feel of shoes for him. He felt the material was a little too thin and fragile compared to the last type of Nikes he bought and I think this made him feel uncomfortable.

I have purchased several Nike Flex 8 shoes for my long walks and general wear. I returned the latest pair because they really didn't fit in the toe box. I don't know if Nike has changed the fit or if I just got a bad pair. I switched to the Roche 1's, based on the many positive reviews. They do not fit me well at all. The arch support feels very different than the Flex 8's, with uncomfortable support on the outside of my feet. I have tried to switch out with other arch supports, but still no luck. The shoes feel comfortable on my feet, but there is not way to walk in them comfortably for any distance at all. A real disappointment.

Weird ratings above I know. they are based on what my 14 year old son reported back to me. He hated the style and even if he had liked the style he didn't think they were comfortable enough to keep. I'm giving them an overall 3 because he is super picky style-wise and we often disagree. I thought they were cute for a middle school athletic kid!

These shoes look great, but if you need any kind of support, forget it. When my son put them on, we could see the outline of his foot through the thin upper material.

Decent casual shoes, not athletic or jogging shoes. Very little support. Thin material, 'bleeding' glue at the toe. Comfortable and lightweight but not sure how long they'll last. Look good.
