These shoes are beautiful. They look and smell like quality. More of a dark tan color. I really wanted to love these shoes;however they slip at the heel. A smaller size will be too small. The wide width is perfect in the toes so that's not the answer either. For $100 I want shoes to fit perfectly, so unfortunately back they go

After reading all of the excellent reviews on these heels, I had very high hopes. Unfortunately, they weren't quite as comfy as everyone said they were going to be. But hey, they are pumps, right? I have very narrow heels compared to the rest of my foot, so the shoes slipped up and down when I walked almost like a flip flop. The balls of my feet ached by the end of the day. Overall, I would give these shoes a C-.

I specifically purchased these because I do NOT wear heels and I needed them for an outfit I had for a formal event. Reviews said they were super comfortable, but not for me!! Obviously, there probably isn't a high heel around that would be comfortable for me. I had hopes, though. I wore them for 20 minutes. The were beautiful and nicely made. They killed my feet. Next time, I'll go for a platform. If you wear heels, these are really nice.

I really liked the way these shoes looked and the padding inside is really nice. Alas, they are too small for the ball of my foot through the toebox. I have a wide ball and narrow heel so I struggle with this especially since shoe manufacturers today assume everyone has a narrow ball of their foot. They are going back, sadly.

I love Brazilian shoes, good quality, because extra cushion was a little bit tight, had to use a stretcher, other than that I'm happy with this shoes.

Very stylish, but very uncomfortable.

Finally thought I'd found the perfect pair, but they're cut very high in the upper around the heel and it cut right into my achilles over the course of the day. So disappointed. Otherwise very comfortable for my 10.5 size feet. As I don't think I can return them now will try heel cushions to see if that helps.

I loved everything about these shoes except for the squeak when I walked. I was so disappointed that I had to return them.

I so wanted to love this shoe. Fabric is professional and cute. Shoe design is better than similar high comfort shoes. But the back of the shoe was so stiff and tall that it literally cut into my leg. High quality and wanted to keep it but couldn't deal with the back of the shoe.

Beautiful shoe. Fits like it was made for my feet. Too high a heel to wear on a day to day basis is very disappointing.

Never had to return shoes because they were so painful! My one big toe had so much pressure under it, like there was a defect...that I had to run home from work to put on something else. I wear heels everyday 8-10 hours a day. These hurt!

These tan half a size smaller than what I normally get. They look great and are comfy at first but after wearing them for a full day I am not sure if I still like them.

I had read that this shoe was the most comfortable pump a woman could buy. I disagree. I love the look but after several wearings, these shoes are too tight and uncomfortable. When I wear them to work, I'm miserable by midday. I waited too long to return them and I will continue to wear them in short spells, but I am disappointed.

I wanted to love these shoes, but the insole is uncomfortable. The top layer came unglued, but because it is sewn in, I cannot fix it. The cushioning at the ball of the foot feels less like a cushion and more like something is stuck in the shoe. I should have listened to the reviews that mentioned the insole. They are a pretty shoe, though. I can wear them for short periods at a time, I just can't be on my feet in them all day.

I bought this shoe in two different colors to use as everyday work pumps. The style is nice and the heel is the perfect height for work, however, I am extremely disappointed with the quality and level of comfort. The shoes were stiff from the beginning and have only gotten more uncomfortable with additional wear. At this point, my feet start hurting the minute I put the shoes on in the morning. Also, the insole in one of the shoes began coming unglued after only one wear. If I could return them, I would. I regret hanging on to them with the hope that I could wear them in.

I really really wanted to love these shoes. The padding in the shoe was great and the toe box was actually wide enough not to crush my toes. However, the heel slipped off and the back of the shoe felt like it would rub if worn longer than 5 minutes in the house. Sadly, they had to go back. So close!

Plenty of upside: a nice-looking classic pump, decent leather, nice cushioning, normal width is not narrow, and the width is roomy (even the normal width is OK for my size 7W/7.5 feet; the wide is comfy and roomy). Two downsides, for me: first, the back of the heel cup rises very high and presses into my achilles tendon. Ouch. Second, I really feel the heel height because there is no curve in the footbed to support my foot under the arch and heel. Unlike more comfortable heels I own (of the same height), the back of this shoe is entirely slanted toward the toe, so all of my weight is thrown onto the ball of my foot. My feet aren't up to that any more, so this one gets returned.

Definitely one of the most comfortable pairs of pumps I've ever purchased! I have gone through probably four pairs now as they're my go-to work shoe. They require the typical breaking in as any leather shoe but after that they're great. However, I will say I have been disappointed in the quality lately. On my last couple of pairs, the super comfy insole seems to slide/come out of place too soon after purchasing and then it never seems quite right after that. Pair before last had a broken heel after not too long as well. Overall though I will be staying with these until I can find something as comfortable!

I was looking for a pair of nude heels that weren't too high and were relatively comfortable. These had good reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. While decently attractive, I did not find these to be comfortable. My foot had a difficult time staying in the shoe, despite the length of the shoe being correct. Additionally, they gave be blisters the first time I wore them. For me, these were quite ill-fitting. The search for me continues!

Foot of the shoe very comfortable and supportive, but the material on top of the foot near the toes pinched. It is at an ideal height. I was sad that it didn't work.

I purchased the Black Silk because I was recently at a department store and the clerk gave me a pair of this exact shoe to wear when trying on dresses. They were so comfortable! I had to have these. So imagine my disappointment after trying then on at and having the lining around the toes peel back on one of shoes. I'm going to order a new pair because the other shoe is fine and the pair I tried in the department store fit like a glove.

Black marks have appeared all over these shoes and I barely have worn them. Nothing seems to be able to get them out.

I liked the style of this shoe, exactly the look I wanted. However, these shoes cut into my ankle bone. A few step in these, and I knew these would cause blisters and needed to be returned!

I first purchased these in a 4.5, but after those being too tight I reordered in a 5. Once they came, they were a half size too large. I either got a fluke pair of 4.5 or a 5, but they didn't have another 4.5 to exchange for (I got the last pair). Honestly, after the sizing issues I decided to return and be done. As far as the shoe itself goes, I did find the footbed family cushioned; however, it was no more so than any other lower end comfort heel I've found. Overall, if you will wear often and love them they might be worth it. For me, it wasn't just the sizing being off, but also the fact that they weren't extra comfortable or incredible quality that made them not worth the money for me. I would only wear for special occasions, and I decided a cheaper, yet just as comfortable shoe was the route for me.

I purchased this in a size 4.5 and found it much too tight. I usually need padding in a size 5 and saw these ran larger for most, so I purchased the 4.5. Unfortunately, it didn't work out and was tight enough to cause toes to fall asleep, which means way too tight. One shoe was also much tighter than the other, which was also a flaw. I returned these.
