My husband bought these in his regular size and found they were way too tight and short. He has a thin foot, too, but they were still too tight in his normal size. He returned them and bought a size larger and loves how they feel now.

I have a narrow foot and high arch, love these shoes. Some of the best workout shoes I have gotten in awhile. Usually the Nike trainers tend to be a bit too wide for me, but these are perfect. Great shoe to wear for weights or cardio.

Bought this shoe for weight training and running. I go to the gym 5 times a week and have been wearing Reebok zig-tech's for the past year. These Nike Free's are just as comfortable as the Reebok's and are much better for weight lifting. They are also quite comfortable when running. I have a pretty wide foot but these shoes fit perfectly, not sure why the other reviews say that the shoes are too narrow. Great purchase and I will be buying another pair in the future.

I use this shoe for all my training: weightlifting, cross-training, running, biking, etc. It does the job nicely for all. It's super light and very flexible. I only gave it 4 stars on comfort because it was a little snug in the width at first, but broke in nicely after a few days of good use.

This shoe is very comfortable and true to size. I use it as a cross training shoe for a Body Pump class I teach.

This is my 3rd pair of Nike Free Trainers. The shoes are comfortable and stylish, but I mainly buy from Zappos for the speed, convenience, and great customer service. Enjoy your new kicks!

Bought these for my husband, as a daily shoe, He says they are so comfortable and light weight. And true to size, he is a fan.

These shows provide the comfort necessary for a great cross-training show but are super light at the same time. They are not as light weight as the Nike Free 5.0 running shoes but pretty close. I love the feel and look of these shoes and would buy them again, many times over.

These are my first pair of Free Trainers and will not be my last. The first work out in them was great. They are comfortable from the beginning and are sure to be more so with a few wears. Zappos service is top notch as always!

I really like these shoes. They run kind of narrow but they are light and great for running and lifting. The harder material around the toe is a bit uncomfortable on my pinky toe but I am sure that it will stretch a bit over time. They are good looking sneakers.

In person, these shoes are beautiful! They are also super light and very well constructed. However, The lacing mechanism is awkward and one must open the laces very wide to insert the foot in the shoe... and I don't have wide feet! However, I recommend them. Once on the foot, they are stylish and comfortable.

These are a comfortable shoe, but I question whether or not it deserves the Free moniker. I've had a few kicks from the Free line and this model doesn't give that sense of uninhibited flexibility that the other did. Stylewise, these are pretty hot. They just don't fulfill that natural flexibility requirement that I've become accustomed to.

This is a good shoe but a few things to note. It's actually a bit narrow and definitely smaller than its posted size. The reason I returned it actually was because it's higher on the outside of the foot almost pushing your foot inwards due to the angle. Also the back of the shoe seemed to come out to far making the style kind of bad.

I was a little hesitant buying a lightweight training shoe that I'd be doing agility drills and heavy lifting in. But I've been pleasantly surprised. It appears that it will hold up well. I don't expect the lightweight construction to last years like my last pair (Under Armour) did, but I'd recommend the shoes for someone else.

Just like any pair of Nikes order a half size up as they tend to run small. FYI the Bright Crimson is more of a pink color.

Very comfortable and I think stylish, but the chicks think it slightly orthotic in look. From certain angles I'd have to agree. Just face everybody from the front and you'll be fine.

Excellent shoe, but seems to be small for the stated size. I've worn size 11 shoes for 15+ years and this size 11 is just too tight for me. Also to note, the shoe has some shiny lines on it that don't really show on pictures online. Some people might like that style, but I don't. Construction is very excellent, but the shoe tongue is stiffer than I would desire.

These shoes dirty fast but feel and look great. Very comfortable and fit perfect even to my size 15 foot.

Great looking shoe and comfortable but not quite as comfortable as the Nike Free 7.0 v2 (non-trainer model). It's more stable than the Free 7.0 though, especially when doing lateral movements. Width is perfect but beware of the small pointy toebox. I own a size 9US Ballistec 4.3 and they fit me perfectly unlike this Free Trainer that is a little bit shorter in length. I should have ordered half a size bigger, my middle toe tends to curl inside caused by inadequate pointy toebox room. Overall, it's a great looking and performing trainer.

I have been looking at these for a few weeks and I finally picked them up yesterday. I actually bought them at a Nike Factory Store. I usually wear a size 9.5 but I had to go up to a 10 with these. I wore them the last 2 days for some outdoor activities. They are light, stylish, and comfortable However, I did feel a little discomfort on the top of the shoe near the outside of them touch. I felt something poking at my ankle. I was a little uncomfortable for a bit, but then went away.

The size 16 fits great, which is to say just a tad small, but that's normal for Nike. The shoes are very light and breathe well. I've received several compliments on the shoes so that's a good indication of the style. My only criticism is that the shoes felt a little rigid when bending at the toe box. I think this is due to the plastic material used on the outside of the shoe. However, I haven't noticed this as much as the shoes have broken in. Overall, a great shoe!

Nice shoe, lightweight. Although this is a cross trainer, I run it more than I wear it for general training. It's actually a s nice shoe to run in and the lateral support is good. I have approximately 35-miles on the shoe in less than a month. I also wanted to remark that the toe box is wider than a lot of Nikes, which makes them more comfortable for me.

Great shoes, a tiny bit narrows for my foot but not uncomfortable.
