I bought 2 of these to rotate through while I teach Zumba. Not good at all. I have worn them each 4 times and the soles are coming undone on both pairs. I have had the Nike Free's before and they worked great.

I was looking for a shoe to wear while working out, and this is the one! I am an under-pronator (supinator) so it's tough to find a shoe that provide enough cushioning, but this one is great. Very lightweight and flexible for handling lunges and other moves where you really need a shoe that can bend. Be warned, this shoe is very narrow, and that's coming from someone with narrow feet! I usually wear an 8.5 and the 8.5 in this shoe provides plenty of toe room.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I needed a pair of shoes that provided excellent lateral support for a boot camp class where do a lot of lateral moves and this pair provided excellent support. I just wore them to a class this morning and loved the fit! If you are used to shoes that are higher to the ground, you may feel some discomfort in your calves in the beginning but that is just your calves getting stronger (this is in reference to a feedback left from someone earlier).

I bought the shoes for work and they work great! They offer fantastic arch support and are great for walking around. They are very comfy but do run a bit narrow! However I have narrow feet so they work great for me.

I just got these shoes yesterday and I am very pleased. The heel is a bit narrow, which is great for me. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and with this shoe I probably could have worn the 8.5 as far as length (there is a little space left in the toe box) but the 9 fits fine. Walking in this shoe gives the feel of walking barefoot but with support.

I was looking for cross trainers that would provide adequate support for the ball of the foot, which often take a lot of stress in jumping, lunges, and interval classes. When these shoes arrived, I was afraid that their low profile wouldn't provide enough support, but after using them in several high intensity classes, I have been pleasantly surprised. They provide lots of support without the weight. And they're cute! True to size.

If you have wide feet, this shoe is not for you. I have narrow feet and they are great for me. I wear either a 6.5 or 7 in all my shoes and these are a 6.5 and fit great. I love how light they are.

These shoes are flexible and lightweight. Great fit as well - perfect for workout classes at the gym.

The color of the shoes is exactly like the example which I was happy about. The fit of the shoe however, is interesting. The shoes are awkwardly long so my size 8 was a half a size too big. Also they run very narrow. I don't have wide feet so I was surprised. All in all, they aren't the most comfortable shoe which is too bad, they're cute.

I love Nike shoes...but these were not up to snuff! I wore them for a week to exercise class and my calf muscles were totally cramped by the end of the week. I would not recommend these for anything but walking around.

These shoes are super comfortable for working out in! I don't do anything too high impact but I like them. They're too tight to wear wth socks, so I wear those light cotton feet protectors like I usually do with flats.

Look, I really love these shoes. They look great, and they are perfectly designed for TRAINING. Not Zumba, not cardio, not walking, but training . . . as in lifting. I am a Crossfit athlete, and these are really good for lifting and give me lots of stability for snatches and squats with weights. I used some other shoes before these, and they made me wobbly when I was landing. The soles on these shoes are meant to be flat and hard so that they give you proper stability to ward off injury. They aren't meant to be worn all day or anything like that. Don't run in these shoes, as you can tear them or hurt yourself. If you are looking for shoes for Zumba or whatever else, don't get these. Get some running shoes. Leave these shoes for the lifters and quit leaving bad reviews because of your lack of knowledge about proper footwear.

These shoes are really comfortable, I could wear them all day; however, if you need a pair of shoes for gym, this might not be the one. I took a size larger than my size for other shoes, this was still a little tight at first, but after few uses, this fits just fine. They look pretty amazing in black and magenta. Love to have them.

I found that the shoes were very tight when I first wore them to class and even felt a little numbness too. But after the first class they stretched out and I absolutely love them and love how they look, too!

These are my favorite pair of Nikes! They are comfortable enough to wear all day. Surprisingly they are very light weight. I get tons of compliments when I wear them. They come in a lot of great colors and are a great pair. Think about buying another pair in a different color.

I love these shoes. They have great lateral support, are lightweight, and flexible. They are perfect for working with my trainer.

This shoe is very cute and gets a lot of attention. The color combination is perfect, it's just the same as the picture. I use it for work mostly. It's basically just good for walking and running. I don't really recommend this shoe if you have to stand up for long periods because it doesn't have a lot of cushioning.

I have flat arches and I was looking for a cute shoe that I could run long distances in. These hit the spot. I ordered them on a Saturday, and received them on the following Wednesday (The mail in my area is a little weird). I opened the box and immediately put them on. The Atomic Purple shoes just screamed by bright and bubbly personality! These shoes felt true to size and when I ran a few miles in them, my heels didn't feel deformed as they did in my old Saucony Crossfires. Cute, stylish, and affordable! Way to go Nike!!

I purchased these shoes because I am a loyal Nike customer. I received them fast as usual from Zappos and have not worn another pair of gym shoes since. I love them! They are lightweight, supportive, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought these for boot camp because I only had running shoes. They work perfect and were a great deal.

I never ordered shoes online but took a chance as the return policy is so great. I love them, so much so I am going to buy another pair in case they run out, light as air...so comfortable. Now I have a very high arch, but they are fine. Could be a bit higher, but again my arch is very high.

I bought these to wear to the gym, but I just haven't made it there! I have been wearing them around and they are very comfortable and super-cute. I bought them in white/grey and I just love them.

I've received a few compliments on these... the grey color matches a lot of my sweatshirts. Slightly narrow, but to be expected from Nike. Very light weight.

I love these! Please, ignore the other reviews that claim these run narrow! You can adjust the laces if need be, but these are definitely regular width shoes. I am so glad that I did not listen and ordered my normal size. I have average width feet.
