Feel the pavement. The shoes look cool and I like wearing them but the lack of sole makes them hard to wear for long periods of time for walking. They say it has a cushioned sole but it is not as much cushion as I thought it would have. I like the shoes and wear them. It not sure if I would buy the, again unless they gave them more comfort.

I wear a 14 but ordered a 14 and 15 after reading the reviews. The size 15 fit perfectly. However one of the pair had defects with the stitching on the side and the insole was messed up. I returned the pair.

I usually wear a size 11 -- an 11.5 rarely, depending on the brand of shoe. Then along came Timberland Earthkeepers Hookset Oxford, which I received in size 11.5 (as per sizing chart measurements, which up 'til now have proven useful/true). To say that these shoes were 'tight' would be an understatement; 'hyperbole' is more like it -- truly. I could barely get my feet into them. Nice shoe, though, but beware. Consider at least 1/2 size bigger than usual -- maybe a full size. Can't speak to long-term use, etc., but have had great luck with Timberland in the past. For now, rating is low, however, due to gross misrepresentation of sizing and consequent inconvenience.

These are awful. They are extremely uncomfortable. I tried wearing them twice and then immediately donated them to the poor.
