I just got these in the mail and think they might be my new favorite yoga pants. They are already a wardrobe essential, these babies do an awesome job of tucking and smoothing. I am 5'4" and 180 pounds. The size large feels like a good fit. I wish they were just a little bit longer (long enough to tuck more easily into my Uggs), but they fall about an inch below my knees. I love these pants. If they wash well, I will definitely be buying another pair!

I was looking for something to wear to a zumba class that would hold the jiggling parts of me better than my regular work out shorts. These are perfect-hold me in without cutting me in half. So very comfortable that I hate to take them off. I believe they would work as a legging, as well. They are not that shiny spandex. Plus, I could not believe how fast they were delivered. I ordered them one afternoon and they were at my door the next day when I got off work-and I live in a very rural area. Thanks, Zappos, for a great product and wonderful service.

Ladies these pants are super! Believe me nothing jiggles that shouldn't! Feels like they massage you as you run! You stay cool and they wash up great. A must have for the wardrobe!

These are the best workout pants I have. I am 5' 1 and they fit perfectly. I wear size 2/4 and the small size fits live glove. I do kick boxing regularly and these are my go to pants for gym. I also use these for my biking and running! Love love these pants have 2 of them would be buying more. Wish they made more colors.

My favorite running compression pants by far. I prefer these to Lululemon and others.

I love these! They are super comfortable and super flattering. They run a tad small though, so you might want to order a size up.

I highly recommend these. I am 5'8" tall and 140 pounds and the medium fit perfectly. The small fit also, but it was tight in the stomach and so not very comfortable. They do not stretch at all, you can throw them in washer and dryer. I actually wear them as workout pants to go to Pilates or play tennis (wear them under a skirt) and it keeps everything nice and firm and no one knows they are Spanx.

I love, love, love these pants! I am short (5'3"), and full figured (size 16), and carry a lot of extra skin and weight around my abdomen since giving birth to twins. I have been searching for an exercise pant that allows freedom of movement, but will control the jiggle of my stomach, as well as support my core and back. These pants do all of that and more!!!! The material is soft and breathable, the seams do not irritate, the length is perfect, the waist band does not roll or pinch. I love the high waist--it prevents the muffin top, and continues the support. I do not find there to be too much compression in the legs, which may or may not be appealing to some people. I was hoping for a tiny bit more support in the legs, but I can definitely over look that issue. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend these pants, and will be buying more pairs!

I ordered a medium but got a small with a medium tag but thanks to a Zappos customer Service representative I had the correct size the very next day. I have always been impressed with the service I receive at Zappos. So Zappos never change in that regard because it is what sets you apart from others. As for the Spanx Shaping Compression Knee Pant you will get a tight hold everywhere and because you do there is no hiking up the pants. Unfortunately this pant does roll at the top so you do not get a totally smooth body surface. I have had the same problem with Spanx Shapewear so I was not too surprised. I find it annoying that at this price point the top of the pant rolls. So far these are the best compression pants I have found so I will be keeping them.

I like that it has a higher rise than other workout pants. However, the waist band does still roll down when exercising vigorously. But better than others. And makes you look 10 pounds slimmer.

I am disappointed that Spanx does not have the cute "yoga" design pants as last year. These are called compression.This fabric is not the same - I preferred the thickness of the previous yoga pants. I wrote to Spanx customer service about this because I didn't want to pay for these if the fabric was not going to have the same awesome features of last years. They never responded to my email. That being said, these knee pants will keep you in place, stay up, cover your belly, and no camel toe. Although I have back up yoga pants, Spanx are the only ones I like.

I love Spanx, and I have to say the fit and look of these did not let me down. They hold everything in and create a nice smooth upper part, no muffin top. The DOWNSIDE, I run, and after a long run the sweat did not wick away very well and made it look like I had wet myself, eek!

I ended up purchasing these after an exhaustive search. Thank you Spanx. I am 5'6 and 143 lbs with substantial booty and thighs that are pushing 50...hard. The medium fit better than the large which, although less tight across the butt, was too big in the waist. These pants smoothed lumps and bumps but the best feature is the lack of a front seam. No graphic division of the lady-bits. They can be worn without undies. The waist is high enough that you are not always hiking up your pants or revealing top of the hip bloop. My only gripe is that the portion of the leg below the need tends to ride up.

Love these pants! They really are some of the more flattering workout pants I've worn (very smoothing, good support and compression, no center seam) and comfortable enough to make it through super-challenging kickboxing class or cardio circuit. I did not love them as running crops (no pockets and the waist did roll and migrate down a bit) but they're awesome for everything else, including everyday wear.

I wear these under clothing not as clothing. The fit is a bit disappointing in the the waist is too big for me in the "medium" and the hips are too narrow in the "small." Granted I have a small waist in proportion to my hips, but this is supposed to be a stretch garment so I expected more in terms of fit for all figure types.

Didn't feel like this was a true compression pant. The fit was great though. The material is a little on the thin side and you could see through it which would be fine as an under layer. I wanted compression pants that I could wear for running.

These are just ok. For the price point, I would think they would have a little more compression, etc.

the pants were way to tight fitting for me. I would never have been able to wear for very long. Also very high waisted.

Ok! So I ordered the black and the lapis. I first wore the lapis color. Very comfortable. Great compression work. Very stylish. Then a week later, I wore the black pair. Hmmm...very different fit. They definitely weren't as comfortable as the lapis. Seemed higher and a lot tighter in the mid section (not in a good way). Not quite sure why. If I hadn't taken off the tags and worn them most of the day, I would return the black pair. The lapis was worth the price. The black was not. Very odd considering it's the same pant. Might stick with my Fila brand for now.

I wanted to love these pants but I ended up having to return them. While I loved the fabric and the compression it provides, I did not like the way the waist band is cinched in. I assume the purpose for this is to nip in the waist, but unfortunately, this just ended up pushing my fat up and creating a huge fat roll at the top of the waist band. I think these pants could have worked if the waist band not been so tight.

these were very high waisted and super tight fighting. I would not have been able to move in these.

These pants stay in place very well with the exception of the top which rolls down creating a muffin top and also makes the pant uncomfortable. When I first got these pants I tried them on and thought they would be great. What I should have done was really move around in them. Doing some squats with them on would have made me realize they are not good for working out. Lesson Learned. I think in the future I'll stick with New Balance.

This was not flattering to my shape. The hips were very loose where I needed them to be tight. The waist was nicely fitted.
