Love these boots. I tried them out the first day I got them. A little apprehensive but they worked like a charm.

Very comfortable, but I wish I could have used my insoles from last obsidian with them.

These are great!! I'm a men's 10.5 with average width feet and these fit amazing right out of the box. I read other reviews online about a hard break-in period but I experienced none of that. I wear heavy steel toe boots on a daily basis so maybe my feet are a little tougher I don't know. They are light, comfortable, and confident. I've already put many miles in these and the other day my property was flooding (Western Oregon) so I took them splashing around in the water. A little water still leaks down the top but these boots are without a doubt waterproof. They just shed it right off and still look brand new after about 30 minutes inspecting the rising waters around my property. The reinforced toe is a nice touch as well. I picked up a few pairs of trail shoes at the last REI garage sale but even with them these boots will see heavy use over their lifetime. I can't be happier.

These are amazing. Perfect balance of tough/weather-proof and yet light-weight make for the perfect spring hiking shoe. Handle any melting snow or mud without drowning your feet in sweat or slowing yourself down with excess weight.

Timing was perfect, I was just starting to shop for a new set of Spring hikers. They were light weight but gave good support and rock protection. Also, I tend to get hot feet and they kept me cool.

Just what the doctor ordered. a good mid hiking shoe. probably going to replace my regular High hiking shoes for most my trips.

Comfortable, slightly stiff but I think that'll soften up over time. Looking forward to getting them into the mountains.

Looks well made and light. One boot was very narrow, so I had to stretch it out. I have yet to give it a full test

Generally they fit great though I find them to be a small bit wide.I like the mid ankle cuff.

I was in the market for new hiking boots and love these. Thank you! My old boots were great but too big. These are smaller but still feel like I'm wearing tanks on my feet, which is what I look for.

I already know Scarpa makes awesome climbing shoes and I had been looking for a great pair of hiking boots, so this pair was almost perfect. The only reason it wasn't a perfect 5 was because I would've preferred a natural leather or brown color way

Well made shoes. Haven't used for long hikes yet. Does seem to run narrow in size.

Used the boots hiking wet conditions in South Florida. Created a couple of hot spots that may have been ameliorated with different socks but boots not a water resistant as I had hoped.

The shoes felt a little loose even with heavy socks. I compensated by adding a liner sock. After that they felt good.

Very lightweight and comfortable. You guys certainly take a risk sending shoes. I have an extremely wide foot. Fits great with very thin socks. the shoelaces are much too short. That is the first thing I will change.

I've just been breaking them in. Very comfortable. will be using on trail soon.

Like the low cut and waterproof; maybe just a small bit wide for me, but they fit well otherwise.
