Inserts fit my Nike size 11 just barely. They are supposed to be good for mens 10-11 and probably would not fit a size 10. Don' know if they can be trimmed, but seems possible with strong scissors. Good cushioning.

The heel cushion felt really nice, and I liked the heel to toe drop the insole provides, but the arch seemed to be too high. This may be the way they fit into my shoe, as it didn't feel that way if I just placed the insole on the floor and stepped on it. I wanted to love these, but unfortunately had to return them.

These insoles get the job done. They are a bit "squishy" and oversized on thickness. Arch support is lacking a bit.

So far these feel great!

Since no product is going to alleviate my foot pain, surgery sure didn't, I just looked for the thickest, densest insert that would fit in my shoe. This is as good as I could find and seems to have replaced the hiker model. They appear equally dense and don't seem to pack out readily.,

This insole was recommended by my doc for plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, the arch support is inadequate.

These insoles are a good "all around" insole for many different kinds of feet and activities. I had plantar fascitis and needed a little extra in my shoes, plus some extra padding. As it turns out I need much more aggressive arch support than these can provide. I also purchased the Superfeet Green but because of my age, (mid 60s) they provided the arch support but were hard as rocks and I just don't have enough fleshy parts on my heels and forefoot anymore to use something like that. If you do not have major foot problems, just want a really comfy all-purpose all around insert for many different activites, this particular spenco model will work great for you. My brother uses them for biking and fitness. I used them for walking. I am a size 9.5 in athletic shoe and these were true to size as manufacturer suggests.

these have good support but the forefoot cushion does not last. I wore them for 1 10 hr. shift on cement floors and the forefoot cushion compressed to less than half of the original thickness . do not waste your money on these as there are better insoles out there. I use new balance mens plush foam orthotics for low to medium arches and they are excellent.well worth the 65 bucks. but you can only order them from the new balance website.

If you want a sole that feels like your walking on a golf ball here ya go. They do honestly feel like they work out my legs differently and you do have good traction with the odd angles of the sole but so uncomfortable.
