After reading lots of reviews on this item I bit the bullet and made the purchase. What a great shoe. I haven't had any foot pain, I am able to go walking with no pf pain. I get lots of compliments on them too.

Love the Orthahell Brand, needed a athletic-type shoe for physical therapy, and these more than fit the bill! Cute, supportive and comfortable! The support system on these shoes, sandals, slippers keep me so in balance I hardly ever feel the back fatigue I feel in other shoes. Would love to see this system somehow made into a low heeled pump!

I'm very happy with this shoe. I'm a cashier and on my feet 5-7 hours a day, but it's no problem when wearing these. Very comfy and nice style.

I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis and have been looking for some "better shoes" to wear. So far, these have felt good. I plan ordering another pair.

This is hands down the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn! I love these shoes! I just had a knee scope and the balanced support of these shoes is perfect. They are lightweight but solid support. I've had comments from many about them being stylish too. Well worth buying and Zappos is always awesome with fast delivery. Thanks for making my walking a dream.

This turned out to be a sturdy, yet lightweight sneaker. I started wearing them immediately...even though it is still snowing outside! Seems to have good support on my leg muscles and are okay for aerobics. This is my first pair.

I had severe foot problems with heel and ankle pain for months. I tried all sorts of insoles and shoes, but nothing helped, till I tried these shoes. I recommend them highly. They are great for the feet and have the perfect arch support. Now I need a pair of house shoes like this.

I bought these for my mom for Christmas. She is in housekeeping at Fort Hood and is on her feet all day everyday. I was going to get the gravity defying shoe for her; however, she said she saw these on QVC and wanted them. So, I bought them from Zappos because if they didn't fit, she could exchange sizes with no fees. So, I did buy a 1/2 size larger based on the other reviews. She wears a 6; I bought a 6.5. She says she loves them! They make her knees and back ache a lot less...

These shoes are really comfortable and offer so much relief for my heel spur. I listened to the reviews and ordered a half size up only to return them for my true size. I also have the slippers and love them too! I tend to like very fashionable looking shoes (super difficult with this heel issue), but these are cute on and are great for work and the gym.

This is the 3rd of this style that I've purchased. For the first time my legs and feet don't hurt! It took a couple of days to get used to the new arch arrangement, but these shoes are wonderful!

I've been looking for a good walking shoe for quite some time that would support my foot but not feel too stiff. I find my feet don't ache after I've walked in these shoes for a long period of time. I did have to order a 1/2 size up since they seem to run a bit smaller, but with Zappos there's no hassle in the exchange process.

These lightweight shoes have cute pink accents on the laces and sole. I find the arch support sufficient and so far I find them to be a good fit and comfortable for my flat feet. I read the reviews and got half size bigger than normal.

I love these shoes. They are completely comfortable for someone with flat feet and occasional heel spur flareups. I did order an 8 first, but had to return it for an 8.5. The only thing I find difficult is keeping the laces tied -- even with double knotting. I can live with that for the comfort provided.

These are the best walking shoes I have ever owned! I hiked wearing them in Yellowstone & Grand Tetons. I love them. I have plantar fasciitis & they were so comfortable I never had a flare up.

I took a chance on these because I have such weird feet, no normal sneaker would ever do! I also wear orothotics to boot! I have tried everyone of stability sneaker they make so I can at least take a little walk without falling from one side to another! These are great shoes, that are very comfortable, and I love the color. They are on the small side. I usually wear 6½/7 due to high instep and medium-wide feet. I ordered size 8 and they fit very well. The only adjustment I had to do was to not lace the very top holes to accomodate my high instep. My single complaint is that the laces do nit stayed tied without a double knot.

I really like these light weight, mesh shoe. It's a lot cooler, of course, and a lot less bulky, which is good for the hot weather here in Texas. The fit is good, normal for me, not too big, or too narrow, or small. It is a comfortable show to work out in as well. Great shoe all around.

These shoes do have good support to help with my plantar fasciitis. They are fairly lightweight, though I would prefer even more mesh. The collar of the shoe is bit tight around my foot and especially the tab that sticks up behind my heel. I hope they will loosen up with wear.

My red shoes arrived today (ordered them two days ago). Yes, they run a little small, I wear an 8 1/2-9 and the 9 is just fine. Put them on to walk the dog. I like the mesh all the way around. Really comfortable on my bunions. Taking them to wear to the football game.

I was happy to see this style, because the Walker model shoe isn't the most comfortable style for me. This is an attractive looking shoe, but unfortunately, my feet were killing me after a couple of hours. I ordered my usual size, and wore thin tennis style socks, but my feet felt constricted. Once I took them off, I was happy to be set free. I had to slip on my Tides, which still remain my favorite "shoe" of all. I'm going to have to return them, because they are very expensive and don't give my flat feet the support and relief that I need.

After ordering over 20+, yes, I said 20, pairs of shoes from Zappos I finally found a pair I could live with. I have really, really bad feet and it was a challenge. If it wasn't for Zappos, I don't know what I would have done. Reason for 4 stars, could be a little bit more room in the toe box both depth and width. Other than that they are really great. I am finally able to walk around with less pain. My sincere thanks goes out to Zappos and everyone that works there for their patience, guidance and all around wonderful customer service. Give these shoes a try and don't purchase them anywhere but here. You will never go wrong with such a wonderful company. May God bless Zappos and keep them prosperous and productive for many, many years to come.

I have balance problems due to fallen arches, and after spending a lot on orthopedic devices prescribed by a podiatrist, yielding meager results, I have found what I need with these shoes. I am very happy with the results they bring! Feedback: the mesh covering, which adds to their style, presents a challenge for cleaning underneath the mesh.

I typically order a half size larger in athletic shoes, which I did in this case. The shoe still fit at least a half size smaller still. I returned them.

The first pair I ordered was my usual size (7.5), and I had to order the next half-size up to evaluate it. I expected more support and more cushioning from a brand marketed as an orthotic. It didn't have as much support as my Olivia pumps from the same brand, which I LOVE. I'll try another walker style from this brand--I have badly overpronated feet and weak ankles and really need some help to keep from re-injuring myself when I walk.
