These are gorgeous. They are true to the pictures and very comfortable. I agree with some of the reviews that these run just a little small.

Love these!! They run at least a half size too big

I LOVE THESE BOOTS! They're stylish, comfortable, and made with high quality materials. One thing to know, they're made to look somewhat distressed (not shown in the pictures). I also love that they don't slouch. These boots are beautiful and absolutely worth the money!

OMG. Best boots ever. The leather color on the foot is actually slightly different than the leather color on the shaft, which may bother some folks but I thought it looked amazing. These truly look rustic and beautiful.

Saw the Teak Glaze at Dillards and I had to get them! The shaft is not a formed leather and is loose- but they DO NOT slouch. They are perfect. I wear an 8 in boots and they feel a little long, but its fine. I would rather have room. They are beautiful and look great with fall dresses at Keeneland, or in leggings and a comfy sweater. I love these boots and soon I will be buying the black pair. Where the shaft meets the ankle it rubbed a bit, but thats my only complaint. ALSO, Im 5' 3" so it runs right up under my knee.

So gorgeous, so comfortable, so hard to get on! Had to send them back after struggling to get my foot into these. Wish the zipper went up the whole way. They would be perfect.

LOVE these boots! To be honest they are a bit tall for me, come right to the knee- but I still love them, I am 5'3 so maybe I am a bit below average height. They are not as comfortable as I would have thought, but I am willing to break them in. I saw a woman wearing them in the supermarket and they looked awesome and so comfortable, and perfectly broken in. I will enjoy breaking my own in now as well! The leather is soft and beautiful and they are very well constructed. I am SO happy! I know I will wear these for years to come!

Beautiful boot, stylish and great craftsmanship. The leather has a gorgeous burnish and the lacing in back is a great touch. The shaft is tall so they might not work well for petites. This is my fourth pair of Bed Stu boots/shoes, and the fit is very consistent: a little on the narrow side. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 (38), and the 7.5 fits like a glove.

Incredible boots! So happy with this purchase! I was very hesitant to buy these in fear that they would slouch and fall down. I like my boots to stand up straight and come right up to my knee. These fit the bill. I feel the shaft circumference is narrower than most boots. These are perfect with leggings, but I don't think I could get skinny jeans in them. For reference, I am on the slim side, my calf circumference is 13 1/2 inches and these fit perfectly. I am 5/3" and these hit right at the bottom of my kneecap. I normally wear a size 7-7.5 in boots, so I sized down to a 6.5 based on others reviews. I can wear thin socks with these, but probably not thick woolly ones. I ordered the rustic black/rustic teak combo. The actual boot is so much more attractive than the stock photo. Great tones of deep rich brown and black. No flat/cheap looking colors here. The inside zipper makes for easy on/off and the laces in back are fully adjustable. I have always spent a lot of money for great looking boots, so the fact that these were less is the icing on the cake. Worth every penny!

I adore these boots. The shaft is so high it almost goes over my knees. I love how the leather feels and they're very comfortable. The toe box is really roomy and they don't bite my ankles at all. That said, they're super sexy because they hug your calves in a way that accentuates them. However, they still look right in place with my leather jacket and would work super well at a show. I tried on much more expensive options and these were my absolute favorites. Also the tie back adds another aspect of femininity which helps to soften the style of these boots up. I love that they have a zipper at the bottom because they will catch your pants so you'll need to pull them down inside the boots. That's literally the only criticism I have about them. Because of how tall they are and that the leather isn't lined on the inside your jeans will bunch up. However, it's a small price to pay for something so well crafted and so beautiful.

I now own four pairs of Bed Stu shoes. They are the softest leather and the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. All four of them. I wear an 81/2 and they have fit true to size. They don't need to be broken in because the leather is so soft and smooth on the inside. They're basically perfect.

Bought these a couple of days ago, I had to return them, they were just too big. I have narrow feet and felt the fit is for a narrow foot. I usually wear a 9 but ordered and 8 1/2 after reading the reviews. Wrong! They were a full size bigger. So, I am going to reorder an 8. They looked adorable on, I have thin calves, so had them cinched tight... and they seemed to stay in place. If I want them to slouch, I would definitely loosen the ties. Love the cream color, could be worn right into summer. Zappos is the best, as always had them at my door lightning fast!

I love these boots! They are amazing on! I have very muscular calves and the adjustable laces make these a keeper for me! I would even admit they make my calves appear smaller than they are which is a huge plus for me! However, I usually wear a 9.5 and I know this brand runs big so I ordered the 9 and I am returning for the 8.5.

Wow, these boots are awesome. The are extremely comfortable. I have somewhat small calves and I was able to adjust the circumference because of the laces in the back, which also look very cool! The leather is very soft but durable, too. I love the style and overall look very much. I wear a size 7 and they were too big. The 6.5 fit perfectly, so size down a half size when ordering for sure. These boots look great with skinny jeans, skirts, leggings and are very versatile. I absolutely love these boots. The craftsmanship is also high quality. You can really tell these boots were hand made. Great job Zappos...I could not find these boots anywhere! If anyone out there wants these boots, grab them now, as I saw there was only 2 pair left in my size...so seize the moment!

I really do love these boots! The leather is really nice quality and all the details like the tie in the back calf, the red contrast on bottom and in stitching and the finish on the black leather make them my absolute favorite boots - more than my Frye's which I thought were unbeatable. Great boots.

This boot is perfect in every way. The leather is amazingly soft, the fit is perfect, especially if you tend to have big calves. I loved them so much I bought them in black and the classic brown. I love this boot. It's so well made and the look is very cool.

I have been on the search for a new pair of boots for a year. These are it! The details are great. Love the red stitching. They are more casual than fancy, but they have a feeling of being handmade. The top of the boots lace and customize the fit. If you get them and can't get them on, make sure that you loosen the lacing.

Love the boots, but the 8.5 was too small, 9 was too large. The smaller size fit perfect on my calf but the bigger size was just sloppy. Im going to try a different bed Stu boot…this one just wasn’t for me. Had to return

First, these are beautiful boots! Narrow in the toes but had to return because the height of the boot is on my knee cap. I am 5’4” tall.

Boots are great, however, I have to return the bc they are a little tight around the calf.. I am a size 8 and feel 8.5 would have been better. I ordered 8.5 wide from Bedstu website.

Such a great pair of boots! Loved everything about them except them shaft height. I'm 5'4" and they hit me right at the knee. Not comfortable at all. Too bad...back they go.

This is one of the most beautiful pair of boots I have ever bought. In the top two for sure and I am almost sufficed to say most beautiful but can't make up my mind. I think it's because the pair I've had for years that has been my favorite all time are nostalgic to me. That being said, I will say these are well worth the money paid for them and not just for beauty but for quality for sure! I bought the black hand color and they are gorgeous. I only have one gripe but it's really not too big of a deal. I am a 6 1/2; shoe size and have been for years. As long a a shoe is what it should be. That is, it is made right in order to be the stated size, then I am 6 1/2, always. However, these shoes were super tight and narrow in 6 1/2 and I had to return for a full size up. Yes, they were that much smaller. A 7 1/2 normally would swallow my foot. Anyway, with help from Zappos perfect customer service team, I returned them without a hitch and the 7 1/2 are great! Can't rave enough about these boots!

I love the style and fit of this boot. I am 5'10 and have been looking for a tall boot. This one comes up to the bottom of my knee. I don't normally wear wide calf boots, but do have larger calves and these fit fine even with skinny jeans on. I sent them back only because of the color. Beautiful, but similar to a pair that I already have. Will order a different color!

These boots are gorgeous - soft, supple, and love the red sole. But sadly they are going back - they are just too narrow for me. My feet are on the wide side, but not duck feet - but if a medium width normally fits you, this is a great boot!
