Better than great! I wear some of the Orthaheel sandals, so I know how wonderful the arch support is. I needed these 3/4 length to go inside of my Converse shoes...what a difference they make, like night and day, all day comfort! I was a bit worried about them slipping forward in my shoes, but they didn't do that, they stay put, right where you put them. A real winner for me!

This is my first pair of Orthaheel inserts and they are ok. I am disappointed in how cheaply they are made; considering the price I expected a little better quality. Don't expect the same support as the shoes/sandals but they fit nicely in my shoes and are ok.

I was going to get rid of all my non-Orthaheel shoes, but decided to try the insert 1st as some of my shoes are very nice. It works! I can wear some of my good non-Orthaheel shoes now!

These inserts are comfortable and provide good support while not being bulky. The turned my flimsy sneakers into comfortable walking shoes. Will use them in many of my shoes.

The Orthaheel Relief Orthodic has been a life-saver for me! My arches were hurting and I was unable to exercise, but these orthodics made it possible for me to walk and exercise again! I love them! Thank you Othaheel!

Love these! I put them in my dress boots, my casual shoes, anything really! They fit well into many different types of shoes leaving room for my toes being that they are 3/4 length! I just love them!

These are great to wear in shoes that don't have a large toe box. the full length ones pushed my toe up and touched the top of some shoes. Good buy

ok inside dress shoes. better than some of the really hard plastic insoles.

These made me think full-size orthotics would be more comfortable. Both kinds made me realize that it would be better to buy super supportive shoes rather than less expensive shoes and try to fix them with orthotics.

These have decent arch support (not as good as the vionic flip flops) and fit well in my shoes

Great fit, but you can feel the front edge under the ball of your foot. High arch support and Comfy heel cushion. Great for walking, standing around, or even running.

Would rather have full length insert than the half insert.

I inserted this insole into my shoes and went to work the same day. I immediately felt the difference throughout my shift. I totally recommend for foot pain relief.

Was very comfortable and fit great in my shoe - but the circular logo hit made a sound every time I took a step, because it's not the microfiber material that the rest of the surface is. Will look for a similar one without that problem.

The orthotic moved around and the ridge in these 3/4 length wasn't comfortable for me. I returned them and purchased full length Vionic "OH Relief" which gave me immediate relief from my Planter Fasciitis.

I have a high arch and metatarsal issues so it's difficult for me to find comfortable shoes. When I purchased the Tide II sandals I thought they were the greatest shoes, wore them all summer. Problem is I started getting lower back pain but wasn't sure if it was related to these orthotics. I asked my chiropractor about it and he said the rule is if a shoe or orthotic causes pain, don't wear it. But from everything I read about the Vionic brand it seemed it was the best for me. I bought these orthotics in every size, color and style hoping to make them work. When I wore them they just made my feet feel so good but the back pain persisted. I decided to test them so I wore the orthotics all day and the back pain got worse. Sadly, I had to return them all. If it wasn't for the back pain these caused I would give them a thumbs up because they really hug your feet and feel so good in your shoes.

I have high arches and have flare ups of plantar fasciitis so I needed an insert so I could wear boots this fall. I have Vionic sandals and they are the only flip flops I can wear. I would say these inserts don't have as much support as the Vionic shoes, but enough to keep my feet comfortable all day. The 3/4 length fits easily in most shoes. My only complaint is that they seem very cheaply made. They are flimsy and I wonder if these are going to last me through the winter. Time will tell.

This was my first time to try this and so far they are working well to provide comfort and ease pain from heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. I've tried less expensive full length ones before without success so think the 3/4 length helps both with fitting into the shoe and with alignment. Be sure you get them in just the right spot or the side may rub against your foot.

Have provided relief, although they don't seem to offer the same support as even the Orthoheel sandals. However, I am about to order another pair so I don't have to keep switching constantly. These keep my knees from complaining!

I bought these to help relieve heel pain associated with plantar fasciitis. Previously I have used Dr. Scholl's orthotics. I think the Orthaheel orthotics are a little bit better. On the other hand they cost a lot more than the Dr. Scholl's products. In any case, they do help relieve the heel pain.
