Very light weight and thin. They provide good support in shoe without adding much bulk. I have these in my 12 year old daighter's canvas shoes.

Superb support and comfort! Orthaheel Technology in sandals, slippers, and shoe pads has given total relief from plantar fasciitis!

I've struggled with plantar fasciitis for several years; I finally broke down and got a custom orthotic, which helped in healing and preventing it from recurring. I have it in my sneakers and wanted something a little narrower and less expensive to put in several of my flats. This VIONIC is perfect for my needs: it's lightweight and narrow but provides good support and is not prone to slipping forward like many others I've tried.

Love these orthotics! This is the 4th pair I've ordered from Zappos. It's easier to just have a pair in all my everyday shoes. They also carry the extra small size. Thanks Zappos!

Love these inserts. I purchased them to put in my riding boots because they lack the arch support I need if I'm wearing them all day. They are the perfect length, as they don't go all the way down, they don't cause the toe box to be to tight. I thought I might be annoyed by the seam where the insert ends and the boot begins, but you can't even feel it!

For those who love Vionic Technology yet find the selection of styles limited, these inserts make most other shoes into the same comfortable fit. I'm a teacher and they make a day on my feet much nicer!

I love the Orthaheel shoe inserts as they continue the great feel of Orthaheel shoes in my other brands that don't have the support they need. I chose the 3/4 length as sometimes the toe box of some shoes gets to tight with a full length orthodic. The support gives my arch the support it needs while the heels cushion every step. Thanks Orthaheel for another great product!

I bought these to put into a pair of boots that I could not wear due to painful toes. What a difference they made. I can now wear my cute boots in comfort. I have a terrible time with boots due to the heel, and my foot moves forward and my toes get most of the pressure from standing. Most boots for women have terrible support and when I recently bought two pair of Vionic shoes I fell in love and bought a third pair. These insoles saved a pair of 150.00 pair of boots.

I recommend this insole to anyone who likes arch support. It does not slip around in my sneaker...hooray! I also ordered a 3/4 insole from Birkenstock and it slipped around and it did not feel as comfortable as the Vionic one. So happy with this one! You can order down a half size...it worked for me.

Thought they would be just what I needed for all my shoes, but they just fit in my tennis shoes. The back was too wide for all others!

I have semi custom orthotics from my podiatrist, and countless others purchased at various drugstores, and while they helped my foot pain none of them made it go away fully. These orhtoheel inserts and remarkable! Thanks to these and purchasing 4 pairs of the sandals I am walking pain free after nearly 18 months of constant crippling pain from Plantar Fasciitis . My 30 year old daughter tried them in her shoes and promptly ordered two pairs.

I have found these Orthaheel inserts to be the most effective at relieving foot and heel pain. I've tried several other expensive inserts but these are the only ones I now use. They could be less expensive.

These are awesome, as they make any shoe wearable for me now (not just Orthaheels). Suddenly my boots are comfy, my gym shoes are comfy...I would definitely buy them again.

These are the best inserts that I have found. They support my arch very well and are easy to move from shoe to shoe. I use the full length ones in sneakers.

I have purchased every insole Orthaheel has. And this is it! I have the little blue ones that fit into any shoe imaginable, even high heels and boots and everything but don't offer much support. These work great in flats and other non bulky shoes and offer the great Orthaheel support which the little blue one lacks.

I ordered these to use in my ballet flats and they work perfectly. I am really pleased. I wear Orthaheel Tide sandals at home all the time and it's nice to be able to get great arch support in my other flat shoes. I would highly recommend these!

Better than great! I wear some of the Orthaheel sandals, so I know how wonderful the arch support is. I needed these 3/4 length to go inside of my Converse shoes...what a difference they make, like night and day, all day comfort! I was a bit worried about them slipping forward in my shoes, but they didn't do that, they stay put, right where you put them. A real winner for me!

This is my first pair of Orthaheel inserts and they are ok. I am disappointed in how cheaply they are made; considering the price I expected a little better quality. Don't expect the same support as the shoes/sandals but they fit nicely in my shoes and are ok.
