First let me start with reason I made this purchase. I have Flat feet, due to this they overpronate (turn inwards as I walk/run). It was getting to the point it's painful. I Heard good things about Orthaheel. So I decided to invest. I find these do not feel exactly like their sandals. Find the arch a little lower depending on shoes. Also find it a bit too soft. But they help a bit with my arch pain, but does not relieve it like the Orthaheel Sandals. Due to these being made out of EVA (basically rubber or foam or both), you should change these out once a year. I believe I would have been better served with a combo of hard plastic with foam covering. Therefore being a middle ground for comfort (for example: Spencos 3/4 inserts). My suggestion is to invest instead in the low money end in the Spenco 3/4. On the high end, Birkenstock motion control 3/4 inserts. But be advised the Birkenstock are harder than all these EVA (Foam/Rubber)inserts. New Balance makes decent inserts but they are full length. See New balance Ultra Arch or Arch Support. Remember there is a reason orthotics are made of hard plastics.
I'd also recommend:
Spenco, Birkenstock, New Balance

I tried these ¾ insoles as I just love the arch support in most of the Orthaheel sandals. Although the arch support looks high on the additional views, they do not support like the sandals. They offer slight arch support so I guess that is better than nothing but not as good support that I would have expected from Orthaheel.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
Turned a certain age and my feet fell apart. Apparently my feet are flat and over pronate and I was in terrible pain. Doctor said I needed to wear orthotics - but what about all the cute shoes I have in my closet?! Well I have been able to continue wearing some of them with these Vionic 3/4 length orthotic. For shoes where the insert comes out (usually athletic shoes) get the full size insert and you will not be disappointed. But for a shoe where the insert does not come out, like a dress shoe, these 3/4 insert may just save the day. I found that borrowing my husband’s shoe horn to hold the 3/4 insert int the heel while I put my foot in the shoe helped it stay in place while I was putting the shoe on. Once on, I did not have any problems with the 3/4 insert moving in the shoe - which was definitely something I had been concerned about before purchasing. If any of these sound like you, give these a try.

Awesome arch support! Not as cushy as the fabulous Tide flip flops, but works great in my sneakers and other closed toe shoes. Will more more!

Awesome! They are harder than the wonderful Tide sandals, but they provide the same support.

These are great. They stabilize my walk so my feet do not turn out, and they are very comfortable! Love them!

These 3/4 Orthoheel insoles are the perfect fit for casual or dress flats with round ballerina toes or pointed toes which usually have NO arch support. Love Orthoheel arch support and cushioning comfort. For me, I like the fit and soft feel better than Superfeet.

Being these relief inserts are made by Vionic, I thought they would not only provide relief for heel pain but also offer arch support. As soon as they arrived, I didn't bother with trying them on because could tell just by looking at them that they wouldn't offer enough arch support as an insert for my everyday shoes. Sadly, had to return them. But if you're looking for just heel pain relief, these are probably a good option as they have a nice firm but squishy cushion in the heel area to help absorb shock as you walk.

The best arch supports you can purchase for your feet. These are far superior to anything you can purchase in the drug store. Highly recommend them.

Great (thin) inserts that keep your foot correctly positioned to avoid unnecessarily pain. I bought 1 pair to try and immediately snagged a second pair.

Love my 3/4-length Vionic orthotic inserts. Great arch support. Have two pair. If they weren't so pricey, I'd purchase additional pairs for every single shoe I own that doesn't have the built-in arch support that my Vionic shoes do. My only suggestion to Vionic: Cover the tops of the inserts with bonded-on foam padding that extends over the front edges so the bottoms of one's feet can't detect where the insert edges end (just before the toe box). I often cover My Vionic orthotic inserts with a thin, foam, full-length Dr. Sholl's footbed pad for that reason.

Orthaheel inserts and tennis shoe walkers have saved my feet! I had so much pain till I started using your shoes and inserts. I was ready for a podiatrist but I cancelled because of the quick results of Orthaheels. I also got your Tide sandals. I haven't worn flip flops in years but these work fine, no irritation between my toes. Tide sandals are hard but I like them. I would not wear them to walk all day though.

It is wonderful to still be able to wear my stylish shoes without foot pain. My plantar fasciitis limited me to the Orthaheel sandals since I never could find the right fit for the Orthaheel shoes. I do not use the really expensive orthotic prescribed by my podiatrist after it caused never damage in my foot. Orthaheel has saved my ability to walk. And these inserts, as well as the full length designs, allow me to buy locally and get the benefits of the Orthaheel support.

Great buy! I have a couple Dr. Scholl’s inserts and Vionic is way better. I have flat flat and this insert has helped with my pronation.

These inserts make my Non-Vionic shoes very comfortable. I’m so happy that Vionic makes inserts because the inserts that cost over $300.00 that my podiatrist made did NOT help at all. In fact they made my feet feel awful. Just FYI, before you invest money to your podiatrist, try these wonderful inserts. If they work, you’ve spent just 10% for arch supports that actually do work.

I have used Dr Scholls inserts for years. Recently my girlfriend got me hooked on Vionic sandals. I used to wear a lot of gym shoes because I needed the arch support by now that we have found the Vionic sandals I can finally wear sandals out and about rather than being stuffed in shoes. So, to further extend the comfort that I have while wearing my sandals I thought it would be good to get the inserts for my shoes. These are comfortable, supportive and I am able to walk around for hours if need be in shoes as well as sandals. Thank you Vionic. Also, the Vionic inserts are about $15-$20 cheaper than Dr. Scholls. And let me say I don't buy my footwear of any kind anywhere else but Zappos. I can pick different styles of shoes and sandals and they arrive in a day or two and without any grieve, I can return the ones that I just don't care for. Always been a company I can trust and happy to do business with.

Love the Infinity Edge of these inserts! You really can fit them into even the slimmest fitting shoes. I've tried every orthotic out there and I'm very happy with this one.

I bought these to go in driving loafers that have no arch or heel support. I haven't worn them for an extended time yet, but they fit my shoes and foot perfectly. I hope to wear these a lot when the weather gets cooler. I have only one suggestion: put some double stick tape on the bottom to hold them securely in your shoes.

These are great insoles for casual walking. From the moment I put them on, I felt better in both sneakers and flats. When I wore them to stand for 6 hours straight at a work event, my joints hurt. But they are not a miracle product (still searching for that holy grail), and work very well for day-to-day.

I bought these for my 10 yo daughter who is suffering from Sever's disease (inflammation of the growth plate in her heel) and these orthotic inserts have REALLY helped with her heel pain! They slip right into her current tennis shoes (no need to remove the original insole) and she has definitely felt some much-needed relief!
