This fits in most dress shoes and flats. Sadly it doesn't provide enough support for me.

I love Vionic shoes - they have excellent arch support - a must for me. When I noticed that they also make inserts, I was intriqued. The inserts arrived and really help with other shoes that I have that don't have arch supports. Now I can wear several shoes for hours longer than before because my feet are well supported.

I usually wear Birkenstock inserts but was looking for something a little softer as I'm recovering from a foot injury. These added some nice arch support, while not aggravating any area on my foot. They are not as supporting as the Birkis but closer than any other I've ever tried.

These did not work for the shoes I was planning on using them in, but I am keeping them because I think they would work well in a pair of ballet flats, should I need them. The arch sits well on my foot (size 11), and they go to the right length, which I find rare in insoles that are purposefully not full-length.

These are very nice And fit better in my dressier (narrower) shoes and boots than my Dr. Scholls inserts. Having worn these twice so far, I can definitely feel I difference in my level of foot, knee and lower back fatigue.

Works well considering it's a low profile insert. Best suited for occasional use. For everyday use I use a more rigid full length insert.

I have plantar's fasciitis and bought these inserts for my less "feet-friendly" shoes. The inserts are low enough to fit in all of my work shoes (ballet flats and boots), which is great. They aren't as supportive as the normal Vionic inserts (which is to be expected), but they make wearing flat shoes more bearable.

These have been just right for many of my flats and some heels. Adds just a little support, but really does make a difference. My feet don't ache by the end of the day like they do without inserts. Will order again once they start to wear down. Recommended for sure!

These do not have the firm plastic support of some other insoles, but that makes them flexible and easier to fit in a variety of shoes. I tried these with riding boots, lace up boots and booties; they did make them fit snugger so unless you order your shoes larger to accommodate insoles I don't think you could wear these and a thick pair of socks inside boots. I haven't tried them with heels as I don't own many pairs, but they don't raise the heel too much so I think they should work just fine in many styles.

Perfect for a little extra support in way-too-flat flats, though the arch support could stand to be a little fuller.

I love Orthaheel sandals and these inserts are very nice. However, the support should be more substantial. I am a little disappointed in them.

During the summer I wear vionic flip flops all the time and they save my feet! What to do during the winter? These are a great solution. They don't fit in the slimmest shoes, but I use them where I can and they help my flat feet survive another day.

Allowed me some ability as an orthotic wearer to wear a dressier shoe for a bit. Not much pronation control. Overall, happy to have this in my toolkit as they allow me to wear an additional range of shoe options.

I like that these are more narrow than the other styles though it's just a squishy support. The others are stiff and have a higher arch which I like better since I have really high arches. I will use these in my dress shoes which I only wear seldomly.

The Orthaheel fits into some shoes and not others. The product works well, especially in a boot. Mosst of the women I work with wear them and love them.

I love my Orthaheel sandals so I thought these inserts would be the perfect solution for my non-Orthaheel shoes. For the most part, they work well. The problem is they scoot forward in my shoes so I am having to adjust them several times throughout the day. When they are in place they give me the Orthaheel support that I love.

These are nice little inserts. They were a tad too bulky for my flats, though I could still get my foot in the shoe, it looked like a stuffed sausage. I can't imagine that they would work well in heels, to be honest. They work well in a few of my Frye boots and my converse, however. Purchased to give a little arch support to casual shoes after a plantar fasciitis diagnosis. While these are very good, the slimmest I have found, and probably a great thing for those who need arch support all day, I would likely not repurchase personally, as I feel that having these in my casual shoes makes the shoe feel too tight and uncomfortable. Have found significant relief by wearing Orthaheel flip flops at home and their active inserts in my running shoes and so much so that my casual shoes don't bother me, even without the inserts.

I wear these in sneakers, actually - not running shoes, nt sneakers with no footbed. They do have good arch support but since they don't reach past the ball of the foot they can move around a but. They might work better in actual dress shoes. Still, way better than nothing.

This slim fit orthotic is great for dressier and tighter fitting shoes although it does tend to slip a bit since it's 3/4 size. I'm not sure why one customer said it can't be used with flats--it worked fine for me in flats. Not as much support as a heavier-duty orthotic, obviously, but a good substitute.

I am Orthaheel shoes biggest fan and these inserts are no different. I use them in a few pairs of shoes that I have that aren't Orthaheel to give me the same arch support. It's not a perfect system but it is better than not using them at all. They work best in shoes that have removable insoles as opposed to putting these on top of existing insoles. I love Orthaheel!

I bought these to wear in my pumps, and they have provided nice cushioning and improved arch support in shoes that needed just that extra bit to be more comfortable through the day. I stand a lot when teaching, and do a lot of walking through airports, and these make most pumps comfortable for longer periods than they would be otherwise. I will be buying a second pair so I have one in each suitcase.

The arch hit a bit too far away from the heel. Not quite as thin as I expected for wearing with dressier shoes. Might work in a sneaker.

Very soft and they seem like they would be pretty durable. I would say they are medium arch support, but not quite enough support for me.

These are light weight and thin so they fit well in many shoes, but because they are thin and soft I don't recommend as an arch support. I have very flat feet so I can use these on top of other shoes with an arch for additional support, but could not use in a flat shoe for support.
