These orthotics relieved my ankle pain within one week. I bought the 1/2 fit and thin rather than full because I was not sure if it would make my shoe tight. They fit well. But because they are thin I am sure it will break down faster. Next time I will try the full insert.the break down issue is why I gave them a 4 and not a 5.

I am floored by how amazing these feel. I looked longingly at some moccasins and ballet flats I wore all the time before my foot woes began. I thought I was doomed to purchase $80+ ballet flats that were all too wide for my feet in the name of arch support, while my better-fitting-but-way-too-flat beloved and *ahem* less expensive shoes sat wasting away in my closet. These insoles have given my old shoes new life! I can’t wait to wear all my old favorites! These fit in the shoes well, and don’t take up so much room that my feet feel smooshed. I foresee many repurchases of these!!

I wear these with any Winter shoe. In fact, I buy shoes with a little extra room in order to add these. The arch support isn’t as high, or stiff as the full length inserts, but I love having some support in my nicer shoes. And, unlike the Vionic sandals, I didn’t have to wean into getting used to the arches.

This fits in flats and loafers. I place them in the shoes right on top of the existing footbed. They do not take up that much room, and they provide excellent arch support. The small women's fits shoes up to size 8. I normally wear a 7.5, B width (sometimes an 8, or a C width, depenting upon the manufacturer's cut of the shoe). I have several pair of these orthotic insets. They are a God-send for my flat feet, allowing me to be on my feet all day when it's necessary.

Great inserts. I was recommended this insert by several people online and I'm glad I checked them out. Fresh out of the box the arch felt a bit high for my foot, but after a few days of breaking them in and compressing the material with my foot, they molded to my arch perfectly. I originally wasn't sold on them but I'm glad I kept wearing them for a few days - can't imagine my shoes without them now. I am considering buying more pairs.

Very comfortable and fits well inside of Rothy’s flats. If you are between an 8-8.5, order a size down or the arch may be too far forward for your foot. I had to try both sizes. Great product to get much needed support in flats!

I bought these shoes to go inside Vans, Converse, and some flats I had that need support. All the shoes listed are 7 and 7 1/2. It fit well in my 7 1/2 Vans & Converse, but a bit tight in the 7 Vans/Converse but still wearable. My flats are way too exact to my feet originally for these to work but I'm fine with that since it was mainly going to be used for my casual sneakers. I would recommend these!

I have spent quite a bit of money on insoles, some hard, some soft, some weird. These are soft but have enough oomph in the arch to keep my foot from pronating. Now I can wear my adorable Chaco ribbon mary janes for Europe walking! These fit much better in my tennis as well than replacement insoles and they give a little more cush to the heel. So far they are worth it. If I change my mind I will let you know!

These are excellent. I am kind of amazed how good these are. I have bunions that tend to hurt after any time walking in flat shoes - not with these. I have worn them for miles in rubber rain boots and Chuck Taylors with no pain. I am getting some more.

These insert fits fairly well into my flat work shoes. I don't wear heels anymore so I don't know how it would work with them. I have Plantar Fasciitis and do have expensive custom inserts for my running shoes, but these seem to work pretty well for my other shoes and they are a lot less expensive!

These work well in a couple pairs of my old shoes, but not so well in others. They almost seem a bit narrow. Not as good as an orthaheel shoe, but a decent alternative so I can get some wear out of the shoes in my closet. I may try the regular ones also, rather that just the slim-fit to see if they feel a bit wider.

I have had bunion surgery on both feet due to my flat feet symptom. This insert is so far working very well in all my shoes, from boots to gladiator style sandal, giving me enough arch support. The metatarsal support helps with the shoes with more than 1 inch heels. Not sure how it'll hold up, I've just started using them.

I really wanted to use this insole in several pairs of shoes I have that are roomy but lacking adequate support. However, using this on top of the insole that comes with the shoe made it too snug, and without the shoes insole, it didn't provide enough of a surface for walking on to be comfortable. I need a full length insole with support and cushion. Also, the Vionic arch seems to be in the wrong spot for my foot, so I went with the PowerStep insole. A great product and wished it had worked for me.

I was looking for an insert that would fit inside my flat dance shoes (ballroom dancing) and these fit but did not provide all that much support. However, I then tried the "active" insoles, and those were much better - more like the Orthaheel flip-flop soles, which are extremely supportive. These insoles offer only light support.

I bought one pair of theses and I am thinking of getting more for all my shoes. I move these around from boot to boot. I only buy quality footwear but these insoles make everything even more comfortable. I am able to fit them in all my current boots without having to go up a size. I am not a person who has foot issues, I'd say I have normal feet, but I like to be comfortable, if that's you, then these are fantastic!
