At first I thought this bra was excellent: great support and good construction. I took off the tags delighted. However, after a short time, the extremely short band began to pinch and was uncomfortable in the extreme. Unfortunately I cannot now return the bra. Even if the band were a little bit longer, the bra would have been OK. Very disappointed and now out the money!

The bra fits to size - I took my measurements just before ordering to make sure. But the underwire comes way up the side, as it should I guess, and it jabs me in the armpit if I'm sitting down, slouching or generally just not all the way upright. I'm thinking this may just be a big-boob problem. Smaller busted women may not have underwire problems like this... That is what I'm thinking, as I have had other bras that do some similar jabbing as this... sigh. But the bra is definitely supportive and holding everything in. It is not very beautiful, but it is functional. The part of the bra that comes in between your breasts comes up very high. Do not expect to wear a v-neck shirt or a loose fitting shirt without this part of the bra sticking up and out of the lower neckline. I usually love Wacoal, but maybe I'm a little underwhelmed with this one.

This is a good bra, the rib cage measurement runs small. However, I am putting a tissue under the clasp that rubs against my back because it is itchy, especially when I move around, which is of course the point of this bra. ;-)

I'm still trying to find my size in this bra! About a year ago I ordered this bra in my then true size (32DD) only to find out that it was VERY tight in the band. I sent it back and opted for a completely different style from another brand. Well, since then I've gained about 30lbs and I'm trying to get back on the bandwagon. I decided to try this style out again thinking that the underwire would help with my even larger chest. Knowing that the bra ran on the smaller side and NOT knowing what size I would be in this bra now, I ordered two different sizes a 34DDD and a 36DD. The 36DD is slightly too large in the band and the 34DDD is slightly too small in the cup. I'm sending both back and may try other sizes. I have one other caveat that may or may not be solved with finding the right size. The underwire on this bra is on the OUTSIDE and after marching in place while pumping my arms for about a minute I noticed that the wire DOES jut out from under the arms and probably will chafe that area with repetitive movement.

I bought this bra after reading reviews for it on Runner's World as a good bra for marathon running. Unfortunately, if you are large chested this would not be a good running bra. There is no support in the cups at all. You won't suffer the dreaded "uniboob" but you won't be able to run further than 400 yards without pain from the bounce. While the fabric was soft and very comfortable, my everyday bra has more support. I had to return it and will continue to search for another bra.

I bought this bra in four different sizes, tried them all on, and picked the 34DD. Wore it twice (just to cycle class!) and it really had very mediocre support. It was also hot, sweaty, and the band seems to stretch out so it kind of bounced against my skin under the middle part of my breasts. The underwires come up so high in the front - giving it the appearance and feel of a really big bra. I wanted a racerback, but settled for this because I usually love Wacoal. Overall, it's just too much bra given the mediocre support it provided. At the moment Moving Comfort's Juno bra is my go-to for running, and Shock Absorber Run bra for everything else (cycle, boot camp, weight work, Pilates, etc.). I'm still searching for an attractive, supportive, racerback for everything besides running.

So uncomfortable surprisingly poor fit. Underwire cut into the underarm, straps and seam were too tight.

This one did not work for me.I am 40G and that means that I have heavy ones. After one week the metal hook in the started to bend until it broke. I will not recommend it if you are sized over 38D.

I ordered this bra in black after having the beige one and loving it. The black bra appears to be a full size smaller than the beige and the white ones I have ordered recently. :( because I love this bra for comfort fit and support

I'm usually a 38C, but in this bra, I'm a 40C. The 38 was slighty tighter than I'd prefer, but the 40 is perfect. I have never had a bra that I loved like this one. I purchased it solely for the gym, because I cannot find a sports bra that doesn't give uniboob. This is now my everyday bra, and I've purchase the nude color as well. It's really comfortable, and the cups are unlined, but they don't show your nipples like a regular unlined bra would. I can't recommend this enough.

I love the way this bra fits. I still own a much earlier version and it was always too loose. This updated one is perfect. It actually holds the whole breast with no bulges and nothing pops out the side! I will be ordering another!

All of my clothing looks much better on me when wearing the Simone Sport Underwire Bra. My posture looks better, younger, fitter. I've worn sports bras for almost 30 years, no other bras no matter how much more they cost, compare to the Simone Sport Bra. I've been wearing the Simone bras under sweaters, body suits & clingy tops---I feel confident & know that I am looking my best. I will never go back to wearing any of my other bras ever again.

All of my life I've had a bra problem. Wacoal you have solved it! Although I don't do jumping jacks, I like my girls to be separate so I won't get a rash. My sensitive skin has loved the most brilliant idea of putting the wire on the outside so there is extra protection on my skin! Thank You for making a quality product. I know some people might think the Simone Sports Bra is expensive but you pay for what you get! Quality!

I have 5 of these, purchased a few years ago. They begin very tight but over time relax a little. And then continue through time to hold my 34DDs comfortably in place regardless of what I am doing -- exercising, bending over gardening or lying flat in the dentist's chair. And all without any abuse from the enclosed underwires. I'm 76, and the support and control keep my bust line looking like a much younger woman's. And I love the comfort.
