I have written to Wacoal a few times and must say their customer service is lacking. I bought two new Simone sports bras and the bands were over an inch different in length as were the straps. No response was received, even though I sent a photo. These bras are great, but they need to make a 42 G! The customer service once told me to increase from my usual 42 DDD and it would fit the same as a 40 G. I did, and the band was too small. Please, Wacoal, make your straps and band a bit longer so we don't have to size up.

I purchased many wacoal bras. As soon as I opened the package it was obvious the size was wrong. I tried it on anywayway too small. I measured it against the other bras I have of the same size and it was about 5 inches shorter. I tried to exchange it and was told they didnt have another so I had to repackage and bring it back to the post office. Poor customer service that I wasnt offered anything for my time, frustration and inconvenience.

Ive never looked back & have spent at least $1500 on these bras over the years. Only complaint-the band itself runs about 1/2-1 smaller than any other Wacoal bra. Wonder why?

I love this bra. The only style for me. Great support and great fit. My complaint: there are never any colors beside tan, ivory and black for 32. I would looooove to have some variety. The 32 is listed as a size, but it is ALWAYS "greyed out," meaning not available. :(

After recently losing weight I've been in search of the perfect bra (spoiler alert, there is no such thing). I have tried probably 30-40 bras in an assortment of brands & styles. I've kept 7, 5 of which are Wacoal. That said, I would like this bra if not for the small band size. As soon as I put it on I knew it was smaller than others. I measured the other 4 Wacoal & the band sizes were the same. This one is 3 in. smaller. I checked label & it is the same size as others. After checking reviews, I see I am not the only one with this problem. My question is whether Wacoal quality control has looked into this complaint. I'm leary of ordering a larger band size because other reviewers have not had luck doing this. Undecided at this point.

Almost a win with everything about this bra except the decision to put rough, pokey stitching almost at the shoulder. I have no idea why someone would do this - especially when care has been made to create wide, padded straps. I hope someone reads this and changes that part of the bra.

The bra is ok, does not give the support I need. I prefer the support of the sports bra, but the middle of that bra made it look like I had a third boob. I will not buy the Awareness bra again. Does Wacoal have a bra that provides support for large breast's?

I found the material scratchy and uncomfortable. My usual size in other Wacoal bras proved tight in this style. The band is too thin for support.

I have purchased these bras, same size, same style for years. Would have given 5 stars but these are not up to the quality of past purchases. My latest purchase has slimmer straps, 2 instead of 3 hooks, much more elastic than before. What happened? Is this because I purchased the less costly bras?

This bra felt good for about two hours and then the band and straps cut into my shoulders and ribs. Definitely not the right bra for me. Returned and went back to my favorite Wacoal bra.

Too small. I measured 38 DD or 40 D, but needed the 40 DD. The 38 DD was too tight around the chest.

Even though I was fitted for this size, it seems to be too small in the band width. It is very uncomfortable on my left side, where I have a chronic pain condition.

I originally purchased this bra with a smaller waist size (38) and found that although the cup size was correct the waist band was very tight, uncomfortable and was causing tight muscles in my shoulders/neck. I used a waist band extender to make the bra fit more comfortably and it's one of my favorites. This time I purchased the same bra but picked a bigger waist size (40). This somehow made things worse. The underwire/cup rests in an odd place (sort of in my armpit?) and is uncomfortable. I love the quality of the fabric, the color and bra itself but if I were to purchase again I'd pick a (38) and just plan to use an extender for the waist band.

I purchased this bra with 'high' hopes for my girls. I was looking for a supportive full-figured bra and this matched the bill with great reviews to match. I was shocked to discover that not only was the band size too small, my cup spillith over, quite literally. Not sure why the sizing was so far off fir me. I like the bra though so I am going g to try going up one cup size and band size in hopes that solves the problem.

Even though I love the basic style. Band too tight, cups ride too high under arms.

Straps are comfortable. Cups fit well. Back creates "muffin" back on me. The wire on the bottom of the cups is very uncomfortable and should have more padding in my opinion

Really have loved this bra, but wish it came in sizes 46-48!

falls off my shoulders, so went to the Wacoal T-shirt bra. Wish there were a few more colors, like Navy!!! Love these new colors!!

I was disappointed that this bra was a bit too tight. I was sure I ordered the correct size - 36DDD, but the hook and eye strap seemed too short compared to an older version I still wear in this brand. I ended up returning for a refund.

The Bra is Good, I wish The Backstrap was longer.

Tighter then most of my 36 c bras. Also how can you tell on description if is contoured so nibbles don't show

Beautiful bra, and great material. Unfortunately, I have to return it and order a larger size.

Bought this according to my regular size but cup size fit a bit big. Would order one cup size down
