I purchased this bra because I needed to replace my current one as it was at its end of life cycle. It's the same bra I've been wearing for years. This one I just received is rather uncomfortable on the back. The closure clips pinch and it's so uncomfortable. I wonder what changed.

Very nice bra. Very comfortable. Provides excellent support. I do recommend when purchasing this bra to go down a band size and up a cup size. In the past I've worn a 36DDD and I didn't think this bra provided adequate support in this size; however, a 34G fit me perfectly.

It's very difficult to find a G cup on a 34inch band. This bra is true to size and very supportive. It's also extremely comfortable.

I am 74, and this style is the only perfect fit in a bra that I have ever had. It is comfortable, supporting with no-slip straps and a strong band. I can't find it in stores, so I am SO GLAD to be able to order on line..

ordered 42 C the cup size was too big and 42 was very tight. Not an actual 42 in my opinion. Need to return

I ordered several with a 36 inch band size based on your fitting advice. It is very tight. I measured the bands and they are only 35 inches. I had previously bought 38 band. They also only measure 35 inches. The quality is very good, but very uncomfortable to wear.

I have bought other bras that were much pricier - but I keep coming back because it fits me so well. I love Wacoal bras bra fits me!

The bra is light, comfortable and easy to weigh. The only problem I have with it is that my left breast is slightly larger than the right and it sometimes slips below the wire on my left side and the wire pokes me on the right of the bra.

I've worn this Basic Beauty style for at least 10 years and have bragged about it to many friends, but now I'm back to reduce my previous 5-star rating. Wacoal, PLEASE expand your band sizes! It seems every time I re-order, the band is shorter and tighter and I've measured. I thought I'd try the largest band size this latest order to see if it worked, but alas, even a 44 is too snug. I guess I'm going to have to start ordering band-expanders or move to a different brand.

this bra has been my go to for years now! It's the only bra I can find that fits how I like them to fit. However, I've gained a little weight and need an H cup now .. a 32 H Why ??? Does the H not come in a 32 band ? The only complaint I have ever had with this bra is the band being to big. I have to wear it on the tightest hook right away, so when it stretches out a bit, it's to loose. It's just so sad that there are no options for people like me.

I've worn Wacoal bras for approximately 20 years. At 86 the body has changed considerably. I was wearing 38DD and the new one I ordered 38DDD (thinking band size should be the same) but it wasn't by 2 inches short. Being a seamstress I was able to use one of old bra eye band and extended the band. Cups fit beautifully but too high into armpit. I'll talk with someone from your company and try to figure out what I need. (Feel free to edit)

I guess I have a difficult to fit body - 5'0" narrow shoulders, 34G. This is one of 2 Wacoal styles that I have found that fit.

perfect bra. would suggest getting one band size larger as the 36 fit on the last hook. no room for weight fluctuations.

Purchased in 2 colors. Very comfy. So happy the straps are made so no slippage off shoulders!! Adjustable too!

Great bra. Only problem is the label in the back causes my skin to itch.

Buyer beware, there appears to be a discontinuity in the scaling of the sizes. I previously purchased two different colors in size 36dd. Both fit about the same. From day 1 I could easily stretch the band to the smallest hook. I recently purchased two different colors in size 36ddd because the 36dd never fit flush to my chest. Figured I needed more room in the cups. Again, the larger bras both fit about the same. The ddd band has 4 hooks instead of 3 on the dd but the ddd band is tight, tight to the point that I wear it on the largest hook. And the 36ddd still does not fit flush to my chest! In fact, the ddd cups appear to fit smaller than the dd cups! Very disappointing quality control.

Love this bra, first time purchasing and will purchase this style again!

I bought this because I have (and love) the Basic Beauty Spacer Underwire T-Shirt Bra, which is basically this bra except with lining. The straps on this bra are shorter than the other, so they dig into my shoulders, hence the one star removed. Otherwise I love it. I'm hoping the straps will relax a bit with wear, because I don't want to return it.
