Awesome sandal. This is my first Jambu shoe/sandal so the ladies who wrote a review helped me get the correct size right off the bat. I normally wear a 9.5 so I ordered a 9; it fits great! Very comfy, super cute and the arch support is perfect. I ordered the nude color and it is the perfect addition to my shoe collection - this makes pair #82! Thank you Zappos for giving us shoe addicts somewhere to fill our needs!

I spent a week walking all over Paris in these lovely sandals. Perfect mix of fashion and comfort for the price! I normally wear 8.5 or 9 US and 39 or 40 EUR. I ordered these in an 8 and they fit well, but a half size smaller would have been better.

I agree with the other reviewers: this runs a half size large. I am a size 7, and they were too long. Ordered the 6.5. The smoky color is more like a greenish brown. I actually like it better than I anticipated. Looking forward to receiving the correct size shortly.

This product ran a half size larger than my normal ordering size. I typically wear a size 8 and had to send back and order a size 7.5 Good quiet sole. Soft landing like other Jambu shoes.

Perfect! Got these on Friday, walked downtown (25 min), danced at a show, walked back home. So comfortable, no break-in. I did order a half size down from my normal size and they fit perfectly!

Love. So comfy too! Run slightly larger. I usually wear 9.5-10 but 9 was the size for me in this shoe. I have a normal to narrow foot-width is perfect for me.

Bought these in red...love them as does everyone who sees them! I have many foot issues and have had 4 foot surgeries, these shoes are extremely supportive and comfortable. I can wear these all day, walk miles in them and not even think about kicking them off! Amazingly... I actually plan my wardrobe around wearing these shoes as often as I can. These shoes in red will make you smile!

I ordered a half size smaller based on other reviews and they fit perfectly. I get compliments on these shoes every time I wear them. I only wish they had them in black!

I adore these shoes! They are fun and funky, and do not trash my knees and back. They are more comfortable than some of my flats. I cannot recommend them enough. I always wear a 10, but ended up with a 9 in these shoes.

These shoes are fabulous! I did order them half a size smaller as other reviews suggested and they were right. They are so very comfortable, too.

Took the advice of the other reviewers...normally I am a size 9, ordered 8 1/2 and they fit perfect. Had a little trouble with the sewn leather rubbing on the ankle bone at first, but now they are fine and very comfortable. I love this shoe! I get several compliments every time I wear them. It looks good with sundresses as well as shorts. Everyone asks where I got them!

Love these shoes once I got the size right! I took others' comments to heart and ordered a half size smaller than my usual size 8, but even the 7.5 was too big, so sent them back for a 7 which fits perfectly. I am actually about a 7.75, not a true size 8, so I guess that's why. Anyway, they are gorgeous and amazingly comfortable, just like every other pair of Jambus I have ever owned. Have worn them twice and both times people have actually stopped me to compliment me on them and ask me where I got them. I refuse to wear uncomfortable shoes, but I also refuse to wear ugly shoes, so you can imagine how hard it can be to find the right pair, especially when I am looking for something a little dressy. These fit the bill. Way to go Jambu, and way to go, Zappos, for making returns and exchanges so easy and affordable!

These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I rarely wear anything with a heal and I'm able to wear these all day and my feet are still happy. They do run a bit big. I had to send them back and get a half size smaller than my norm. I bought them for their looks but wear them all the time because of their comfort. I absolutely love these shoes! Every time I wear them, I get compliments. Every time!

Very cute and one of the only 2-inch heels I can actually walk in comfortably. Very comfortable to walk in except that the rivets on the ankle can sometimes rub -- as the leather is stretching with wear this is less of an issue. Runs large -- I normally wear a 7.5/8 and a 7 fits me fine in this shoe. I have somewhat wide toes and find the toe box very comfortable. I can also wear this with my custom orthotics.

Bought these in nude, 1/2 size smaller than normal, and I couldn't be more pleased. They're comfortable, stylish, and go with EVERYTHING -- dresses, skirts, pants, jeans.

I stepped out of my style comfort zone when I ordered this shoe, but it was a great decision. I love these shoes; I can't say enough wonderful about them. I need arch support and these provide enough. It's hard to believe looking at the photo that they're incredibly comfortable. I can wear them for 10 hours with no problem. Compliments pour in. And the few original doubters have totally come around!

I love this shoe. Yes, it does run 1/2 size too large. I normally wear a 9.5, but I ordered a 9 right off the bat and they are perfect. After all day at work my feet were still happy! Very soft landing, great looking and oh so comfy. If I can scrape together this much, I will get another pair!

I love these sandals, they go with everything. Most important is that they're very comfortable! A little heavy, but I don't find them clunky at all. I will be able to wear these from spring into fall! Love the color and the style is unique, I received a lot of compliments on them. As always great service at Zappos. Runs true to size.

These shoes are well made, but a size too large. I usually wear 7.5 but will have to return them and order a size 7 instead.

If you're willing to put the time and effort into finding the right size and color, you will end up with stunning, modern-classic, cool sandals that are also comfortable. It's just that the sizing and colors are inconsistent. I now own two pair -- one black and one in that off-brown color that is really is a soft taupe on some pairs but a dull, faded muddy color on others. Don't be afraid to return and try again. I returned a size 6 for another size 6 and they were completely different sizes. (By the way, I usually wear a 7.) I love the two pairs I finally got. Whew!

I normally wear a 10 in Jambu but I ended up with an 8 1/2 with this shoe. Had trouble with breaking in at the ankles.

I am a true size 11 and I took the reviews to heart and ordered a 10. Fits perfectly. Nice comfortable footbed but the straps around the ankle are a little snug so I hope they stretch out. Haven't worn them out yet. Color is not a brown nor a grey but somewhere in between. Versatile nonetheless.

Good looking sandal, but leather straps are very thin. I normally wear an 8, ordered 7.5 based on reviews and that was still too large.
