No arch support. Returned the shoes. Very disappointed.

I had a pair of this very style (I've verified they both have the same style number) in blue. I liked those so well, I decided to order this color as well. The blue fit well overall, but could be just a little wider. So, I ordered this beige pair in extra wide rather than just wide. When they arrived, they were visibly smaller than the blue pair. I held them up sole to sole. The beige pair was shorter and even though they should have been wider, they were narrower. I looked inside and confirmed they were marked as 13 XW. This is a very serious inconsistency in sizing.

I bought the Lakeside Slip as a business casual shoe that I could wear around the office and on short walks around town. After only two months or thrice-weekly wear, the soles had started to come apart. After four months, a pair of holes developed and chunks of the rubber started coming lose, making them completely unwearable. I've bought Florsheim shoes before and have always been thrilled. This was a huge disappointment. I think there may have been an issue with the manufacturing. Shoes cannot possibly wear out that fast.
