Crocs were fine but my only complaint is the shipping process. My package went out in a bag sent through UPS then it transferred to USPS where I had to pay 8.00 additional on top of what I already paid. Not happy with crocs customers service tolder me to get my money back from UPS they blamed the Post Office and they blamed Crocs. I never got my money back. I call that double dipping for postage
