I travel frequently and am always looking for a stylish but functional carry on bag. THIS. IS. IT. The bag easily slid under the plane seat in front of me (of course it fit into the overhead bin with no problem). There is a strap on the back side so it slides onto the pull handle of an upright suitcase. Interior details include two "pockets" on one side and three smaller "pockets on the other (there are no zippered pockets inside the bag-all are open). My e-reader fit into the front zippered pocket. The bag strap is lightly padded-which helps when the bag is packed with heavier items. Roomy but not too large!!

I LOVE this bag! It's perfect for a long weekend bag and had no trouble using it as my carry on during a recent flight. It has a material slip on the back to hook onto luggage securely and many great pockets.

I love this bag. Great size for airplanes, outside zippered pocket for my tickets, inside pockets for the small stuff. A few inches bigger than my VB Metropolitan bag when I need more room. And it's cute. Zappos, as always, delivered with relentless customer service. I ordered Wednesday afternoon and it arrived at my house by Thursday morning. Not sure how they do it, but I love it!

I purchased this bag a couple of weeks ago and wasn't sure if I was going to keep it because I was leaning towards the grand traveler. After receiving it, I think it is a keeper; it's pretty spacious and about the size of a medium duffel bag that I would be able to carry on board a flight. I am pretty sure I would be able to pack enough clothes in there for a weekend trip (I am not a light packer by any means). I also like the fact that it is machine washable.

I bought this puppy in Provencal. The bag is larger than I expected and totally gorgeous. I will definitely get a lot of use out of it on short trips.

Awesome travel bag! I got this in Portobello Road and it is absolutely gorgeous! It is incredibly spacious, but easily fits under the seat of an airplane! The shoulder strap is padded for extra comfort. Another great product from Vera Bradley!

I was skeptical when purchasing this bag, despite the raving reviews. I am really glad I bought it, though. I was looking for a carry on bag that offered more structure and style than a traditional duffel, without being a heavy tote bag. This item is lightweight, beautifully made, and very stylish in shape. I got the Nomadic Floral and am very pleased with it's coloration and overall look. It is quite large, in my opinion, and will hold a decent amount of stuff (it is called a weekender for a reason). It will certainly hold all of the carry-on essentials, as well as extra clothing if you're the type who likes to carry-on at least one extra outfit. I am very excited to use this on my upcoming trip.

I used this as my carry-on item on a short trip instead of rolling luggage to make getting through the airports quicker. With the help of packing cubes, I was able to fit enough clothes for 4-5 days, all of my toiletries, flat iron, shoes, and odds and ends. It has a lot more space than I anticipated, and when I compared it to one of my wheeled carry-ons, it stored almost the exact same amount of items. I had no problem getting this through airport security with this bag filled completely. My only concern is that I am unsure if the stitching can withstand the pressure of the bag when completely full. I constantly worried that the stitching on the quilting would unravel because I packed it to the brim. After my trip, I did notice that all of the stitching was intact, which is quite impressive. The strap wasn't as comfortable as it could have been though, and it was challenging at times to carry this bag when packed completely. Other than that, I really love this bag and I'm glad I purchased it! I ordered it on a Monday and it came on Wednesday, Zappos shipping was unbelievably fast!

I recently bought this bag to use for short vacations. I used it for the first time this past weekend, and it worked quite well. I was able to fit several outfits, swimsuit, shoes as well as make-up and toiletries with a little room to spare. My only concern is that the pocket on the front is only big enough for a book or device and there are no pockets on the sides, so everything has to go into the main compartment, even dirty clothes.

It's a little too large. I don't know why Vera Bradley makes "Travel/ Carry on bags" so large? However, it's functional and I like the pattern. It does get the carry on job done as long as you don't over pack. The strap on the side of the bag is good to put over a roller bag.

This is a really lovely bag. I ordered several in my quest to fine the perfect bag for business travel. Will be sending this one back only because it's a little larger than necessary for that purpose. But as travel bags go - this one is lovely. Great materials, subtle quilting, and great lining.

The name says it all! Perfect for a weekend trip. I use it all the time. I have a 2.5 year old and it makes an excellent travel bag. When you get one, you will find a ton of uses for it. It has a lot of pockets on the inside to keep you organized. Def recommend.

This bag is perfect for weekend trips! I always feel really classy yet fun carrying it. It's also very sturdy and fits tons more than you might realize. There are also additional outside pockets which make for easy storage. Overall, I am so glad I got this bag!

I got this bag for sale $69.00. It was worth it. It is much larger than I thought it would be and you really could pack a weekends worth of clothes in it. Shipping was so fast. Ordered on wensday evening and delivered Friday. The colors are exactly as pictured and very pretty. I also like the one strap over the shoulder when traveling because your hands are always full with other items. Really great purchase. You can't beat zappos return policy either. Wonderful bag! Washable, easy to carry, and cleverly designed with pockets. Size is generous but not too huge for comfort and travel.I'm very glad I purchased it.

It's a great weekend bag. It fits perfect on my rolling luggage handle, and has multiple interior pockets to stay organized. The exterior pocket is a perfect size for my e-reader, mini iPad, or book. I've had multiple compliments on it already. :)
