These are great! Converse knows this is a classic, and they are wise to keep the design/quality that has made them money. They are exactly as I expected. And Zappos gets an A+++ for super fast delivery!

I wear a size 6 for these, and trust me, they're so ADORABLE. They look amazing with dresses, skirts, skinny jeans, etc. Definitely buy it if you want something more feminine.

Converse sneakers just don't have much support, and these are no exception. I knew that when I ordered them, but they're cute and otherwise a good fit, so I just put an arch support orthotic in them and they're fine.

These shoes are so cool. They go well with everything I wear (including my suit when I walk to work). When I have to sprint to the subway station in the busy streets of New York, these shoes get me there without a hitch. I usually wear them with socks though because otherwise, they'd rub the back of my ankle in an irritating way, but I think that's partly because I have bone-y feet I do wish they came in half sizes. I usually wear a 7.5, and ordered an 8. The 7 would've definitely been too small. The 8 is ok, but I do have extra space on the heel area, which is why socks are necessary.

Bought for my middle school daughter. Much lighter and cuter than the original chunky Converse. Definitely dainty.

Love these. More comfortable than I thought. Are a bit narrow which is OK as I have narrow feet.

I love my shoes! They are so cute and can be worn with dresses, shorts, and pants. I am so glad I decided to get the dainty instead of the regular chucks, to me they seem more feminine. These shoes are true to size...I am a size 6 and that is what I got. I will definitely buy other colors!

Dainty Ox great converse shoes. Fit like other reviewers mentioned, about 1/2 size small. Width fine for me, but I have narrow feet. No arch support, but none expected - they're converse, not hiking boots. They look great, they definitely are dainty with a lower cut around the ankle. Get the no-show socks. Would recommend, would purchase again.

My daughter loves these shoes. Tried the original Chuck Taylors, but loves the look and fit of the Dainty much better. They're lighter and less bulky.

I love these shoes. They are very comfy and look like the original style, just cut lower. My feet are pretty flat with little natural arches and they don't hurt in these shoes. I am a true 8.5 and they only sell whole sizes in this style. I ordered a 9 and it fits perfectly. I tried on an 8 in a store and couldn't get my foot in the shoe. Zappos has incredibly fast shipping. I ordered them on a Saturday and received them the following Tuesday with the free standard shipping. I am very pleased with my purchase and experience.

Love these shoes! I normally wear a 9.5 in heels and 10 in women's running shoes. The 10 in these fit perfect. Not too tight and didn't rub my heels or toes. Despite having large feet these are really adorable on and don't look like boats!

I really like these shoes. I do not find them uncomfortable and they fit true to size. They fit my large and wide feet well.

By far the best Converse style I have ever purchased. I ordered my usual size 10 and they fit perfectly. I chose Black and Gray, both colors are equally gorgeous. My fave thing with this style Converse is the footbed, it feels padded and the 5 loop rings for the laces. Some other Converse style have up to 7, which only made my feet look huge! This style makes my feet appear smaller than they are and are an overall better fit. Wish more colors were available, like White, perhaps in the future. I'm extremely happy with this style.

At first I didn't think they looked that different from regular chucks, but when I got them I was pleasantly surprised to find that they really are more feminine! They are cute, comfy and still have a classic feel to them.

I officially LOVE the dainty look. I was worried that the sole of the shoe would be thinner than the classics' (classic chuck soles are already super thin), but no thickness has been compromised with this shoe. Wish I had one of every color!

So cute on the foot with skinny jeans. Lower profile and less bulky compared to other Converse, definitely more feminine. Unlike some other reviewers, I did not find the fit to be narrow (size 8 in medium width).

LOVED THEM! I got the charcoal, and they go with everything! I wear a size 8.5, and thats the size I ordered, and they fit perfectly. I did have to break them in (just like every other shoe), but now they fit like a glove. I'm going to order them in more colors.

I normally wear 8 to 8.5 in shoes. These are perfect in 8 (without socklets). No breaking in period was required, no rubbing or annoying seams anywhere, I was pleasantly surprised. They were comfortable from Day 1, and I'm a person who has a lot of trouble with shoes hurting my feet so I was amazed at how totally comfy these are right out of the box. Incredibly comfortable to wear and do a lot of walking in, I never get a blister anywhere, the support is good for my high arch, and the shape seems more feminine than the regular converse, not as heavy on the bottom part. I got the charcoal, which is a very versatile color, and I love these so much I'm getting the black as well. They look really cute with leggings, summer casual skirts or shorts. My new summer favorites!

My 12-year-old daughter loves these and wears them every day. They are much lighter than regular Converse, which is great for her narrow foot. She wears about a 6 1/2, so I first ordered the 6, then exchanged for the 7, which fits. So if you're between sizes, I'd suggest sizing up, even if you have a narrow foot. They grey color is very popular at her school, and she wears it with everything.

I love these shoes. They look identical to the traditional All Star low top, but are slightly lighter weight and run true to size (women's) as opposed to the Chuck's traditional oxford that runs a whole size larger.

My feet measure to be a size 7 in women's, but I have very wide feet so I typically wear a 7.5 to accommodate that. I didn't need to do that with these shoes. Because you can adjust the laces, I just loosened mine up so that the width was good for my feet and I was able to fit perfectly into a 7. If you have normal width feet then you would probably be fine wearing your true size. These are great for people with wide feet. They aren't too stiff to wear you can't stretch them out a bit. Keep in mind that these are the DAINTY version. That means the sole is slimmer so the logo will be smaller than the classic version.

These sneakers are exactly what I was looking for: comfortable, attractive, classic. Most people don't often notice footwear, but I've gotten compliments on them each time I've worn them. The charcoal color is anything but basic. I heartily recommend these Chucks!

I love the fit of these lower profile Chucks. I wear an 8 1/2 Narrow and got these in a 9 - and they fit perfectly. I would say they run on the narrow side and slightly small. So if you have wide feet - they may not work for you.

I would never have ordered these cute shoes for my narrow feet except that some reviewers felt they were narrower than the originals - and they are…although I still have to pull the laces up a bit! I ordered an 8 instead of my normal 8 ½ and they fit very well. I love the grey color too!
