Simply said, wonderful shoe. My feet are screaming with JOY! I ordered my size of 8 1/2. Others said they ran short and I agree. Ordered 9 1/2-10 and they are perfect.

These are the best shoes EVER! I have been buying a new pair every fall for years. I work 70-80 per week as teacher and a server. My feet NEVER feel sore, and I can outlast servers thirty years younger than me. They are much more comfortable, and durable than athletic shoes. You can wear them with pants, jeans, skirts and even shorts. I get compliments on them every week. I cannot say enough good things about these shoes! I wear them without socks all summer. I even spill things in them, and regularly get them wet. I have absolutely no problem with odor, or with my feet feeling sweaty. They are overall the most amazing shoes and if you've never tried them, they are WELL worth the investment.

Sadly, I had to return these. Also the only pair of Danskos that have resulted in severe foot and toe discomfort. I wore them around my house for part of a day and ended up with debilitating blisters. So glad I could return them, but I will have to search for another closed toe cute Dansko shoe.

This is a classic Dansko shoe. I love the support. The Taupe color is neutral which I like. I am a classic 7 M in size and the 37 fit really well.

Just have to add that The Dansko Sam has a different kind of material under the foot than the usual Dansko. The material under the Dansko Sam is like a faux suade, so I'm not sure how foot smell will hold up by the end of the day when not wearing socks or other kind of stocking. I do wish the Dansko Sam was made with something that's wasn't faux suade under the foot. But other than this, it's a lovely shoe.

I love these shoes. I am a size 8 to 8 1/2 depending on the shoe, but I have very wide feet with bunions. This shoe did not come in a wide, so I purchase size 39, and it a great fit. If a Dansko shoe come support in wide, I buy the 38.

I honestly haven't had the opportunity to wear them much since I got them, but my initial reaction is that they're a little shorter and a little more narrow than my other Dansko clogs. They're not awful, but I'll definitely need to break them in. Style wise, they are so cute and look great with jeans or slacks.

Hey! Great shoes! Bought to replace a 5-year old version of very similar style Dansko used to make in suede. Was surprised, however, that these run small. My toes were smushed at the front in the 37, my typical Dansko size. Exchanged for a 38 and they fit great! A helpful design feature is the elastic on strap combined with the buckle - flexes while you move and lets you control the size throughout the day, and whether you're wearing socks or going barefoot.

Love this shoe. Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect fit and feel, great for my plantar fasciitis. As always Zappos delivered right on time?

These shoes are awesome! Super comfortable and cute. The red color really pops and I can walk in these all day. When I first got them, the top of the toes rubbed a bit, but after breaking them in they were just fine.

I really liked the style and it fit fine on my left foot that has the bunion, but it pinched on my right foot. I tried twice but still had the same issue. Unfortunately I had to return them. Thanks Zappos for making it so easy to exchange and/or return shoes that don’t fit.

I love, love this shoe! I wear a 5.5 and I have an extra wide foot. Because of the roomy toe box, this shoe accommodates my wide foot even though it is not marked a wide. The arch support is amazing and the sole is not made of wood so it bends a little, which is more comfortable than the wooden soled Danskos. This shoe is also so pretty. I get compliments on them. Since I am small, it gives me height without hurting the ball of my foot because it is not just the heel that is built up. The front of the shoe has height also. I've tried other Danskos and have not had the perfect fit that these do. Thank you for these shoes, Dansko! Can you please make other shoes with this foundational fit?

I have bought Dansko brand recently and found the fit to be perfect. The Dansko Sam ran much more narrow that I expected. I had to rerun them.

This shoe is true to size and very comfortable.

These shoes are so cute! The fit is like most Dansko that I own. My only complaint is that the strap is not long at all so my normal size foot/ankle has the adjustment on the last hole- no where to go if needed looser. I think this would be a bad thing for someone with a wider foot than me and I am a normal B width. Other than this, the color tan is perfect and goes with lots of my wardrobe. The heel height and arch support are just what I needed. Overall, I recommend but beware if you have more around the ankles.

Love these shoes! And I love Zappos. I ordered all the similar styles and could compare in my house. I have big feet, so the angles and thick straps help with the visual. And I prefer the sewn to sole look, not stapled. And the little gold buckle... only wear gold tone. Love them so much I ordered the taupe too. I wore them all day on day one.

So comfortable. Presented and stood to facilitate meetings easily and for long hours.

The ankle strap is made to fit people with small bone structure. The last hole was a snug fit for me, a size 12, 5’6” 165 lb woman

Adorable, but the leather was really tight at the base of my toes. I was afraid it wouldn't stretch out quickly. Also, I bought the sand color & it was a lot darker than it showed in the picture. Other than the width, it felt great!

I purchased the beige color, which is a true beige color. Unfortunately, the medium width was too wide and my usual size 38 was too large. I had to return them.

I love these shoes. I just wish the ankle strap had a few more holes for those of us ladies who need a bit more ankle room. They still are able to be buckled on the last hole. I love them and I feel feminine in them.

I really like these shoes, they are perfect for my clinical rotations where I am on my feet for 8-12 hours. My only complaints are 1) The shoe rubs on the top of my foot slightly 2) I wish the heel was taller.

Comfortable, less trendy version of the Mary Jane clogs that are in style right now. Will be perfect for wearing to work where I stand all day, but maybe slightly grandma-ish. I'm okay with that as long as my feet don't hurt at the end of the day! The toe box is on the narrower side, which is perfect for me but may be too narrow for some (it seems to be similar to the toe box of my narrow Dansko professionals).
