Love this shoe! It has the stylish platform look. Lots of padding. For those who might believe they can't wear platforms because of balance, etc., you can wear these.

The shoes are the most comfortable shoes ever! And I have A LOT of shoes! Well worth the money. Goes everywhere! It does run small so I ordered 1/2 size up like others have suggested.

Dansko was recommended for my achilles problem. At first I thought they were clunky and ugly looking. I get so many compliments -- they really are cute! And as for comfort...love 'em!

Comfort: Awesome pair of shoes that go with everything. I have a knee injury and am too proud to wear ugly orthopedic shoes, this works extremely well and is comfortable and light. Managed to walk 1 mile around town with this pair of shoes on first day out of the box! No breaking in needed. For color: I love that the nude color sort of goes with everything and makes my legs look long.

I've worn Danskos for years. I bought these in sand dollar and in black for a wedding and attendant festivities last week. No need to break in --they are blissfully comfortable and the didn't sink into the lawn at the outdoor wedding. I expect to wear these for many summers to come.

A perfect shoe for comfort, style, durability and city and country. Simply a great walking shoe.

Feel very comfortable and secure, and look cute, but the 41 size is too short for my normally 41 (10) foot, so will order the 42.

These are great sandals! They felt good from the minute I put them on, and seem to provide me with the arch support that I need (I have very high arches). The black shagreen is also very pretty. I have received lots of compliments. I went up one size from what I typically get from Dansko, and it was needed. The front of the shoe bends up a bit and my toes come to the end, but I still think that going up only one size was the right choice. I highly recommend them.

I love these shoes! I've become a huge Dansko convert in the past few years and these are the best pair of sandals I've worn yet. I'm a very difficult person to fit for shoes, and I only wear Dansko now (esp. since Birkenstock hasn't modernized their style.) I even bought an extra pair of Dansko ankle boots last winter since they were discontinuing the style and they are the perfect boot. I will cry when my backup pair wears out. The shagreen pattern is nicer than I expected and these are insanely comfortable. They have a better arch support than my older pairs and I love the black footbed (which is also really soft) since they tend to get pretty dirty after wearing them a lot and sweating in the summer and a dirty footbed kind of ruins the look of the sandals with the tan footbed. I'm waiting for a pair of the Sophies in black, and I'm considering ordering another pair of the Sandis in the black full grain since I can anticipate wearing them out by next summer. And these arrived 2 days after I placed the order, affirming my love for Zappos who are my main source for buying shoes.

Dansko sandals are amazing, like walking on air. I would recommend them to anyone who likes good sandals and like comfort and support. I have painful feet and need sandals/shoes that make my feet happy.

This is my fifth pair of Dansko shoes. Clearly, I am a fan. As usual, they feel great. I had worried about the straps hitting me in bad places and rubbing, but that is not the case. The straps sit in good places and the shoe is comfortable. The footbed is a light fuzzy type material which so far is doing just fine. I can foresee some discoloration in the future, but nothing unusual. The color of the leather is perfect. Goes with everything and disappears against my light skin. I purchased my first pair of Dansko clogs back in 2000. Twelve years later, I still wear them, they still look the same (really!), and they still feel good. I buy more simply for the new styles. On that first pair I was fitted at a brick and mortar shoe store and was specifically told to buy big. I wear a size 7 and in Dansko, I wear a size 38. They are meant to be worn sloppy. With the sandals, I feel like they do run a little more snug than the clog, which is what you want. I still stay with the 38 on the open sandal and it still fits perfectly with no extra shoe hanging out the front or back. If you're unsure, perhaps order your true shoe size and one size up. Since returns and shipping is free with Zappos there's no harm done in the long run. :)

Extremely comfortable and super cute. A difficult combination to find! The adjustable straps make them easy to fit. Pricey but worth every penny...highly recommended.

I have enough black shoes, but no black shoes with green and silver dots! I also didn't have black summer sandals, and I am at the age where comfort trumps beauty -- although with this shoe, I get both. The footbed is soft and very supportive, the straps are adjustable, and my baby bunions on both feet are not hurt. Great shoe -- worth the money.

I have a job where I work outside in the heat on the concrete for 10 hours a day. My feet were starting to really hurt at the end of the day, so I bought these shoes in Black Shagreen. They feel like clouds on my feet. They look a little clunky, and a 70+ year old woman was buying them at the same time as me, but I don't care...they are so comfortable! Buy them and your feet will thank you!

I love these shoes. They are comfortable enough to stand on all day but are still attractive and can be worn with pants and skirts.

True to size and so comfortable!

Very, very comfortable with very good arch support. They feel light on your feet. They are not the sexiest shoe out there, but look great with jeans. I also wear them most often with long, wide leg pants and the shoes are kind of hidden. They aren't ugly, but they aren't sexy either. I'll live with that for the comfort and quality they provide. Would buy again.

I love these. They have more cushion than typical Danskos which is great. At the same time the heel is slightly cupped so I am solidly in the shoe -- easy on the ankles. These support my high arches and I can walk all day in them. I usually wear 39 in Danskos and had to size up to 40 in these. I also loosened the front buckle so make them work for my wide foot. Ankle straps keep these on my foot so I can ride my bike in them. I wear them with dresses and pants. Love 'em!

Love, Love, Love these sandals! Comfort, style and comfort is what you'll get. These were my 2nd pair of Dansko shoes and I plan to order more. Of course the service I received from Zappos was top notch!

Love these shoes. Comfortable enough for walking all day, but cute enough to wear with a dress - a rare combo.

These shoes are perfectly comfortable and cute. I like that they can be adjusted on top and at the heel. I got the sundollar, which is a light taupe and will go with anything. I love these shoes!

I have CMT, a neuromuscular disease that majorly effects the strength of your feet and ankles. Our feet are also very high arched with lots of problems. Needless to say...I don't get to wear pretty "girl shoes"...no heels for moi. Dansko's sandals like this one are as close to heels as I get, makes me feel like a girl! The footbed is so soft and the heel is perfect and gripping so I don't twist my ankle, the straps keep me all in the show safely. Thanks Dansko!

These shoes fit like a glove and are very stable. I love their style with pants or jeans.

How come the makers of Dansko keep changing the quality of their shoes - I always take a 40 but with this shoe (as reviews pointed out) my toes literally hung over the edge - so I am really hoping the size 41 works. I am so disappointed in Dansko choices and quality the last couple of years. I have some I have had for 5 years or more and they are still in good shape. Man, how I wish some of the older style sandals would come back!
