So comfortable! True Dansko comfort and value. The straps are so comfortable because they don't dig into the foot anywhere. My foot has grown wider through the years, and this style easily accommodates. I'm wary of the footbed of ANY Dansko shoe, however... because, while the footbed is soft, the material eventually loses its nap, flattens, and becomes somewhat "sticky"... my feet are not sweaty at all but with my old pair of Danskos (different style but summer slip-ons like these) my soles stick to the footbed and it sounds funny when I walk (like wearing flip-flops with a sticky footbed). I will hope for the best with this pair, hoping they at least last as long as the old pair. I usually wear am 8.5-9 in any shoe, and the 39 fits just right. Makes my foot look small, too!

Straps have not held up well.

So far, I really like these shoes. I had foot surgery five months ago, and I was trying to find some comfortable and cute shoes to transition from walking boo, sneakers, and hiking boots. And added bonus...they are great for my posture.

Very interesting purchase. I usually wear an 8 narrow in sandals, ordered the 39, it does run quite short, I had to return them for a 40. Can't imagine me wearing a size 10 shoe! As I said, I need a narrow, I placed each buckle in the last hole and they fit fine, love the petrol color.

Very comfortable right out of the box. Could use a little more arch support. I ordered a size up and they fit perfectly.

Dansko never disappoints. These are super comfy and the white/metallic color combo works with almost everything. I only wish they could get the sizing to be more consistent. I usually have to order two sizes and then return the one that doesn't work, but Zappos makes that pretty easy.

I am a big fan of Dansko shoes, but I returned these. They weren't as stylish as I'd hoped - but were VERY comfortable. I wish I'd loved the look as much as the comfort. The adjustable straps are great so you can make them fit your foot exactly.

I was surprised by the color when the shoes arrived. From the picture they look royal blue, but they are not! There is a lot of red in this "pattern"! Be sure to look closely at the shoe before confirming your purchase. I was disappointed in the color when they arrived, but decided to keep them anyway. They are very comfy!

I adore my beautiful white sandals. They are comfortable and sturdy. I was concerned about the weight, thinking that they would be too heavy. Well, they were not. If I had to change something on them, it would be the color of the footbed. I could have something a little darker, so they wouldn't stain easily.

Nice looking shoe but if you have narrow feet these may or may not work. I had to tighten them up to the last hole and they were still a little loose but I am going to make them work. Super comfy, I can't wear a lot of Danskos, they are all too wide, but this one I can do. they are a full size short though - not sure why.

The Sohie Danskos are great shoes but I seem to be in between sizes. They are a bit shorter than my other 38 Danskos, just enough so my big toe goes slightly over the edge. The 39s are too long. The arch, which I like to be very supportive for my high arch, are maybe a bit too high and could use just a bit more padding.I didn't really like the Shagreen but the tooled ones are very attractive. They had to go back but I will try another pair of Danskos in a different style to see if the size is better.

I have taking a 9 lately in my shoes. I was previously an 8 1/2. But the size 39 (8 1/2 - 9) is a tad bit small on me. I got them on recommendation from one of my coworkers. I am hoping they won't give me any issues. I think my feet will settle into them. And I slip off my shoes any way to do massage. So they are more just for show.

I ordered a 39 but it was too short so I returned them for a 40. Nice fit and very comfortable! The color was interesting. I thought they were more of a black shoe (Shagreen black) but I actually like them better. This was my first time to buy from Zappos. I was very impressed with their speedy service in exchanging the shoes. I will purchase from them again!

I really like this shoe, but I wear a 9-1/2, and according to their foot chart, I would wear a 40. Unfortunately, the 40 is too short. When I move my foot forward to walk in them, my toes go over the edge. I am returning them and ordering a 41. I feel they run a whole size smaller than stated. I also have a narrow foot and really like that I can adjust the straps. When they arrived and I tried them on, they felt so good.

I have been wearing Dansko for many years now. I bought these shoes for the summer and they feel comfy to wear. The straps are resizable so you can adjust them to your feet. I ended up tightening the top one and loosening the bottom one. However I am not quite happy with the style of this shoe, it looks pretty bulky in my opinion, so searched for a comfortable but more light-weight alternative and discovered Born Monserrat.

These ran VERY small. I normally wear a 39 and my heel was nearly hanging over the end of the 40. The front is also quite narrow. These are ADORABLE, but they don't offer the same support--it seemed--that regular Danskos do. They were a bit too bouncy and, given their height, that seemed a little ill-advised.

I usually take a 39N in Dansko- these sandals were definitely shorter than that. I am returning them for a 40. They were very comfy right off the bat, I have been on a quest to get comfortable sandals that were dressy enough to wear with a dress. My feet have issues so I have probably tried on about 100 prs of sandals. I like usually Berkenstocks- but those are not dressy. I think I have found what I am looking for with the Sophie Dansko. :o)

Comfort and flexibility with some style. The adjustable straps are what saves this shoe since morning feet and evening feet can make a shoe feel differently, the fact that it is adjustable is what makes this a winner. Dansko comfort through and through. Pretty on the feet. Bought for my Italian vacation and I'm confident they will serve me well.

The first pair were just a tiny bit too narrow - I returned them for a larger size and they are perfect. This is my first pair of Dansko shoes. They are super comfortable right out of the box and cute.

Great looking and comfortable; however, they run terribly short. I wear a true size 12 and the description said fits 12.5 to 13. No way! They are short on me but I will keep them because they are comfortable.

Darling comfortable shoe, sadly my fat little feet just don't fit. I ordered a 39 too! Am sending them back and ordering Birkenstocks in a 37 which I have worn for the past 35 years.

Some of the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned. Wish they looked a little less like a trendy birkenstock, but for the comfort I can handle that.

I have several other pairs of Danskos, both closed shoes and sandals, and felt that these were a little shorter in length than my others. I ordered a 39, and my toes are right up to the front edge. I would have returned them for a 40, but I slightly scuffed the heel while wearing them around the house to test them out. They are wearable at a 39 (I usually wear an 8-1/2 or 9), so it isn't a total loss. Just a higher risk that I'll stub my toes on something! The arch support is good, and the insole is nicely cushioned. It feels like a rocker sole, so easy to walk in. The heel doesn't feel high, as it has a platform sole, too. I have plantar fasciitis, and these shoes are comfortable enough for my arches and heels to wear all day. My only gripe is that they rubbed horribly and gave me blisters at first, both right behind the toenail on my big toe, and on my pinkie toes. I've never had Danskos do that before, so I foolishly wore them a whole day the first time I wore them to work. I usually bring other shoes to swap out mid-day while breaking in new shoes, but thought with Danskos it wouldn't be an issue. I ended up with four Bandaids on my toes by the end of a six hour shift. They are breaking in now, but the edges still seem a big stiff and sharp.

Nice looking sandal though narrow for Dansko brand. The side of my foot overhung the shoe. I always wear a 38 in Dansko but notion this style. So if you like Dansko but find they are too wide for your liking then try this narrow style.

Beautiful colors, however, I am always a 38 and agree they are made small. I will need to go up to a 39. Very nice, however, to have the adjustable straps.
