These are comfortable and feel pretty light weight and shock absorbing.

I'm not exactly sure what size I prefer in this shoe. I do think they run a little short and when I sized up they feel good but they're just a little clunky. I wear a size 10 so I should go with a 40 but the 41 has more room for my heels and toes to sit. The straps come with buckles that are adjustable so you could play around with the fit all day. The support is great.

This is my 3rd pair of Sophie’s. They’re very comfortable, I can stand and walk in them most of the day without any soreness at the end of the day.

I have a variety of foot problems, and all Danskos with the Sausalito bottom are wonderful! My feet never hurt with them on. I can walk or stand for ever with no foot pain. I ? them!

As someone who has recently been diagnosed with mid-foot arthritis, I am so thankful for Dansko! They feel great on my feet, support my high arches superbly, and look cute too!

I wear 8 Medium in most sandals, 8.5 in flats and athletic sneakers; I ordered 8 Medium (39) and these fit perfectly. No adjustment needed for the straps. The ivory/metallic is a perfect neutral. I got these on sale and wow, what a buy!!! Talk about comfortable - I've worn Dansko for years and these will be a spring and summer go-to for me. I can see them with shorts, skirts, capris, etc. Love them! And did I mention Zappo's amazing 1 day shipping speed!? Oh My!

These fit well and I've bought this style through the years. The leopard print looks great but it felt a bit stiff to me so I bought another color in the Sophie (the distressed white.)

I like these a lot and have bought several pair through the years. For me, the arch support is in the perfect place and I like the thick sole. I also tried the leopard print, and though I loved the look of the leopard the material was stiffer. These felt soft.

These were terrific summer sandals! Comfortable right out of the box!

Very comfortable and light. The fit was true to size. I ordered the black metallic, and for others they were really cute. However, I have long toes and these were not flattering on my feet.

I have had foot surgery so it is VERY hard to find comfortable shoes anywhere at any price. These, however, I could wear right out of the box!! Cute - color is actually prettier than pictured. I also have a narrow foot but the two buckles on the straps are adjustable and can tighten down as needed. I have these in both the striped and black and love them!

Size 37 (I am typically 6.5W-7W) I lived in these (Dansko Sophie) all summer, and just bought another pair to have ready for next summer. So comfortable, so good to my terrible feet. The lower strap even disguises my bunion. Lots of cool fresh air, minimal looking, adjustable straps, quality made (they held up to almost constant wear spring to fall)...These are just perfect! Highly recommend Dansko sandals of this type!

Best sandals with a heel I have ever owned! Swore by Birks (Zurichs) for most of my life. Love both but for a little height, since I am only 5'5" and 3/4 these are terrific.

As a follow up to my previous review, I have worn a 36 in Dansko shoes for years. I had to order the 37 in these in order for them to fit like a 36 in length and width. The shoes are cute and very comfortable, but Dansko, please go back to the original sizing.

Bought these to replace a pair of aging Birkenstocks. I felt like the Birks were getting a little too sloppy looking. These are a great upgrade. Ridiculously comfortable (after a little breaking in). They feel like walking on a cloud. I was a little unsure about the styling but it grew on me. People keep commenting abotu how tall I am in these!

Run a tad short, and with my higher arch, I had to loosen the top strap two notches just to get my foot in the shoe, but as soon as I did, they looked adorable. With my OLD eyes, I actually thought this was a woven/string or some other type of fabric. It does appear to be leather (or some variation of) but the colored lines are printed on. Kind of burst my bubble for my idea of what it looked like. I thought they were quite comfortable, quite cute, and I may look for them in another color. I'm likely to return the multicolored.

I agree with another reviewer--this style runs short. I normally wear a 40 in Dansko sandals and had to exchange for a 41. I bought these to replace a similar Dansko style sandal I've had for 4 years that I absolutely adored--but sadly it was time to replace. These are similar and so far so good. I'm hoping these last as long as the other style. I have ongoing bouts with plantar fasciitis and Dansko continues to work well for me.

This fit the same as my other Dansko Sophie sandals. I am a true 7 and find a 38 in these work best. I have three older pairs, and haven't always liked the color selections. This one is great because it goes with both denim and navy, etc. Love this sandal and am hoping they bring the white back soon. I prefer the brushed nickel buckle hardware vs brass, so that affects my color choices too. Very comfortable and perfect height heel for shorts, capris, dresses, anything!

Love these sandals. Wear them dresses, shorts, pants, jeans-cute and versatile.

Dansko sandles? Say no more - super comfy!

I think these may run a teeny bit small, but I’m ok with it and kept the pair I got (size 39; I wear an 8.5/9 generally.) I also realllly didn’t want to return them because they felt and looked great right away, and I wanted to wear them on my vacation! 2 days later, I was on a plane, wearing my adorable sandals, and I proceeded to walk 7-9 miles a day in NYC. I jumped, trotted, walked fast, you name it in NY, in these sandals and they felt and looked great the whole time. When I got on Zappos (??) to write this, I looked at the sandals again to see what other color I might want. The best!

This is my second pair of Sophies (teak vintage and denim leather). I love the style and comfort! I wear these for fun and for work (and I'm on my feet a lot!) I do order a size up from my Dansko clogs.

I love these sandals! They do not look comfortable but I assure you they are. I really didn’t think they were going to work for me, but they’re one of my favorite pairs of sandals. Good arch support. When I purchased them last year, I was having a lot of pain due to plantar fasciitis. It’s not bothering me now but I’m still careful with the shoes I wear.

So comfy on the soles of my feet. Very supportive and solid.
