I had never heard of Mizuno before I ordered these shoes but now I'm a believer! I've always worn Asics gels because they are great for all the standing I do at work but discovered they just didn't do the job on the elliptical. I've never been able to use one without numbness in my toes and sore feet afterwards. After trying out several different brands and styles with no luck a friend recommended Mizuno. I went to their website and used the excellent shoe selection tool. After reading the reviews here I ordered a pair a half size larger than what I normally wear. I thought they felt a little weird at first - wide in the toe box, a little stiff and with no Asics "cush" and pronounced arch support. But I had faith in the reviews and after just a few minutes on the elliptical I was in love with these shoes. No burning or numbness in my toes, plenty of room in the forefoot and a perfect snug fit for my somewhat narrow heel. Also I have bursitis in my left knee and I have no pain while exercising in these shoes. Please give these a try if you've ever struggled to find a comfortable and supportive shoe.

Ladies, do not hesitate to order these shoes. Read the reviews and go from there. I have had terrible foot problems these shoes are for the women that needs a soft run the cushioning is fantastic. Order half a size up the medium width runs narrow I have very narrow feet with no padding or fat on my feet my insert fit great! I let my insert correct my pronation. I just ordered another pair of Mizanos. I love these shoes I am a hair stylist and wear them all day. The reviews I read were very helpful, thanks. What amazed me was that I received the shoes in two days.

Love these shoes! I have planters fascia and when I wear these my heel doesn't hurt! They are great, great support, great color, bright fuchsia pink without being obnoxious! I would highly recommend these!

I had a pair of running shoes that were alright. I wanted something that was cute and worked for me. I found a site that did an evaluation of the amount of running I did and how I placed my feet (heel first, toe first, etc.). This shoe came back as a recommended shoe. I ordered the shoe got it the next day (of course) and have been running in it since. This is a lightweight shoe that is cute. I was able to wear it immediately without issue - no break in time at all. I am very happy with the style, the fit, and the performance.

First of all, I love this shoe. Wish I could live in them, because they are so comfortable. Do order up 1/2 size. I usually wear 9 (1/2 size large than normal street shoes), but got these in 9.5 and they fit perfect. Also, my foot runs on the narrow side and these are good.

These are sick! Not only do they look amazing but they also have amazing support on both sides of the foot. I was a hard core Adidas gel nimbus and tried several other brands but none were ever as comfortable as the Nimbus but I believe I have found a shoe just as great, possible even better! The toe box is a little more roomy than I would like but not sloppy as Brooks Glycerines...the fited arch support and heel keep my foot from feeling sloppy even though I probably could have sized down 1/2 a size. I wear and 8 in the Asics Gel Nimbus and these were slightly more roomy but perhaps a 7.5 would have given me a blister as the 7.5 Wave Creation 12's gave me, these seem to feel a little wider in the toe box but fit fine with regular socks. Long story short, I love them! They are awesome!

Love these shoes! No break in period with these. I did go up 1/2 size and they fit great. I wear a different pair when on the treadmill because the soles are a little slippery...awesome for outside runs. First time for me with Mizunos...now I am hooked. Worth the money.

Every year I buy a couple of running shoes. I don't run, but need the cushion as I do walk a few miles each day. I saw this Mizuno Wave Creation 13 recommended in a magazine. WOW! I have been wearing them every day all day since I received them a week ago. They are so comfortable-- as if molded to my foot! These shoes are working out great for the gym, walking, and every day standing on my feet at work. Who knows? Maybe I'll try running in them! You absolutely need to order half size larger. I highly recommend these shoes. I am planning to buy another pair and toss out all of the other sneakers in my closet that I keep rotating as it seems there is no cushioning left in a very short time despite buying added insoles.

This shoe gives me ample support for high impact aerobics. I'm not sure if the Asics Gel is better though.

After reading several reviews recommending to order 1/2 size up, I did. Unfortunately, my shoes are feel a little big. My foot does not fit in snugly and slides and wobbles a little too much for my comfort. I am a boot camper, so we are constantly doing different exercises every day (side lunges, etc) and this shoe does not keep my foot in place. Would be a perfect fit if I was strictly a runner/walker and used only forward motion. Unfortunately, I've already worn the shoes for a few days, so I'm unable to return for 1/2 size smaller. Other than the sizing issue, I love the shoe. This is my first pair of Mizunos (usually a Brooks wearer) and I will definitely buy another pair, but in my true size. They are ultra cool and comfy, and I have gotten several compliments from the girls at camp.

The jury's still out on this one: The wave creation 11 was wonderful but my right foot (the oversupinating then overcorrecting foot) got a terrible blister on the base of the big toe because the width and support at the toe box wasn't sufficient. This was corrected with the 12, which I've worn through two pairs (and indeed, when the blister returns it's time for a new pair.) I like the 13 - it's lighter and a bit better balanced, but so flexible that I worry it will wear out fast and I will soon have that dreaded blister. However, in the meantime it is a good update to the 12; possibly a bit more like the 11 in feel. I am high arched supinator, I wear a 7 in street shoes and an 8 in running shoes and these are true to that sizing. I have a narrow heel and a wide toe and the wave creation in general fits well to my foot. No major changes to this model in fit. Because of my high arches I use Superfeet insoles, so I am not rating the arch support provided with the shoe. As for colour, ugh, what nasty options but I suppose as runners we can always just run through a few mud puddles... The shoes I currently alternate with these are the Asics Nimbus, still pining for the old Saucony triumph 5-6 but unfortunately it's morphed into something unusable.

Mizuno's are my all-time favorite running shoe! This is the fourth pair I've owned and am sad to say that I am really disappointed! Running in these shoes doesn't give make me the feel like I'm running on air like every other pair has in the past. I find them to feel heavy and not form-fitting to my feet. I wasn't a fan of the color but purchased these because they were the newest version of my previous shoe. I am actively looking for another running shoe (I ordered these less than a month ago!) and am hesitant to order Mizuno shoes again as this pair was more expensive than I usually spend, and walking indoors doesn't give you a feel for the shoe. Zappos is great as usual but it's a shame that such a poor product has marred my view of both Zappos and Mizuno.

Beautiful shoe but not for running. Not enough support for me and it gave a marathon running friend shin splints.

I bought these as a suggestion from the Mizuno website because I am an underpronator. These are one of the most comfortable pair of running shoes I've owned and they made a world of difference for my joints with the correction of my underpronating. Highly suggest!

I absolutely love the fit of these great orange shoes by Mizuno. They fit me perfectly in the heel and around ankle bone. They are not too high as some. Overall they feel more ladylike and not clunky like others that I have tried. Also, they are very comfortable to wear. They are the best shoes so far!
I'd also recommend:
"Asics" are also nice - more narrow in heel and wider in front. Fit women better.

Love these shoes! I was wearing other shoes and constantly getting blisters on my toes. I tried these Mizuno's and haven't had a blister since! I've ran two half's in them so far and just ordered two more pair of the same shoe. Great toe space. Love these!

I bought these on my trainers suggestion a d what a great buy! My knees would hurt with my nikes; running about 3 miles, slowly 3 days a week for 2 weeks. The pain was awful, then after much thinking, I bought these, ran and I can't believe the difference. I am not a runner, but these shoes make me feel like I can become one. I will use these to train and run my 2nd 1/2 M. The first one I ran without much training, now I can prepare by training and not getting injured.

Best running shoes I've ever owned, and I've owned a lot of running shoes. I have slightly wider than average feet, and these are very comfortable on me. I run 3-4 times a week, between 3-9 miles each run, and I've never had a better pair of shoes than the Mizuno WC 13.

First time ordering Mizuno's. I am a marathon runner and have tried so many brands of shoes. Love these colors. I have a high arch and these fit nicely. They do run small/narrow. Typically I would order a 7.5 in running shoes (1/2 size up) but I ordered an in these and they are perfect.

I have a difficult time finding comfortable walking shoes. I have high arches and many shoes like Nike are just too snug. My toes like wiggle room and lots of cushion. This is my second favorite walking shoe. My first choice is still my Brooks Ghost. But I like to alternate between the two. Great shoe.

Best athletic shoe I have ever owned! Amazing cushioning! I have a high arch and hit the ground on the outside of my heel resulting in knee, heel and toe pain. These shoes modify how my foot hits the ground and are extremely comfortable for walking or exercising. If I stick with these sneakers, I seem to be able to avoid causing pain in my arthritic knees. I've owned my first pair for about a month and tonight ordered a second pair. Hope they don't ever change these.

I have been wearing Mizuno Wave creation shoes for 4+ years now. I had a previous version of the Wave creations and needed a new pair. Ordered these online with hopes that sizing would be the same. The shoes came insanely quick and felt only a minimal difference in size feeling only very slightly larger than the old ones but I usually wear workout shoes that are one size larger (i.e. I normally wear size 8 shoes and wear size 9 in the Mizunos). These are very comfortable and still a keeper!
