Pros: 1. First of all, what I think to be best feature is the fabric - it has a nice, solid feel to it. It's somewhat stiff and tough feeling, without being stiff and uncomfortable. It feels solid and tightly knit, like these pants will last forever. A great contrast to so many brushed, plush, limpy feeling khakis around today. 2. The fit (at least on my Slim Fit version) is excellent...for the most part (see Cons section below for further details). Length of inseam is good, waist is more "true to size" than most pants which use vanity sizing, and the rise in the front is good. These are very comfortable, as long as you're not bending over or squatting down (again, see Cons below). 3. I like the double button closure. 4. The coin pocket is a nice feature for slash pocket pants. 5. The double belt loop in the center-back is a good feature. 6. The zipper is heavy-duty with a large pull tab. Now for the cons: 1. The zipper is way too short. Access to the plumbing to do your business without unbuckling your belt and unbuttoning your buttons is nearly impossible. 2. The rise in the back is too low. Bending over or squatting down leaves little to the imagination - and you will probably be mistaken for a plumber. Bottom line: If the rear rise was higher and the zipper was longer, this would be a perfect, 5-star pair of pants. Unfortunately those two things are big negatives in my opinion.

Not sure if the pictures show the correct style and this pair of pants is a bit too skinny for my taste - almost like the matchstick jeans that teenagers wear. The 16" leg opening, as shown in the description/specs is incorrect. It is more like 12" only -- very narrow. I had to return this item right away. However, the fabric felt very comfortable and definitely quite sturdy construction.

if you have muscular legs at all these pants will not fit. I am 5'8" 155 and i am not big, but i spin 5 days a week. I bought a pair after reading the reviews and could barely get my legs into the pant sleeve. I'd blow out the seam in an hour.

The fit was great until I washed them,in cold water with mild soap. Dried them for 10 minutes and hung them up .when I put them on they had shrunk a full
Inch and the crease was GONE!!
