So cute but the “Wide” was not wide enough. Fits just like a regular width shoe.

Too slick on the bottom and not as easy to get on as Converse or Vans. These are going back.

These shoes are great in style but considering the nature of the toddlers movements, the toe part was quickly damaged.

My son is a size 9 but for some reason the Velcro does not fit correctly when you put the shoes on. Almost like the have a defect of some sort. Otherwise they are cute shoes. Wouldn't spend the money again for these.

Although these are nice looking and go with everything they are not very durable. They are a great summer shoe for dressing up but won't hold up on the playground.

I had these shoes for my son last spring when he was just under a year old. This spring he is starting to out grow his size 4.5 shoes so I thought I'd get these again in a 5. His big toe was right at the shoe and the straps couldn't be velcroed completely leaving one side of the velcro exposed so I ordered a 5.5. They fit but still the straps are too short. My son still has pudgy baby feet but these worked so well last year. Sadly we have to find different shoes.

I got 2 pairs for my 4 year old; the tan for the summer and the red/blue for the school year. I love the style of these and that they are easy for kids to get on by themselves. My son also has wide feet and I just got 1/2 size larger and that seemed to work. But my complaint is that they get beat up so fast. Each pair lasted about 3 months before they were trashed. Granted, this is a 4 year old boy playing hard in them as his main "go to school" sneakers. But other more athletic sneakers can last a good 6-9 months on a 4 year old before they are all torn up. It's just the canvas isn't sturdy enough for kids. So I think it's a great sneaker for looking a little dressy on a kid, but not good for an everyday sneaker.

I love the style and color, they are just too cute, but when my 1.5 year old walks on tile or wood floor he slips & falls down. It seems to have a coating that doesn't seem to come off after walking on pavement and is very dangerous for a child.

I bought these for my 3 year-old. He doesn't love them and we decided to keep them as our back-up shoe. They look great on him and the velcro makes them easy to put on/off. However, the sole is very stiff and he complains they hurt his feet when he tries to run. We opted instead for a shoe with a more flexible sole.

Great looking shoes with one major design flaw -- the velcro used to close them is bright white. So, unless your child's foot is so narrow that the straps reach all the way across to cover the full length of the velcro, the bright white plastic base shoes and ruins the look of the shoe. Disappointing.

The shoe was very cute and seemed to be true to size, but the tongue binding was stiff and pressed into his ankle. It didn't look very comfortable so I returned it. My son isn't old enough to tell me it didn't feel good, but he is very active and I don't want to put anything on him that doesn't look like it feels good. It's hard enough to tell what's comfortable for them anyway.

Like the other reviewers noted, there is a severe safety issue with the lack of traction the bottom of the shoe has. Upon just trying the shoe on and taking two steps, my son slipped on our wooden floors. I loved the look of the casual sneaker for school, but this is an accident waiting to happen. I do not know if this is the newer model as a Zappos rep wasn’t able to confirm. Overall very disappointed and surprised that sperry did not make a better traction bottom.

Super cute shoes but they aren’t comfortable and gave my son blisters. The tongue twists up so they don’t stay cute for long.

These shoes are cute and comfortable for my 2 1/2 year old. But these are NOT playing shoes. We ordered these on 2/5/17 and by 2/20/17 the canvas on the toe of the shoe is ripped. Save them for special occasions.

These shoes are super cute but I was extremely disappointed in the quality. Within a week, there was significant wear on the top of the shoe. They were not very durable for every day use. Also, the bottom seemed slippery at times.

These are my 3 y/o's favorite shoes for the past 2 yrs. However, as he has gotten more active these shoes literally do not last my son more than 1 month any more before completely falling apart. Wish they were made with more durable rubber. Very disappointing and I will not be purchasing again.

This is the cutest shoe ever and looks adorable on my 2 year old son! Considering all this - I wouldn't buy it again if given the choice. The shoe has no support since it is very flat. It is also very slippery because they have a felt insert on the bottom for duty purposes. This breaks up the rubber bottom and makes the shoes very slippery which is a danger to a 2 year old.

I bought these for my 18 month son. They fit true to size and were very stylish. My main complaint is that there isn't great traction on the bottom. I notice when we are indoors on hardwood or tile he slips quite a bit. He's even take a few pretty good falls while trying to take a corner running. While I like the shoes a lot I am not sure I would recommend them for young active boys.

These are great looking shoes, but fall a bit short. They have terrible, terrible traction. We have tile floors in our house, and my 17 month old son has lost his footing (the bottoms are very, very slippery). So, he obviously, doesn't wear them inside. It hasn't been a problem at all outside, but I would not repurchase nor can I recommend these. They come across as pretty unsafe. If he hadn't worn them outside first, I would have returned them.

The 8.5 where a terrific fit for my 2 and a half year old. He loved these shoes and they looked great and worked well for running, playing soccer and climbing around the playground. Now the down side, they only lasted about six weeks until the bottoms were wore through and we had to toss them. It was such a shame and I have had shoes that cost half as much last longer. Even so I'm almost tempted to buy another pair and they were so cute while they lasted.

Too narrow! My son has what you would call Flinstone feet and these shoes pinch his toes in the worst kind of way! I wish they came in wide width because I love the way these shoes look and loved the price. :( I even exchanged this shoe for a size bigger and he still said they hurt.

These shoes are cute but did not hold up well at all. The front rubber part chipped within a couple of weeks. Also, the straps don't come close to reaching the end of the velcro when on my son's feet, which collects dirt and looks a mess in no time.

These are so stiff. They don't bend at all. For kids who are climbing, running, or doing any sort of outdoor activity these cannot be comfortable. They are a stiff rubber bottom, that doesn't move at all. I mean they look really cute but I try to imagine how they feel on my son's feet and I imagine they don't feel so good. He asked to take them off 2 minutes after we put them on.

These shoes were adorable, but the wide widths are not true to size. The top strap is too short to accommodate a wide fit. The shoe itself is wide, but the strap barely closes.

We have bought our son many pairs of Sperry shoes on Zappos and have always been very pleased, but these are HORRIBLE. After wearing them just a couple of times, the fabric on the front toe portion of the shoe started wearing off. His brand new shoes suddenly looked like really old shoes he'd worn hundreds of times. Zappos was fabulous and sent us another pair, but unfortunately the same thing happened with the second pair. Clearly an issue with these shoes.
