These were terrible, they were hard and not flexible at all! I returned them and Zappos was super fast as usual.

These are nice shoes. I normally wear a 10, bought a 10.5, and have to exchange them for an 11. They run small!

These shoes are light weight but still sturdy; they make a good cross over from trail to street. They run small so make sure to order 1/2 size larger than usual. I wear an 8 but it was way too small. The 8 1/2 was perfect.

My normal shoe size is 6.5 wide. I finally settled on the 7.5 wide. I bought two colors, but only one fit. The other was either marked wrong or there was a mistake when manufacturing, as my toes were hitting the end of the shoe. Anyway, I'm happy with the pair I kept for both looks and fit, but wish they had more cushioning. I use them for walking.

Maybe it was bad luck but ordered 8W and they were really short, width was correct but impossible to wear since too short, other than that they look great, had to return and ask for a refund.

The tread on these shoes are divine. I live in an area with dirt and gravel roads, hills and semi paved hiking trails. I got these shoes for daily dog walks. A strong and steady sole is needed for sure-footedness and to avoid slipping on tiny gravel while being pulled down hill by dogs. I would highly recommend these shoes. However, the inner sole is pretty flimsy so if you need extra support for your foot you may want to buy separately, an inner sole with more arch or bottom of foot support / cushion. I have a wide foot and ordered the "D" width and the shoe is a perfect fit.

I ordered these shoes and another pair of New Balance shoes, both in 12D and the moment I put my feet in these, I knew that they were wrong for me. My toes were completely touching the end of the shoe. Darn, because the other pair of New Balances were perfect. It is strange how the shoes can fit so differently across the same size.

My normal foot is a 7.5-8 and I usually order 8.5 for running shoes, but I found this shoe to be short, unlike some of the other reviewers. I am re-ordering a size 9 to see, because I'm not sure there's enough toe room, even in the half-size larger. I use NB because of the wide toe box. But it's interesting how I'm trying a NB1012 as I write, and how very different the configuration of its 8.5D is compared to this trail runner. I hope that NB will create more wide width trail runners, because I use my regular running shoes for a lot of hiking.

For years I've been ordering New Balance size 7.5 D when I need new shoes and this is the first time I've tried on a pair that didn't fit. These pinched my right little toe. I then ordered a basic running shoe in the same size and they fit fine. Not sure what happened with these.

I have never has a problem with New Balance wide shoes before, but these felt much narrower than any other pair of wides that I have tried. I had to return them. Also they had the arch support placed too close to the toe for me. Just a poor fit all around, which is a bummer because I loved the look and price of them.

Ordered these in my usual size. they are very pretty but small and cramped. I'm not sure about ordering up as they don't seem to provide as much support as I expected. Fortunately Zappos makes the ordering and return process very easy.

I like New Balance for the variety of styles and colors plus the wider widths. I bought the WT610 in the Blue/Lime combo. It's a nice looking shoe and the color seems to closely match as shown online-maybe a tad lighter in shade. However, the size seems to run a bit small. I wear a 5-1/2 C/D shoe but I usually purchase a 6D in athletic shoes to accommodate orthotic inserts for my high arches. Despite ordering the 1/2 size larger shoe, my toes went to the top of the shoe which is not my preference to begin with and, therefore, there was no way to fit an orthotic if I chose. Everything else seemed as I hoped so I will try to exchange these shoes for a 6-1/2 D.

I've had these sneakers for a month and a half, putting about 15-20 miles per week on them. I love them for trail running. I feel comfortable and stable while navigating the roots and rocks on the trails where I run. The treads do hang onto sticky mud occasionally, but even so, they maintain their grip on the trail. When I wear them on pavement or asphalt, my soleus muscles become tender. This does not happen after trail running though. I knew the top loop for lacing wasn't gonna last long, and it just popped this morning. Thankfully, there is an actual eyelet there for backup, so I can still tie the shoe. But I am worried about the lacing loops near the toes- there are no backup eyelet holes in case they break. If that happens these shoes will be useless. I'm giving these 3 stars til then, because of the questionable design/manufacturing.

This is my first pair of running shoes so I was unsure of the size to order. I normally wear a size 9 but will be returning my second pair to get a size 10. They seem to run an entire size too short. Otherwise, they are very lightweight and comfortable.

The blue is lighter and it is more of a grey not black. They run short at least a half size if not a full. I've been wearing NB for years and this is the first time I've run into this. They are cute and were well cushioned, just be sure to buy them larger then your regular size.

What a disappointment, especially since I love the color -- which is more a steel gray with aquamarine, rather than navy as described. I had successfully worn Asics, 8 Wide, for years, with no problem, and I walk at least an hour/day. After reading the reviews, I had felt confident that switching to NB would be a wise thing to do for my wide feet. How wrong. These NB, 8D looked great and felt fine when I first wore them, so I immediately ordered a 2nd pair, and embarked on 3 months of traveling. Little did I know that these shoes are quite a bit narrower than my Asics, plus the insole in the NB is thinner. I developed a very painful neuroma, requiring a podiatrist appointment. He quickly saw the problem and referred me to a sports shoe store with expert fitters. I am now happily wearing Brooks Dyad 7, size 8 EE. I am tossing the used pair of NB, and have returned the unused pair.

I normally can wear a medium width. I bought this because it was supposed to have a larger toe box than other shoes, and I have a problem with blistering on my little toes. I could not even get my foot into this one! I had to go up half a size to even get it on my foot, and my toes were so squished I couldn't even walk. I tried a different NB model in a wide and it fit great, so I think the problem is these run really narrow and small so the trick is to order up, up, up! Up in size and up in width.

Ordered these looking to replace my thoroughly loved worn out trail runners New Balance 800 series. I liked the grey/pink, because let's face it NB can have some mighty ugly colors for women. Anyway, I thought they were similar to my trusty old NB shoes, but not. They for me were a size smaller and narrower feeling than what I have become used to with NB trail runners. I ordered the 9D and they were far too tight in the forefoot, toebox, and too short. I returned them, thank you Zappos, which was easy peazy, and re-ordered the WT 810s...perfect.

I see that I am in the minority, but this is my opinion. These shoes offered no arch support. I have almost flat feet, and need good arch support. I tried using an orthotic but it was still uncomfortable. The toe area was too narrow (I ordered a 7½W which is my usual size in New Balance shoes). The shoes were large in the heel area. These will be returned - as usual with the wonderful Zappos easy/free return policy!

I had high hopes this would be wide enough based on other reviews. However, the wide (D) was very tight, so much so that I checked the label to make sure it was indeed a wide. I usually wear a 9.5-10, so I ordered a 10 to be sure. My toes hit the end with no room to spare, so I think they tend towards being small and narrow shoes all the way around. They don't come close to fitting.
