The foot bed gives me enough cushioning and arch support, but the strap is very stiff and left markings on my right foot.

The fit on this shoe is different from my Orthaheel Tide sandals. I have lived in my Tides for the past few years and love them. I was excited to try another style but am disappointed that the footbed on these sandals is much more narrow. They are being sent back in exchange for another pair of Tides.

Did not care for these. I ordered a few Orthaheel products in one order, never having tried this brand before. In comparison to the other shoes, these definitely ran on the narrow side. I tend to measure on the narrower end of a B width and these sandals were perfect, so if you have a wider B width foot or wide foot in general, these may not work for you. Also, the foot bed was just so hard! I might have eventually gotten used to it, but I found the nubby circles on the footbed to be irritating to my toes. Also, I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear and they were a perfect fit in length. Did not keep these.

After purchasing a wonderful pair of Orthaheel sandals last year, I had high expectations of these. They seemed more stylish and I expected the good arch support despite knowing that the foot bed would eventually peel and that the non-leather uppers would be a bit stiff. A bit stiff doesn't begin to describe it. They were a bit narrower, but not true narrow. The 'faux leather' upper feels like stiff plastic - no give at all. The fabric of the toe post was rough - like burlap rather than a soft fabric. And what's even worse, the support is not as good as the pair I purchased last year. The shape is flatter. I've continued to wear them to try to break them in, but so far, no joy. They do look cute. They just don't feel cute and aren't stylish enough to warrant temporary discomfort.

I was really expecting to love these (I love the Wave), but strange shoes. The length of shoe would have worked, but the thong is placed too far back in the footbed -- unless you have 4" toes. Also the strap was too snug, and since it's made of the cheapest pleather crap, I knew there wouldn't be any significant "break in." Come on, Orthaheel. For the price, you can do better.

Orthaheels have really reduced (not cured) my Metatarsalgia. The high arch and soft footbed are great. Plus, these are really cute. I can wear these for several hours with a lot of walking with the grandkids. I will say though, that Orthaheel should use softer, or possibly natural material on the top part of their shoes; the other reviewers are right in that they can rub you wrong on the top and sides of your feet. Come on Orthaheel, this price for plastic? Also, the piece between the toes needs to be brought about 1/4-1/2" back toward the heel...all of their dress shoes that I own seem to have these two problems. I would buy more if they'd fix these two problems. Their Tide and Kiwi are great for everyday and do not have the two problems I've outlined.

I love flip flops but have a high arch and have found I can't wear the usual ones without getting achy knees. Decided to try Orthaheel after my sister mentioned the brand. So glad I did! Excellent arch support. Not too wide like some of the Mephistos. Toe piece is cloth and comfortable to wear. The top part was a bit hard in the beginning but I was able to break it in after a couple of wearings. Love that I could find them easily on Zappos rather than hunting in local stores. I will definitely order these in other colors!

Disappointing. Very pretty, and I love the footbed, but the upper cuts into my toes just above the cloth thong--the edge of the material is sharp. Wish Orthaheel could figure out how to make an upper as comfortable as the footbed. I'm returning these.

Love these flip flops! They are so comfortable! Fits my foot perfectly. Some people wrote about the man made material and how they wished it were leather, I think that the man made material makes this shoe more durable and last longer. I really love this flip flop. Zappos is awesome!

Beautiful, and feel oh-so-good on my poor chronic fasciitis. I have several pairs of Orthaheel sandals, and they just keep getting better as far as size and style. Did I mention that these are so pretty? I have the white ones too. Also really pretty. I get many compliments on their looks, but I really like the way they feel.

Love these sandals. I purchased 2 pair by this vendor and these were to be just for fun. I wear them almost every day. I constantly get compliments on them. They go with everything.

This is my second pair! If you have Plantar Fasciitis...don't hesitate! These shoes allowed me to wear stylish shoes, while still relieving my pain. I wish I knew about Orthaheel years ago!

This is my third pair of Orthaheels. Obviously...the brand is working for me. I had plantar fasciitis for over a year and ended up having to wear athletic shoes/sock in the summer (ugh!) to get rid of the inflammation. Whenever I wear unsupportive shoes...the problem returns with a vengeance. So instead of giving up on sandals and flip flops I have looked around for shoes with strong arch support and Orthaheels really work for me. This particular style is great because they can be worn with shorts, skirts, or pants and still look good. I have a narrow foot and high arch and no foot pain! I typically wear and 8 1/2 or 9 and the 8s fit well and are not too short. Love them!

Love! Love! Love! I wear these sandals almost every day now! It took about a week to break them in, but now I don't know what I would do without them!

These do seem to run narrow, but they fit my medium width feet great. The arch support is wonderful. The part that goes over the foot is a bit hard to get used to. It took a couple of times wearing them before the discomfort left. I am a sandal person and I love these.

Superbly comfortable shoe - just not cute. The foot bed is very flexible, wide, and have tremendous support, all of which contributes to the comfort - but the width and the faux wood grain just make them look a bit clunky. They would look too heavy with many outfits, so unfortunately they are going back.

I have normal width feet and these are very tight. Maybe they would loosen up upon wearing but I am unwilling to break them in. And the sole is rather inflexible. Thong strap is too far towards small toes and quickly became irritating. Really pretty though.

I really liked the way these looked online, but I did not really like them in person. I ordered the white and the black. The white are actually silvery (silver metallic paint over white) instead of white, which did not really show up on my computer screen. I have a narrow foot and the upper was too wide for me.

I bought these as my annual Orthaheel purchase and have enjoyed the fit and style. However, the quality is disappointing. The front of the footbed is coming apart. I have worn them quite a bit, but for the price I think the sandals should last at least a season. Will think twice before buying more Orthaheel.
