The straps rubbed my upper foot to the point of irritation. Some kind of lining on the manmade material would avoid that happening. Very comfortable otherwise. Returning the item.

I am sure this is a great shoe, but the straps are made of man made materials and are not soft. For a shoe this nice and this expensive, Orthaheel should do a better job. Good support, but the rubbing and hardness of the strap ruins the whole shoe. I agree with the other reviewer, back it goes before blisters appear.

I love it when a comfort shoe is truly pretty. It is casual, but can be dressed up a bit for a sundress. It has amazing support. The footbed is just fantastic. It feels just at tad wide, but most comfort shoes do to me, so that does not mean the shoe runs wide. I hope it does not stretch.

The first pair of these shoes we received broke between the toes the fourth time my daughter wore them. I called a representative and told him what happened and the shoes were replaced the next day! This pair so far is fairing well; must have just been a faulty shoe the first time. Thanks Zappos!

I purchased Orthaheel for heel pain from Planter Fasciitis. Almost immediately my whole foot felt supported and pain free when I wore the sandals. Now, after 3 weeks the pain is almost gone. I have always had excellent service and quality from Zappos.

Love these sandals. At first the extra support feels weird and bumpy but after a bit of wearing, I am used to the added support and can wear these fip flops all day unlike other similar styles. I know they are more money than typical flip flops but I no longer have knee aches or back aches that I got from wearing regular flat flip flops. The two-tone metal ring detail on top is like jewelry for your feet too!

Very comofortable sandal. I ordered these to wear for my beach wedding and they worked out perfectly for that. I had many compliments on them too. Love the way they fit and feel on my feet.

In general, Orthaheels are fabulous! I have been having foot and ankle problems for years and since I have been wearing Orthaheels, those problems have resolved. I even wear them at home, as slippers, for the arch support. I rarely wear any other type of shoe, now. I love these shoes in particular. They can be dressed up. I no longer wear high heels, so I will be wearing these instead. They do not look like an orthopedic shoe!

I'm used to wearing Chacos since they have such great arch support, but decided to try Orthaheel for the same reason. I wore them for two weeks walking all over Croatia and Montenegro. I highly recommend them.

Love these sandals. I have a heel spur and plantar fasciitis. A co-worker told me about the Orthaheel flip flops, and when I saw the dressier Lola I had to have a pair. My foot is short and med/wide width. The Lola is a bit more narrow than the flip flops, but within the week, a few hours at a time, stretched the straps perfectly. I originally bought the chocolate, and after a week, I ordered the black! I love them and I'm glad you're coming out with more "dress sandals" so I can wear them with casual skirts/capris to work/church in the summer! And Zappos is the best!

I bought these after getting the Tide model. While they fit a bit differently, they are wonderfully comfortable and are a bit dressier for those of us who don't want the agony of heels.

Incredibly comfortable and very chic looking too. They give me the support I need and were worth every penny! Can never go back to flat sandals again. I'm usually a 7 1/2 sandal and 8 shoe but the 7 fit perfectly. Love them!

I haven't worn a thong sandal in years because of the pain between the toes, but this is without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I suffer from bone spurs in my heel, among other things, and I have not experienced any pain since wearing these shoes. I did not expect to wear these all the time, but since I bought them I find I use them from the moment I wake up. If you suffer from any foot problems, this is the shoe for you!

Love, love, love! Feel great on the foot and dressy for a summer sandal as well, This is my 2nd pair from Orthaheel but will not be my last! Always size down if you are a half size...7.5 would take a 7...good fit!

These are great for those who have foot problems. I am a teacher and can wear these all day with no pain. Before Orthaheel I would be limping and in pain at days end. Many of my colleagues are now wearing them too! I am ordering 2 more pairs!

These are great sandals! They are comfortable and they look great on. I have a narrow foot so it is hard to find a sandal that doesn't stay on my foot - these stay on!

Love, love, love my Lola's. This is my first pair of Orthaheel shoes and they are so comfortable and I get so many compliments.

To begin with, I am hooked on Orthaheels! They fit true to size, and they are so comfortable. I have back issues, and these make it easier for me to stand or walk. The picture does not do this flip flop justice. They are super cute in person. You will not be disappointed if you buy these!

I love the look of this shoe...a bit dressier than the others. I have several pair as I desperately need that nice arch. I will be keeping this pair to wear for dressing up a bit. But they tend to be a bit narrow to be the the total comfort, out of the box I have experienced before. Since they are a leather upper I am hoping they will stretch to fit my fit in the width department.

Best sandal I own! I have finally found a stylish and comfortable sandal. Plan on purchasing another pair, but at this price, I will give it some time. I do feel that with the price would have received higher end components (leather etc.) I believe the shoe is well made, but doesn't look like an expensive shoe with the rubber footbed. This will not keep me from buying this brand again. I'm all about comfort.

The Tide flip flop was my introduction to Orthaheel. My foot pain felt better almost immediately and has completely gone away now. I want a dressier sandal and thought these would be great. But they are way too wide. I need a 6.5 and since they only come in whole sizes, I ordered a 7. I am returning these and reordering a 6. I hope they will fit better.

So incredibly comfortable. I bought these to help my bad back, I hate not being able to wear cute flip-flops due to my back. These have tons of arch support, might be a little too much for some. Perfect width for my feet which are average size. But, the black strap seems to be rubbing black stains on my feet. This is probably just due to the incredible humidity in New Orleans though! These would be a lot cuter if the footbed were black and not brown.

I wanted desperately to love these because the Orthaheel brand has saved my feet! The footbed is amazingly comfortable with the excellent arch support and deep heel cup. However, the strap is not leather and does not give. I tried shoe stretchers to no avail. The strap gave me a deep bruise on the top of my foot. Maybe a fluke with this particular pair but these are going back.

These are great cute shoes, but after wearing them for a while, I found that the top of the straps dig into the top of my foot. That is terribly uncomfortable. I would return them, but I do not have the original packaging and they have been worn outside.

I love the look of the shoe, but it hurts just above the toe thong. I put a fabric band-aid on each foot and I can now wear them all day.
