Love this shoe! My first Ahnu was the Jackie Patent and I fell in love with the comfort and support. I like cushioned insole that is still supportive and have been very happy with Ahnu. I was pleased to find the Gracie with the same great fit for all day on my feet. I do wear a half size smaller in Ahnu brand shoes.

Just received the Silver Sage Gracie....love them! The color is sort of a khaki/greenish and will go with all my khaki pants. Based on the reviews I ordered a 8.5 instead of my usual 9 and they fit perfectly. So perfect, and so comfortable that I just ordered the 'new black' ones! Great shoe...new brand for me, but this style is a good one for me! I also like that the strap can be tightened, because I have very narrow feet.

I'm so happy with these shoes! I thought only sneakers could be comfortable. These are cute and cushy! I love them. I did order 1/2 size down as recommended.

Love these! They're cute and well made. The arch support is great, although the insole isn't quite as spongy as the other Ahnu shoes I have (I think my old ones are Benni and I had LOVED those insoles). I expected the insoles to be the same as the other shoes since they looked the same in the pics and video, but they're different. So I'm a little bit bummed to find the insoles feel a bit harder than I expected, but they're still very supportive and comfortable enough. My other Ahnu shoes last a good 2-3 years, so I'm sure these ones will last a long time too.

I love them, wear them all the time. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 - I needed a 9 in this shoe. they seem to be a little wider in the toe box and that is good for me.

I love these shoes. Super comfy, as I am on my feet all day. I ordered a size 9 because my feet measure a little larger than a 9 but not quite a 9.5 and they were too big. I had to exchange for an 8.5 and they fit perfect. Love them!

This is a beautiful shoe. I am normally a size 10.5 and that is what I ordered. They feel more like an 11, but fit well enough and are so comfortable I will just keep. I find with flats that if I order a 10 my toes are always smoothed. The "new black" color is like a charcoal gray definitely not black. If you want a true black, you may be disappointed. These are a very high quality shoe, craftsmanship is outstanding, and the soft leather is beautiful. The highlight is the inside of the shoe, the material is so soft, and you do not need socks in these shoes. I love them. My first pair of Ahnu's and will not hesitate to try other styles!

This is the most darling shoe! Very comfortable, lots of support despite its "minimal" look, and feminine. I got the black-ish color,which is more slate blue than true black and its beautiful! Runs a bit large, but I wear them with socks, so true-to-size with that caveat.

I've been on the hunt for comfortable flats for my European trip for a while. I had a pair of Softspot heels that I love, and that are incredibly comfy, but I just wasn't having any luck with their flats, which was disappointing, as I like their styles better than the Ahnu's. However, after trying these on and walking around in them for a bit, I don't care that they're slightly less cute/dressy than I was looking for. They are so comfortable! I have slightly wide feet, and these don't feel like they're pinching at all. As others have said, I found these ran big. I generally wear a 9.5-10 depending on the brand, and the 9 fits me perfectly (the 9.5 fit a bit better in the toe box, but they were too long).

Really enjoying these shoes! Comfortable, secure and an attractive alternative to either ballet flats or slip on sneakers. This is my first Ahnu purchase and I couldn't be happier. I also like Clarks, Ecco, Born and Joseph Seibel. Very happy with the value and performance of this shoe.

Great out-of-the-box shoe, goes with my skinny jeans as well as by boot-cut jeans. Definitely order a half-size down, no joke. I used to be a solid size 9M and then became a 9 1/2 after my pregnancy and ordered a 9 in this shoe and it fits perfectly. I wouldn't want it any bigger. The grey is darker than pictured but it still works well for Spring. Arch support is there. I put them on and did errands for four hours without a problem.

These shoes are adorable and comfortable! Because of the sizing comments in previous reviews, I ordered both my regular size 8 and the 7.5. My feet were sliding forward in the 8 and there was quite a bit of room at the heel. I thought at first that the 7 would be too snug in the toe box, but they seem to have stretched just enough. I plan to wear these next month on a trip to Italy and I think they'll be perfect. The New Black is a great color - a charcoal really. So glad Zappos makes it easy to try more than one size.

I am so happy with these shoes. They are well constructed, have lots of padding, and actual arch support. All this and they are super cute too.

I just got these cute shoes today. Never bought this brand before, so I was a little nervous if they would fit. So glad to report that not only do they fit, they are so comfortable! The little thingy on the back is cushioned so it won't rub. I ordered my usual size (9.5M) and I couldn't be happier. They are just as cute as they look! I usually get Keens or Merrells, so I am really happy to be able to expand my brand shopping! Yipee!

I love these! Super-cute and comfortable. I love the design! Would be great for sightseeing, museum-going, etc. Good with skirts or pants.

I was looking for a flatter shoe which would looked nice with jeans or capris. I was looking to match my purse (dark grey) and these filled all my objectives. The black is somewhat cooled toned and deep greyish. I can be a 10-10.5, rarely a 9.5. The 9.5 fit, I would describe them as running a half size larger than marked and a bit on the wide side in the upper toe area. I have a lean average foot but the velcro can be adjusted some to tighten or widen.

I love these shoes! I'm 68 years old and am not ready for "granny" styles. I agree that they run a half size large but was hesitant to order the smaller size because I have a hammer toe and find most shoes irritate the heck out of it; I ordered the smaller size and the leather is so soft they feel like my slippers. Thank You Ahnu for a great product, I surely will order this brand again soon.

Very comfortable shoe! Looks good with pants and dresses. My feet don't hurt after wearing them all day to work. I stand and walk around a lot. I would recommend them to a friend.

I needed a dark colored shoe for work that was dressy and comfortable. After much searching and review reading, I stumbled across the Ahnu Gracie shoe. Cute style and comfortable; just what I was looking for.

These shoes are comfortable and still cute. Great for travel or daily wear. My first pair was too large, so I ordered a half size down, and they fit perfectly. They rubbed a little the first time I wore them but not at all after that. Great shoe!

Great shoe. Wonderfully comfortable from the first day. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 depending on the style or brand, the 7.5 was perfect. A slight heel slippage in the right foot shoe, but a thin heel insert corrected that. The color is not exactly black, more of a charcoal. Looking closer at the photo you can see the that the trim is definitely black, the shoe is much lighter. Still very happy with the shoe. Wish the tan (cobblestone) was still available.

Update: This is an updated review to my initial one written November 27. My shoes arrived today and I had ordered my usual size and a pair a half size smaller due to heel slippage. I also ordered black because the winetasting color was not as it appeared in the photograph. Well, my usual size is the correct one. While I still have a little heel slippage, the half size smaller cramped my feet across the front of the foot. The black is more of a light black or graphite. Very attractive color and a really cute and comfortable shoe. They seem to fit the same with socks and without due to the adjustable velcro strap. I will get some inserts to deal with the minor heel slippage problem. Overall this is one really nice Mary Jane style shoe that will look good with skirts or pants. It is comfortable and well made. After trying two pairs, I find it to be true to size.

This shoe is so cute and versatile. I ordered the winetasting which appears burgundy in the photo. When they arrived, they were more of a purple--think eggplant. That color is not going to work for me so I am sending them back and reordering them in black. I live on an island and we don't wear "real" shoes very often so I am not sure if the size is true. I have a little slippage at the heel but the width seems just right. My feet aren't used to closed in shoes except for my Danskos that I wear at work (and purchased at Zappos). I think once these shoes are broken in a little they will be fine in my usual size (8.5). I reordered a pair in 8 and one in 8.5 since I will be going to the states for Christmas and will need good fitting, comfortable closed-in shoes. I find the customer reviews and the video very helpful. And thanks Zappos for your free shipping both ways, very nice when you live where shopping is limited.

Compliments galore with the style of this shoe! I purchased them based on the style but moreover on reviews for comfort and was not disappointed. A recent job required me to be on my feet for more than 14 hours. At the end of the day I realized how comfortable "Gracie" is. I had no shoe or foot issues at all. I really enjoy dealing with the Zappos team, both online and by phone. Great customer service!

By far the best purchase I have ever made. These were perfect right out of the box. So cute and comfortable, enough to rival my Ugg Cozy II slippers. Good arch support as well.
