I LOVE these shoes. They are SUPER comfortable and cute with both dresses and jeans. I thought the brown shoe I purchased was more of a smoky grey (which I actually like better) and I just can't see it as brown. Does not compute. The only con is that the toe area does get hot so you end up with sweaty feet..not comfortable in the heat of summer, really. The other (related) issue is that the leather footbed (super comfy) retains odors, so even though I have clean feet, when I have been wearing them and get hot feet I feel they get a little stinky, which is not OK. I'm trying spray between wearing to kill bacteria, but not 100% satisfied yet.

I have arthritis in both feet/ankles & used to have terrible pain daily from crummy shoes with no support. Decided to spend more money on better shoes rather than paying a pricey orthopedic specialist for ugly shoes and inserts. Had CONSTANT pain in both feet for years, first tried Ariat Fatbaby's-INSTANT, immediate relief! I am a fan for life, then I saw this moderately supported Ahnu Karma. I was worried the Smokey Brown was too dark or that they wouldn't be supportive enough but once I got them, they were much softer, mid-tone brown, not dark at all. However, the left shoe painfully squeezed my pinky-toe so I stretched it (with a sewing tin I have) over night and next day they were perfect. These are supportive and feel like walking in comfy slippers or barefoot...in the sand...seriously, they're that comfortable. I bought them to wear to work with skirts, dresses, capri's...they are so pretty too with the floral cut-outs and are true to size-got a 10; normally wear 9.5 to 10. Very happy with these shoes and so, so comfortable!

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt these shoes were worth it! I just returned from a two week vacation in Europe. I bought these for the trip. They arrived the day before I left so I didn't have any time to "wear" them in. I wore them on the plane and, literally, every day for two weeks! They are so comfortable and so cute. I wore them with pants, shorts, capris, dresses and skirts. They are incredibly versatile but mostly it is the comfort. I walked every day all over cities in Europe and not once was I uncomfortable. They are the best! If you are looking for that cute, comfortable shoe for your upcoming vacation, look no further.

I ordered this shoe in my normal size 7.5 and fit was right on. It's very light weight and has good arch support. Good shoe to wear on hot days. Looks good with shorts, skinny leg jeans/pants and dresses. It's a great summer shoe.

Great shoes! I've had severe plantar fasciitis for the past year and am very limited in the shoes I can wear. These were comfortable from the start and they look super cute. They were true to my regular 8 1/2 size. They are wide, but that's what my doctor told is best for all shoes over the forefoot. I did have to put a cushioning insole in because after some long walks the ball of my foot was rubbing uncomfortably on the fabric of the shoe's insole.

I love these shoes. Comfortable slips on for summer with a lining that doesn't stick to bare feet or become uncomfortable as you walk and a wide enough toe box that they don't pinch your feet. I got them in a number of different colors. Go great with shorts, ankle length pants and regular pants. Perfect shoe!

These shoes leave nothing to be desired. They are comfortable, and offer that great casual-but-cute aesthetic. I've been wearing them straight from long walks to restaurants. Seriously, the photos don't do them justice. They also have great tread. The only downside is sort of specific...like a sandal, they have no sides, so when walking on gravel, you're likely to get a pebble or two in there.

I love these shoes! I have rather large bunions for my young age but these shoes are very comfortable and stylish. They were very slightly tight on the first few times I wore them but now they are so comfortable and lightweight. I found them true to size.

I purchased these shoes for work and everyday while I am pregnant. They are SO comfortable! The leather and inner sole conform to your feet. They are quite and feel like slippers, but still are very stylish. I work in a business casual environment and love that I can wear shoes that feel like slippers that are safe and good for my feet and still look professional.

Very comfortable & lightweight. I have large bunions & these are perfect for covering them & still look feminine & attractive. They do run large, though. Based on other reviews, I ordered a half-size smaller & they fit perfectly. They look great with shorts & capris.

Incredibly light, comfortable and supportive all in one shoe. True to size I am a 10 medium with narrow heel and this fits great. First time I wore these I walked on pavement and groomed trails for 3-4 miles on Mackinac Island walking to dinner. No discomfort at all.

I have a size 5, silver sage. I wear them barefoot, so size 5 is perfect. These were comfortable to wear the moment I took them out of the box. I can't believe how light they are - lighter than a of sandals. The soles are absolutely miraculous - just the right amount of give. These shoes feel like a sneaker but I've happily worn them to several dressy afternoon events. My office doesn't allow sneakers, so these are my new summer go-to office shoes as well. My only question is how they'll do if I get caught in the rain. The neutral silver sage color goes with nearly everything.

So incredibly comfortable! These shoes offer a little bit of arch support but are the most comfortable shoes! Nice enough to wear with casual capris and t-shirts and I can wear them easily all day!

I love these shoes! I will be purchasing more! I bought these shoes to wear on vacation. I took them out of the box on the first day in D.C. and proceeded to walk 14.8 miles that day. Not only were they comfortable to walk in all day, I had absolutely no rubbing or blisters at all! I wore them the next two days walking over 8 miles each day. My feet felt great. I have flat feet and usually have a lot of foot pain after walking so much. These shoes are amazing!

I've had these for a few weeks now and I love them. They're super comfortable and super cute. They held up to a week of sightseeing and doing a ton of walking without making my feet uncomfortable. I normally wear an 8.5 in athletic shoes but based on reviews here, I ordered an 8. When I got them, I still thought maybe they were a little too big, so I ordered the 7.5 for comparison. (Thanks for free shipping on returns, Zappos!) As it turned out, the 8 was the better fit after all and it's worked out well for me. So, a half size smaller than normal worked better for me.

These shoes are comfortable right out of the box; run true to size. I have narrow foot but find these are still okay in the B width. They make you look like a ballerina!

Eureka! Finally I have found my flats for touring Europe. I got the silver sage color which will go with anything from yoga skirts or dresses to shorts or jeans. It is too cute on and shows a little toe cleavage which I like. There is no pressure on the toes or at the big toe joint like most ballet flats. (I don't have any type of bunion or foot issue but most ballet flats do rub on that bone -- this shoe does not!) It is fine at the heel -- most ballet flat shoes slip off of my heel -- this shoe does not! It has got very good arch support which is necessary if you are going to be on your feet all day. It is very soft leather and the straps criss crossing across the foot will hold the foot right in place with no flop and there is no pressure on the top of the foot. They also have a substantial sole which will handle cobblestone streets very well. I got the size I normally wear (6.5 B) and the fit is fine. The toe box is very roomy yet the shoe does not look very wide. They are just too comfortable and cute! And let me say that Zappos has the best customer service anyone could ever ask for! I've been through several pairs of shoes looking for just the right ones!

Pleasantly surprised, given the mixed reviews. Fit seems just right, work well with bare feet or with stockings, dresses or pants, for work or casual wear. I worried at first that the arches felt too hard/stiff, but after one wearing they were perfect.

Nice shoes, very comfortable, nice-looking. They feel almost like a slipper. Arch support felt just so-so, but I was able to put an orthotic in (although it is visible from the side). For me, these are good casual summer shoes, which can be worn into the office, too.

Love the look of the shoe. It is extremely comfortable, although at first I got blisters on my heels because the leather goes higher than most, but I just sprayed it with water to loosen up the leather and for form to my heels. Love this shoe because it has more arch support than most.

Super lightweight and comfortable for walking around, and cute, too! I have high arches and this has just enough support to keep my feet from getting tired at the end of the day. I would love to have another pair without the decorative stitching--these are definitely casual shoes. FYI, the "Smokey Brown" is really more of a gray color.

I'm pretty sure I've never had shoes as comfortable as these. Yep, got two pairs (green eyes and red clay). I wear 6, 6.5 or 7, depending on the brand; initially I ordered a 6 and a 6.5 but ended up returning the 6.5 since they were too much. 6 fits perfectly. So comfortable right from the box.

This is my 4th pair of this shoe style; I have 3 other colors.They are very comfortable and fit perfectly. They are lightweight and great for travel. They look more professional for work than open toed shoes during the summer.

I love these shoes! They are comfortable right out of the box. For some reason the picture looks like they are big, heavy, clunky shoes but instead they are very lightweight with soft leather and wonderful arch support. I don't own a vast amount of shoes as I am quite selective about what I wear on my feet. These fit the bill in every way. I exchanged the blue pair (yellow soles, not my thing) for the red clay color. Very pretty and will go with most everything I wear. Most stores size 6 and up, so Zappos is the only place I order shoes for my size 5 1/2 foot. Thank you, Zappos, for being such a great retailer for a picky shopper!

I already have the navy and wear them all the time. I wanted another color, a light neutral color. In the picture it looks like a light beige. Admittedly, the color is called silver sage, which made me think it was not what I was looking for. I decided to try it anyway-It is sort of neutral but very definitely a light sage color, as described. Not what I was looking for - but this is a great shoe style.
