These shoes look super with skinny jeans or capris! They are great for running errands, etc. I have been wearing Merrel barefoot shoes and these have a bit more arch and heel than I am used to which I did notice after wearing them the first time all day. When I first put them on they felt a little odd, with the open sides they do not feel very secure and I am trying to stay away from shoes that make my toes grip to keep them on so this worried me but the design is good and they did not fly off my feet once! Dirt and pebbles will get in the sides easily,so stay on pavement and the black leather looks slightly dressy.

Felt true to size, but didn't wow me in comfort or style. Had higher expectations--especially given the price point. RETURNED.

These are cute and comfy but pretty flimsy and prone to wear and tear with not that much walking. I was disappointed that the sole started ripping up and the shoe started looking old and raggedy after a few months. I like to walk a lot and so maybe these are more appropriate for light "apres yoga" activity as the description says, but I was really seeking a solid walking shoe that could hold up to normal use.

This is a really cute shoe and I wanted it to work for me for walking on vacation. However, as other reviewers stated, it runs about a half size large and is exceptionally wide at the toe. The straps are not adjustable, so it's not possible to tighten. Sadly I had to return them which is so easy to do. Unfortunately Zappos didn't have it in a half size smaller at this time. Love their customer service!

The 7 was too big, even though I wear a seven in two other Ahnu styles. The 6.5 fit fine but the edge of the toe covering hit right on my little toe knuckle. Had to return.

This shoe was too narrow for my foot because of the straps. I could not get the toes into the shoe completely. The front of the shoe was too narrow.

What a disappointment. If you have exceptionally wide feet, you will love this shoe. It's very cute and love the color. Not for my narrow foot.

I couldn't believe the odd fit. The top of the shoe stood way above my foot. Very big & wide front for square feet. Cute style but returning.

This shoe is much cuter online than it is in person. The inside of the shoe is very uncomfortable, stiff, and not good at all for wider (but not wide) feet. I am sending it back.

I was disappointed by the fit and support in this shoe. I need shoes that travel well and are cute enough for both day and into casual evening use. Not enough support for walking distances in a city and its shape is short and wide which means that sizing up won't work.

These look like they should be very comfortable, but the front of the toe box is actually very stiff and hard. Disappointing.

I was surprised when I got this shoe. From all the raves about it I thought it would have a lot of support. Very cute but it fit pretty sloppily on my foot and not much support at all!

The shoe is very blunt and round at the toe. It is an very casual shoe, not sophisticated enough for the office.

I bought these shoes specifically for a trip to Europe where I knew I'd be walking every day. I wore them for a few weeks at home to break them in for the trip. Unfortunately, on the very first day in Paris I developed a very large blister on the ball of one foot. I can't remember the last time I had a blister on my foot, so this was quite a surprise and disappointment. Additionally, the low sides meant that small pieces of sand and gravel, which are quite prevalent on paths near the Louvre and Eiffel Tower, continually got into the shoes and I'd have to stop and remove them. I later developed an additional blister in Rome. For walking around at home these were fine and very cute, but for walking in European cities they were not a good choice at all.

I thought these shoes were absolutely adorable. However, the mid-foot part was much too narrow for my medium-wide feet (the front was plenty wide). So the shoes ended up cutting into my arch when I walked in them. They seemed otherwise great, so I think you'd just have to see if they work for your feet. The length felt true to size and the leather seemed good quality.

Cute, and from what I read from online reviews, I pinned my newly-fussy-feet-hopes on these. They didn't work out a bit. I usually wear a 9.5 and my forefoot is a little wider than a medium, but these were too big all around in that size. I was disappointed that the sole was harder and less comfortable than I had expected. Upside: the elasticized back was very soft - if you get heel blisters easily these won't be a problem for you.

I so wanted these to work. I am going on a trip to Japan, and needed some comfortable slip-on shoes. These are really cute. They are supportive. But, I do not like the feel of the lining on my feet. I only wore them in the house, but I could tell that after a day of real use, my feet would sweat, and the shoes would be smelly. I am returning them for that reason.

These shoes were a little too loose around and a little short in the toe. I would have returned it for a larger size had the strap been adjustable.

This is a light weight shoe, but the cross straps would have bugged me because one was tighter than the other and had very little support.

SO bummed I have to return these! They are adorable and well made. BUT the straps aren't adjustable or elasticized. My feet are very narrow so the straps hovered above my feet. Since the straps aren't adjustable, it would have worked for them to make them a bit tighter and then have them elasticized near the shoe so that it could give to different sized feet. My other Ahnu shoes are like this so I'm bummed these ones aren't. Oh well. The other issue I had was that my big toes hit the end of the shoes. I never really run into this though so it may just be that the lack of strap support allowed my foot to slide too far forward. Overall these shoes are adorable and if your foot happens to be just the right fit with the straps, you're good to go.

The shoes were just too wide. I would have loved to have kept them, but since the width isn't adjustable, they just wouldn't work. The length was just barely long enough (maybe even a little short) so I knew that I couldn't down a half size to improve on the width.

I am a bit surprised at the reviews, as this is an oddly sized shoe. It is much longer and narrower than whatever size you are used to. I wear an 11, and I have an inch extra room in the toe and the arch hits me in the middle of the foot because the shoe bed is so narrow. Very uncomfortable shoe. Not sure if I am going to keep it or not.

Cute shoe but very overpriced for what it is. More comfortable than some other flats and some arch support helps, but not 100%. I got this shoe for a trip from very cold to warm weather. It was good for the transition because I could wear it with socks for the coldest part of the trip, switch to low-cut liner socks for the warmer weather connection, and when arrived in the warmest weather, wear the shoe without any socks. It is also easy to slip off for security and okay for walking a long way through the airport. One problem is that the back easily slips off if one bumps into something or someone bumps into you. That is annoying. Will also likely be good for going back & forth to yoga class once it gets warm enough (and the snow melts).

They are really cute as others have said, and seem like they would be comfortable but at this point I am looking for good support for my achilles tendonitis, and these don't feel like they would have it.
