This is a great purse I now own two. For anyone that wants style with the convenience of a backpack this is exactly what you want.

A very lightweight and durable bag. Excellent for travel. It converts very easily from a shoulder bag to a backpack. I especially liked the large pockets and the secure closures on top. I bought one in the mushroom color which goes with just about anything. I have been very pleased with it.

I really wanted to like this bag. I love my Mosey Gatitote, and was hoping this was the perfect backpack-purse hybrid I've been hoping to find. It's cute, but there's enough I dislike that I can't justify the relatively high price. The straps twist easily, and they're very long, even when adjusted to the shortest length. I'm of average height, and the bag was hitting the top of my behind -- not comfortable. I really liked the idea of there being several distinct pockets, but the snaps to close them are REALLY tight and would be awkward to open in the grocery store checkout. Also, as some have noted, the twist closure keeps the bag closed, but doesn't stop it from "bulging" away from the body and looking shapeless. I'll be sending it back.

I love this bag! The pocket configuration makes it very easy to organize and access. It is my go to bag for traveling because the conversion-to-backpack feature makes navigating airports with my luggage so much easier. And they come in great colors. I have three!

The buckle came off after three times I use the back pack. I loved the style, comfort, material and color but because I live overseas...I could not return. Make sure you check well. Otherwise I would have purchased it in another color. I work carrying my iPad, computer and it was perfect as a backpack and purse!

Perfect for traveling. Dressy enough for day and night, one section held an umbrella and poncho for rain falling off and on; security zipper part reassuring; had plenty of room for my regular purse belongings. The bag is very light and very comfortable whether worn over the shoulder or as a backpack. Had no problems with the magnetic catch for i-Phone.

This is a lovely bag and I really wanted to keep it. Unfortunately for me when it was converted into the "backpack" mode (which is primarily how I wanted to use it), the round rings that anchor the straps dug into my shoulder blades in a very uncomfortable/ irritating way. So, especially given the price tag, it's going back. And the search for the perfect stylish backpack continues.

I liked this bag because of the many compartments and pockets it has and also the facility to switch between a purse and a backpack. I bought the platinum and I love the color. I wish the inside lining is a bit more tighter and also the straps are more adjustable. But overall this is a very good purse/backpack.

This suited the bill perfectly for an upcoming trip. Loved that I could wear it backpack style and free my hands. Also like the material, and will be using it for more than just travel. Gorgeous color to boot!

This is a great bag, especially for travel. Nice and water resistant. However, it is no longer being sold with the wallet as advertised and your description needs to be changed to reflect this.

This bag looks like a diaper bag. It has a lot of useful pockets but it is just not attractive at all to look at or carry. However it would be a great compromise for a mom and dad to carry as a diaper bag! I love the convenience of the straps but the bag is just unfortunately fairly unattractive otherwise.

This item is very cheaply made (for the price). This item is something that should be sold at a cheaper store for around $50.00. do yourself a favor and pass.

I really liked this purse when I received it about a month ago. The idea of using recycled products was nice, style was great, the design of the pockets, and it fit what I needed to put in it including a book or Kindel. After less than a month of use, the metal plate behind the main closure just popped off. It was poorly attached to the fabric and didn't connect through the fabric to the other end. Really?! $145+ and the purse couldn't even last a month. Good ideas but poor execution and QC. It's headed back to Zappos.

Just purchased few days before my trip. It was exactly what I needed when getting off the ship on a different island every day. Elegant and practical.

This bag is perfect for carrying either lots of items or not so much. It has 3 compartments to organize your stuff, as well as outside pockets and an inner pocket. What I really like about the bag is that it's a beautiful color, and versatile so I can either wear it on my shoulder as a shoulder bag, or convert it instantly to a backpack.

Very happy with this purse. Wanted something that converts to backpack when needed but didn't feel like I was going on a camping hike and this purse does exactly that. I would make a few tweaks: arrange compartments so that not all the items end up at the bottom of the purse, add a few color options that have subtle multi-color or with geometric shape/patterns, add a pocket to the back that doesn't zipper close for the occasional large or long item that wont entirely fit into on one of the zippered compartments. Although a great purse, I would have given it 5 stars if I had paid less.

This is one of the best purses I have had! The fabric is fantastic, the design is well thought out, and the extras, such as the wallet, are the icing on the cake! I'm a convertible bag nut, and this is a great one!

I was looking for a purse/backpack...this is PERFECT for my up coming trip to Vietnam....Front pocket is perfect for large cell phone Samsung 4 and or camera. Inside is perfect as well you can fit lots of stuff in the three compartments including water bottle...the nice thing is that you can carry as a purse OR the straps convert to backpack style...no doubt a women designed this beauty...love the material of recycle plastic so waterproof also has zipper pocket on back for passport or important id's...you won't be disappointed or return...two thumbs up!

Not a laptop bag! what a great design, but unfortunately it's not large enough at the top to fit my 13" Macbook Air. Just another inch and it would be been the perfect commuter bag. :( I'll be sending this one back with Zappos awesome return policy.

I love that Moseys purses are made from reclaimed water bottles. Their designs are pretty good. While this purse can hold an iPad 2, it does so barely. If your iPad is in a thick case, it won't fit. The opening doesn't need to be that much bigger, Mosey, so please consider making it bigger. It's very easy to switch from purse to backpack! Would love it if the handles were moved to the side of the purse instead of the back so the purse doesn't lean forward so much when sat on a table.

Let me start by saying, I am not a review giver. However, I recently purchased this backpack after almost two years of exhaustive searching trying to find a good replacement for my old backpack style purse. I absolutely love this one. I like the fact that it looks like an ordinary over the shoulder purse if I choose to carry it that way. Then in a few seconds (a motion that I have down pat), I can flip it around my shoulders into the backpack style. I love the various large compartments on the very roomy inside and the light pink lining makes it easy to find items. I also love the exterior pocket in back with eyeglass loop (which I m just getting use to using). I have done a show and tell to all my friends and family and brag about it often. I m currently looking to buy another just so I have a back-up. Thanks, Mosey!

This looks like a great bag. I returned it because I need to carry around manila folders from time to time and they don't fit in here. If you do not have this need and just want a cool bag to cruise around town in, I would recommend it.

This is very attractive with lots of pockets, but it is smaller than expected. It's really large purse-size rather than small backpack size. I'm returning it for that reason, but if you want a large purse that converts to a handbag, this is great.

This bag exceeds my expectations. It is made from really high quality materials, very versatile, very comfortable and easily adapted into a backpack. The fact that is entirely eco-friendly is also a huge plus. The color is fantastic. I can see another one in my future...

I love this bag. It is very easy to convert to a backpack (one pull of the strap). It seems to be very well made and of quality materials. It is light weight.It is very roomy and has plenty of pockets to compartmentalize all my stuff. Main part has a zipper which is a prerequisite with any bag I buy. I honestly can't find anything wrong with it!
