The shoe was wide enough but the toe box was very narrow. There was not enough cushioning in the insole and heel and very little arch support. After I walked in them for 30 minutes my feet hurt for the rest of the day.

Something has happened to these shoes in the wide width. I have worn them for years yet they have changed and no longer wide. I have had to return 2 pairs now. So sad. The search is on.

Be WARNED. I can't believe that Zappos would place a larger sized size sticker on this shoe,which I found out it was a FULL size smaller. Returned it, and am wary on ordering anything from this site.

Unfortunately this shoe didn't work for me at all! I got the right size but I found the heel very uncomfortable, on my first walk it rubbed my heel so badly I formed a hot spot. The heel is constructed with two seams, one on either side, and I think they were the problem. I tried to do a second walk with thinner socks and laced the shoes carefully but I only got across the street before I gave up from the pain and rubbing. I'm returning them. I read reviews before I bought and obviously they're fantastic for a lot of women, just not me.

Nice looking shoes but I disappointed it since I couldn't get them on my feet. It was cited as good for someone with high arches but it did not work for me,even with loosening the laces I had to struggle to get my foot in the shoe. In all fairness,my estimates of size,width and comfort are not reliable since my foot was never completely in the shoe. If you have a high instep think carefully before you buy this shoe.

This really perturbs me. This would be my 2nd pair of the Devotion model but in a different color. Here's the problem: I ordered the exact same size and width as my other shoes and the new pair of Devotion shoes that arrived are at least a half size too small on the right shoe AND A FULL SIZE TOO SMALL ON THE LEFT SHOE! But they are both marked Size 11 W. You can even see the size difference before putting them on. That's crazy. Definitely a manufacturing and quality control problem at Ryka. So, now I don't feel like wasting my time ordering another pair because how do I know the same thing won't happen again? They are totally defective. Returning and going to research another brand.

I wore these shoes for 3 hours and my feet hurt so bad. I went by the reviews but they were definitely off. The insides felt like they did not completely cover to the outside of the shoe. The heel did fit snug and no arch support at all. I ordered a wide and on my right foot my toe was pushing through the outside of the shoe. Toe box was definitely not wide. Took them off and my feet continued to hurt. Avoid these shoes at all cost!

Owie Zowie... These shoes HURT! I'm surprised because I thought this brand was really good. Oh well... Back they go...

I only wear these to work & they have a hole in the left shoe after 4 months

2nd pair of Ryka's I've had to return. Love the look of the shoe, but can't be a true wide shoe; neither pair - 8-1/2 or 9W fit. Bummer.

Feels narrow and a half size to small. Feels uncomfortable just sitting down. I need really padded sneakers and lots of support. These are very light weight which is nice. Just not right for me.

From reviews, this shoe is supposed to be true to size and width. Not the pair I received. Iu even bought a half size larger. I think they are sized wrong. Seriously, could barely fit in my foot. I love the look. Looks well made. Great cushioning.

This shoe is very narrow and extremely cushy. So much that it makes me feel unstable.

The piece of material intersection the top of the toe's mesh material going from the toe toward the base of the laces caused severe swelling, blisters, and pain on two toes on each foot. The pain stayed for a couple months even after stopping wearing these shoes. After a year I tried to wear these shoes again as I really liked the appearance of the shoes, but the same thing started happening again with the same 2 toes on each foot within 2 days of starting to wear the shoes again.

When I tried on these shoes I thought they were very comfortable. Unfortunately as I wore them one by one the pads on the bottom would come off. Returned for full money back. Very surprised for the price I paid. Wont buy this brand again.
