Disappointed! Was in pain in hips and lower back with this shoe.

The shoes I received were repaired shoes, not new. I did not realize that until I had worn them about a week. I lost the box and had no packing slip so they're sitting in my closet. I would like to return them.

I have bought these shoes for years. The quality and comfort has definitely gone downhill. I have purchased 3 different styles this year and have sadly returned them all. Go back to your original footbed and quality. I will no longer be purchasing my shoes from Ryka. Sad.

Do not buy these shoes. They damaged my feet. I wore them to work where I am on my feet all day. The next day my feet and toes were very sore. By the second day I had bruises under my toe nails.

I have a high arch and the devotion1 were great. I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet 13+ hours. These new shoes had no arch support and my feet were hurting half way through my shift. I wish I could return them cause I'm not going to wear shoes that hurt.

what a rough selection of colors! Why does every pair look so mermaid-y? Where's the all black? The regular navy/white. Yikes Ryka! 15 colors and not one neutral one!

The Devotion Plus 2 is normally my go to shoe, however, the last pair I purchased began falling apart after only 4 uses. I exclusively wear these in a studio setting, not outside and they do not get wet, the bottom triangle pads are peeling off. I am a Lo Impact Aerobics instructor for a major name fitness franchise so i try to make my work shoes last, so sad these will not and they cannot be returned since they have been worn. I normally recommend these to our customers but will not be doing so in the future.

I have been a returning customer ordering these same shoes for several years and all of a sudden they're not fitting me nicely anymore and they're hurting my feet. They're in the process of being returned for an exchange of a size 10 W.

I purchased a pair of Devotion Plus 2 about 6 weeks ago and they are by far the worse pair of shoes I have ever purchased. In less than 6 weeks, they are already worn out and hurt with every step. The padding is completely gone. I have developed calluses and foot pain as a result of this terrible product. I am very VERY unhappy. I want to throw them directly into the trash. Such a waste of money.

I BOUGHT THESE SHOES ON 12/4/21 AND HAVE ONLY WORN THEM A FEW TIMES. THE RIGHT SHOE BOTTOM HAS FALLEN OFF AND THE STORE I BOUGHT THEM FROM WILL NOT RETURN THEM BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE THE BOX.

The logo right in the front is coming off this sneaker and it looks so tacky. For a pricey sneaker it should not be Happening!!!!!

I needed a new pair of sneakers and ordered Rykas because my old pair were my favorites. They were comfortable in the toe box and accommodated my bunions with ease. The ones I just returned were stiff and unyielding.

The clear plastic part of the design is peeling away in less than a couple weeks after purchasing them. I ordered them in the beginning of September and it's the last week of September right now. I haven't even really taken them out on an actual walk yet.

I wore these shoes twice and both pair started falling apart.

I need a real narrow not a lace-it-tighter. I tried on the 7 in a store but it felt short so I ordered the 7.5. Its way too long and too big all around.

The smell is horrific. Have been out of packaging for days and the smell is still permeating my bedroom. Will have to put them outside. Horrible sour smell

I am not sure if it is the glue or materials used but these shoes smell so bad. My husband says they smell spoiled. I've tried scrubbing, washing, submerging the soles in bleach, they even sat out side in a rainstorm and the horrible smell still remains. It is a shame because I love the shoe. My first pair of Devo 2 did not smell. I could smell these while I was sitting at the doctors office. Guess it's back to New Balance.

I have been a Ryka shoe lover and shopper for over 5 years. I ordered these in a different color as I have had the same pairs in other colors and loved each one. The last 2 times I have purchased the same pair in the exact size 11W they have not fit and were way too tight!! My feet have not changed so it must be the design. I am truly disappointed as I love Ryka shoes.

This was my first time buying this brand. The shoes caused my feet to go numb while walking. I have no structural issues with my feet. I have never had this issue with any other shoes I've worn. I'm a avid walker 2-3 miles per day. I was very disappointed with this purchase. I tried them for 2 seperate days. I couldn't continue to put my feet and legs in horrible pain like that. It's a wasted purchase, and now they will not allow me to return them.

I had awful pain after these.. I was so excited. Now I'm out the money :(

I were a size 7 shoe. This does not fit me in a size 7. I do not know what size would fit me in this shoe. Unable or return to wear small.

Shoes are super uncomfortable. I've tried two different walks in them and they kill my feet. Wish I could return them.

Shoe created a blister from the bottom joint of my left big toe to the tip of my left big toe! Unable to wear these shoes even with insets from the Chiropractor, same thing happened! Total waste of money!

My husband bought me these shoes as a birthday gift. Upon the first use, the transparent/clear contour stripes started peeling away from the right shoe. However, the left shoe is perfectly fine. I'm disappointed at the stark quality difference of these shoes. This distinctly diminishes Ryka's reputation as a good shoe for me. I won't be buying this brand again.

Hopefully my issue was a one off and just a bad pair, but while the left shoe fit great, the right shoe did not. My heel did not sit as it should have and I ended up walking with my heel striking on the inside edge of the footbed.
