The sneakers look great but the tongue on one shoe is to the left too much. You can see my sock. It's defective

The tongue on the left shoe is off center and too narrow for the width of the gap between the lace sides. Otherwise the shoes are fine. I do wish Ryka made an 11.5 because length wise the shoe is a tad long and loose for my feet while the 11 is clearly too tight.

I have been buying this model shoes for quite some time and these were decidedly different. Usually I put them on out of the box and go on my 4 mile walk with no difficulty, but not these. The footboy seems narrower not allowing for my usual sock. Did you change something or where these are manufactured? Go through sneakers every 4 months will have to change my model. So Sad!

I have worn Ryka before. But the ones I have now hurt the bottom of my feet.

Great looking shoe. Not alot of arch and mid foot support. I tried different socks, etc. I got compliments but i know i won't wear if no support. It may be great shoe for another active person.

These shoes are very comfortable, but they don't last long. I'm disappointed in their durability. The soles and treads are very thin. I just bought my third pair of Rykas, so I'm hoping they last longer than the first two pairs.

I have purchased wide width shoes from your company previously that fit well. Ordered the same shoe and it doesn't fit like previous shoes. Narrower than before.

Comfortable shoes but after 1st ware one of the loops for shoes lace broke not the biggest issue but still fit great.

Don't like the color. Good comfortable walking shoe. The picture doesnt really portray the true color.

Much larger than expected. I was hoping for support for walking, but unfortunately these do not offer the support I was looking for.

I haven't had them very long, and they are already falling apart. They are comfortable. I'm hoping they make it through my Disneyland trip. I don't think i would purchase again.

These are very cushiony but they pull the back of your socks down. I purchased cross trainers at the same time that it is not happening with.

I ordered the same size as I usually do with their other shoes and the are too big. There's really nothing too these shoes, just memory foam and a little bit of material as the top of the shoe. Way overpriced for what it is. This is my first pair of shoes from them that I didn't like.

I have owned several pairs of Rykas over the years and have been quite happy with them. This time, when I purchased the Devotion Plus 2, I ordered 2 pair in different colors in my usual size (9W). One pair fit like a glove, the 2nd was way too narrow, as if it was not a "wide" at all. I returned that pair and ordered 2 more Devotion Plus 2 in yet 2 more/different colors in 9 Wide. Once again, one fit like a glove and the 2nd was way too narrow. How can 4 pair of shoes in the same brand in the same size vary in size so greatly. Incidentally, the Black/Purple/Blue pair and the Navy/Teal pair fit perfectly and were wide enough for my feet. The Black/Berry and the Black/Purple were too narrow and were returned. Thankfully there are free returns or I would be hesitant to order again.

This is a comfortable and cute shoe, but the right one is not as well constructed as the left. I feel like I'm walking on the side of my shoe as opposed to the sole. The shoes also feel wide.

I've had dozens of pairs of Ryka sneakers and will have more, but not these. Do not get these if you might ever want to change out the laces; instead of holes with metal grommets, there's a layer of lightweight plastic with slits for the laces. it took me hours and several tools to get the new laces in. Also the tongue is thin and folds over at the sides. IO always thought I wanted a thinner tongue. I was wrong.

Love the shoes, but not I have to throw out because there is a hole in the top of the shoe where the big toe hits. Really bummed about spending this kind of money and then having them not last very long.

Returning - Seemed like a nice enough shoe but not wide enough (size 9.5 W) the toe box wasn't as deep or wide as I had hoped.

I am experiencing a problem with this purchase. I love my previous sites and only buy Ryka. I have only worn them indoors and the overlay is separating. Can I get an exchange?

Ok this shoes are great for city walk which I normally use them to walk around 7 miles but for trails no way, I got a very bad runners toes for walking 17 miles in this shoes now I am looking a nail ! be careful!!!!!

Feel cushy when you put them on, but the front half of my feet hurt after a day of walking. Was disappointed, as I have other Ryka that are my favs.

Nice looking shoe but I don't feel the support is holding up. I've only worn them a couple months and already feel like I'm walking directly on the ground again.

I was looking for the old Devotion shoe but it looks like your not carrying the original shoe. Bought this thinking it would work but it felt to loose,so i returned it. I only wear Ryka doe to the support and really like the original Devotion.
