Comfortable right out of the box. Heel seems a little wide. There is some type of material on top of the mesh body of the shoe that is lifting up/separating from the mesh after just a few wears. This is disappointing. It's happening right where the crease would be if you were to stand on your toes on the medial side of the shoe.

Excellent material. If yr looking for lightweight sneakers with decent support this should be fine. I've tried several shoes in past few years due to ortho issues & so far this is the best one. It's true to size. Roomy toe area decent arch support (tho I use orthotics)- I tried with & without my own inserts, it still is better than most. B/c I read reviews about poor shoelaces I chg mine after I found that the bad tried were justified. They were thin & when I tied them the first time I thought they were going to break them. I changed them immediately but think explanation is due of this is continuing problem. Unless there made of some miracle material of which I'm unaware the shoelaces are poorly made & should be replaced.
Otherwise transaction was smooth delivery timely & pkg above average.

I wanted to love these as I love the color and the insole is very cushiony. But my left ankle slips with every step and just trying them on for 10 minutes, the back of my ankle is getting sore from the shoe rubbing. I have to return these.

I have bought these shoes consistently over the past 5/6 years and have tried other Devotion versions out discovering they aren't as comfortable (as many other reviewers have mentioned as well). So the design works, the support in the shoe works, don't change those! However, the color choices are alway either geriatric or clownish. With arthritis issues since my 30s, and I'm now easy 40s, I have to go with what's comfortable, but I want to look good too. Please RYKA, get some plain, neutral colors that younger wearers can be proud to wear, and you'll have a winning combination!

Disappointed with the Dominion, so went back to these. They feel less cushioned than older pairs. Rykas are not what they used to be

Overall, I'm pleased with this shoe and the only negative for me is that I have a narrow foot and have to wear extra thick socks with this shoe, perhaps it's the brand. This is the first time I've purchased this brand and have not had this issue with other sneakers.

Very comfortable right out of the box! However, I'm not sure about the durability for a walking shoe. They appear to be designed more for appearance than use. I guess that I will find out over time. Also, I'm not a big fan of the lacing system. They are hard to lace up. Once you get them how you like them, I can see where this system would not slip. Still, I would prefer eyelets.

Run a little large. I would order 1/2 size down from usual size. I would advise these shoes for women whose feet turn slightly inward.

At first they didn't seem to fit as well as my last Ryka's, but after a couple of wearings they molded to my feet. I wear them around the house on tile floors and they provide good support for the price.

A great walking shoe. The cushion is great! The only thing is they westbound too fast.

I bought my first pair in a shoe store and loved that I could walk in them for over an hour. The shock absorbing quality is what I needed for my back. I have spinal stenosis and a herniated disc, but I love and want to walk my dog and do as much as possible. So I wanted another pair of Rykas. The walking and comfort of the shoe is perfect
The color combination is a little ugly. When they get a little dirty and scuffed up they will be fine. I am so thankful I found the perfect shoe for me.

These shoes are very attractive; however, I ordered wide and they seem to run slightly narrow

I bought this shoe and received it but one shoe has a small hole on the back of the hill. I have sent two emails, one with a picture but haven't received any type of reply. I have bought several pairs of their shoes in the past and have been happy with them. Even though the damage was small I would not have bought them like this in a store.

Love these shoes! Only thing is I think the shoe laces are not as heavy and as good as my other Ryka's. I have lots of these shoes and love them all!

The toe box is ample ( I usually buy men sneakers to get the width) nice colors. The cushioning is sweet!

Love the shoes; the fit is great, and they are comfortable for my messed up feet.. Good styling, but the thin plastic overlay trim on part of the shoe started to come loose the first time I wore them. Trying to glue it, to no avail.

Great walking sneaker! First time trying Ryka and I'm a convert. I did get to try a newer model on in a store and decided to bump up 1/2 size - as I saw later, many reviewers suggested. Still debating if I really needed to (feels roomier in this older model), but they are keepers !

I'm happy with them although I found that they were a little narrow so I had to send them back and get wide. Otherwise I liked them.

This is my third pair of Ryka Devotion sneakers. And probably my 7th pair of Rykas altogether. I am glad to see they come in wide, as the regular has always been a bit too narrow. Even the wide isn't as wide as other companies' wide. I love the comfort of these sneakers. My feet can be ornery, but the Rykas seem to be pretty neutral in terms of discomfort.
If I could ask the Ryka good fairy for a wish, it would be for a pair of Devotions in a material that is not the "breathable mesh" they use for everything, but rather, a fabric that would be warmer for those of us who live in colder climates. I am not looking for boots, I have a nice pair of those. But I just seek a warmer pair of sneakers with that nice comfortable sole and the ReZorb insert (the memory foams do nothing for me).
I'd also recommend:

These are really a nice change from the all white ones that I normally get. Usually get New Balance or Asics, this is my first pair of Ryka. Have only worn them a couple times so far, but so far good. Overall seem good. They are a little narrow and the sole seems different. I usually wear out the sole first, so that is what I am really hoping holds up.

I've only worn them a little while so far. My knees are bad so it takes me a while to get comfortable in shoes. I really do like how they look. I'm sure with a bit more time ill love them!!
