I have been wearing Reefs cushion for years. They have wonderful arch support and never cause blisters thanks to fabric strap on the skin side! And I am a personal fan of "less strap" on a flip flop.

I am on my feet all day, every day. After years of standing my feet and my legs feel every little thing. I tried on these flip-flops and they felt amazing! Bought them immediately & wore them all summer, fall, & part of winter. Just pulled them back out for spring. They feel so good. My legs & feet aren't as tired at the end of the day & I still have energy to do other things. They've held up super well (granted, I do more standing than walking) & they look great with anything. I'm buying a different color for this season. *they are exactly as this picture shows & do not squeak when I walk. If someone ordered this pair & received a different pair, they should've exchanged them instead of leaving negative comments.
